I really enjoy coming to Paradizo. Friendly service. They have a variety of drinks . My favorite is the Vietnamese coffee. I enjoyed the black tea with mango. It tastes like your eating a mango. I know people that won't drink coffee but love the teas. Come and visit Paradizo.

you'll find typical boba drinks, but i never seen the twists on Vietnamese coffee and other interesting flavors. service is kinda slowish but they seem to prepare with good care so it might just be me being impatient :) drinks are delicious

Had to try it out since it new to my area. Mmmmm so good! I usually get my milk teas extra sweet but its really not needed here! My drink was super sweet, next time ill get it normal. The prices are good and the staff is sweet. I will be back

First time getting the Banana Matcha… It did not disappoint! Definitely ceremonial matcha and it was pretty strong. So, I really enjoyed the taste and there are other options on the matcha series. Latina owned! Support this young entrepreneur and enjoyed the good vibes.

First time coming here. The young lady was kind and greeted us as soon as we entered. I bought a Vietnamese coffee and it was strong but also sweet. Best I've had in awhile.

This is my favorite boba shop, the employees are nice, place is clean, and average wait time isn’t too long. Took off 1 star though because on multiple occasions when ordering a drink with NO sugar (as you can customize the sugar in a drink, as well as ice) it taste as if they put a lot of sugar on it, and the difference is notable, as we’ve tried the same drink with no sugar that actually taste like no sugar was added. I’m not sure if it’s the batch on a certain day, or if the no sugar wasn’t read on the label and so they added sugar in the drink, but it’s definitely not consistent from day to day. That being said, it’s still my favorite boba shop and I still come in, knowing this risk, worst case my drink is to sugary for me that I can’t finish it at all, best case it’s made correctly and tastes amazing.

Tasty milk tea. Average prices. Cute decor is being kept from the previous business :) Average to above average seating quality. Decent seat quantity. Clean tables. No wifi available but... There is one untested power outlet located on the bench The AC is broken at the time of visiting. Bathroom available :) I can imagine this business becoming a good place to study if they improve it a little :) can easily be 4 stars or more.

Sign on door said no boba… there was Boba. We asked for boba in our drinks recd drinks w no boba! So had to wait again to remake correct drinks. Service slow & the gal at register was not friendly. The guy who made the drinks had a problem sealing the drinks. He just kept telling us to shake the drink. Was not worth the wait or money.

Got the banana matcha, I thought it would be good because the color was a very vibrant green, but you couldn't even taste the matcha and it just tasted like banana milk. I requested to have my order remade but they just told me that it was what I ordered.

Very poor service today! The first young lady that greeted me and my daughter was kind. After asking if I’d be using cash, or card I told her it would be card and she directed me to the Kiosk. I was placing my order, but having a hard time locating the fruit juices. Another employee came out from the back and asked if I needed help. I told her that I did since I was having problems finding the juices. She said chances are I wouldn’t find them there. After that instead of helping me she accuses my little girl of taking a chocolate croissant. She said that she was watching us through the camera which I thought was odd to begin with and that she saw my daughter take a croissant. I told her she could check my daughter if she wanted to, but she said my daughter had probably already put it back. I don’t know who trained this employee, but as a person who manages a restaurant you never treat a customer that way. Customers are the reason why she even gets a paycheck. She left a horrible impression on my daughter and is lucky I unlike her do have manners Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but I would be ashamed if any of my employees treated a customer so poorly. Please someone retrain her and teach her better customer service skills.

My usual boba spot but there have been 2 times I have gone now and both times they severely mess up my order. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea and they give it to me completely unsweetened, when I have never had to specify I wanted normal sweetness. Who would want a Taro Milk Tea completely unsweetened? Very very disappointed

EDIT: No idea if this review still applies, idk when but this place used to be Ding Tea, and now it's PARADIZO, I'm assuming under new mgmt. Today, I wasted 40-50 minutes of my time before I gave up and decided 11 dollars wasn't worth making a fuss about. Had a note saying they had no milk tea. When I asked, I was told no, they didn't. But I heard people ordering drinks that I swear have milk tea in them. Anyways, the 2 employees either forgot my order existed or gave it to someone else. I wasn't given a receipt or even an order number to listen for. It was a free for all with easily 15-20 people sitting around waiting, and a huge group crowded near the drink pickup area. Who knows what happened to my drinks and where they could've gone. I'm not one to make big deals out of things, so I didn't even bug for a refund. They seemed occupied taking orders they may forget. I've been here a number of times and haven't had this happen to me before. But this was enough to prevent me from coming again. I don't want to run the same risk again, unfortunately.
