Peet's Coffee Pinole Reviews
Always excellent service and coffee! Today I tried Peet's new Dubai chocolate matcha . I really enjoyed the flavor profiles in the drink. I ordered through the app and it was ready when I arrived and was greeted when I arrived and thanked as I left.
This is by far my favorite Pete's location in the East Bay. I usually stop by early mornings on the weekdays and the morning shift crew are spot on. They always get your order right while working efficiently and greeting you with a smile! The regular patrons love this place as well! The employees know their orders by heart.
Quick and efficient service every single time!
Great place to study although it does get chilly but thats better than being out in the summer heat! The black tie is always consistent and great! Awesome staff with lots of seating in and out.
The staff always seems genuinely friendly. I tried their new dark chocolate orange mocha and it is sooooo good!
Makes great coffee and puts that twin tailed Siren to shame ☕and the Yosemite Dogs Sierras very good ☕☕☕☕☕
Got some whole beans...BIG BANG. Haven't had yet. With that I got a free medium roast...don't know what type 😞... with a splash of cream, to cool.
Convenient coffee spot before/after grocery shopping.
Drinks are always amazing quality, staff are always warm and kind; what more could you ask for!
Angie at Peet’s Coffee in Pinole is the best! She makes the most amazing horchata coffee drink I’ve ever had in my life. Every time I stop by, she’s super friendly and always gets my drink right! ( no offense to the other barista the coffee is just too strong😭 I’m just a dash of coffee girly) If you visit this location, definitely ask for Angie — she knows what she’s doing! But don’t overwhelm her either! She’s also just a girl!
Coffee is always fresh. Super customer service from the staff.
I love this piece location. The staff are always friendly and even when it’s busy, the drinks come out fast.
what a great staff .. had $7 left on a gift card and made it the gratuity .. seriously good coffee that actually pales in comparison to the young lady who made our coffee... thanks again
This Peet’s is located in the charming town of Pinole. I love sitting outside with a cup of coffee—especially with the beautiful mountain view that brings a sense of peace and calm. Some of the staff are great, while others are just okay—pretty typical for most Peet’s locations. The Peet’s in Hercules does offer more seating, but it doesn’t come with a view like this one. Overall, I really enjoy this Peet’s. It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area.
I usually go here and work in my laptop. Like any other Peet’s coffee, they have a good place and good food. It’s very convenient since Walgreens, grocery market, Krispy Kreme, Subway and others are nearby. It’s very convenient and safe. It’s very relaxing and when you look far away, you can see the mountains.
They are always nice. Busy place and people sometimes forget about social distancing even thought the floor is marked with places to stand. They always have a door open, maybe for better ventilation, which is smart. Today seemed like a training day, which was fine, a few little errors but no big deal. I can't wait for the Hercules store to open, but this one is fine for now.
Hit-or-miss. I mostly do order ahead for my drink and for the most part, I usually just come in and grab my order at the designated pick up area. Today, I ordered ahead as usual before I headed over. My drink wasn't ready when I came in so I waited until I noticed that people ordering in-store AFTER I came in were getting their orders already. I then asked one of the baristas to check on my order that I submitted about 20 mins ago. It appears that they didn't even see the order so I showed her the receipt on my Peet's app to confirm that it was the right store. She then finally made the drink and casually just placed it on the counter saying "Here you go" in an impolite way and turned around quickly. I thanked her anyway and left, just to realize it wasn't even the right kind of tea that she made me. From the time that I ordered, it took about 20 mins for an incorrect drink and it was as if I was an inconvenience to them. I have a lot of respect for baristas because I know how rude customers can be to them when they're just trying to go through a busy shift, but I think this could have been handled better - like a simple "sorry about that" would have made a huge difference.
Waited for 30 minutes for my coffee Thinking about returning to Starbucks
Great staff as always, but peets screwed up with then new auto machine's, Drip Coffee Now tastes like water almost everyday smh
Barista who took our order was nice but might have been high, he looked out of it. Our order never went through. After waiting for 45 minutes and asking multiple time to hear responses like “I’m working on it right now” we find out that our order isn’t even on the list. We had to leave because we were in a rush but a 45 min wait for coffee that you never get is unacceptable. No refund, no nothing.
