Cute little pizza place! Me and my boyfriend went on Halloween and all the workers were dressed up and feeling the holiday spirit, it was pretty cool. We went for the lunch buffet, but it just ended. So we were able to get two small pizzas for almost the same price. The pizza was great!! The cheese is my favorite, it's so mouthwatering!! Also, a good bonus is the really cool arcade it has! $10 goes a looooong way for two people. Great place, nice people, quiet and cozy. Definitely going to be my place I go for great pizza.

The pizza is so good here and it's the cleanest restaurant they really have a lot of pride that shows through. The owners are great and always trying to have fun events. There is an arcade in the back for the kids to go play. It's easily visible from your table so you can enjoy pizza and watch the kids.

I love the family and friendly atmosphere they have a very nice restaurant wonderful staff. We were served by Larry such an amazing person friendly and positive attitude. Made us feel very welcomed and gave us an a 5 star service. Loved their new change in the design. The food is always fresh and the pizza is amazing 😋

We absolutely love Pizza Factory in Placerville! My family and I come here often because my kids can’t get enough of the food and the fun, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive every single time. Most recently, we used Pizza Factory for catering my son’s graduation party, and they went above and beyond. They delivered more than 20 items, everything arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. Communication was super easy, even though our house can be a little tricky to find, and they were so accommodating when we needed to add to our order last minute. We had a fantastic experience for dinner last night. It has been a long time since we were in, and wish we had done it sooner! A great pizza place! We stopped by on a Sunday at lunch time and had pizza (perfect pizzas in my opinion with plenty of toppings) and beer (great selection of draft beers). There was plenty of families and quite loud kids in the restaurant but the atmosphere was still good. Will be back!

Service - 10/10 Online ordering experience - 5/10 Food quality - 3/10 Garlic bread was burnt and sesame seeds really don't go with pizza/pasta. Pastas were very meh, salads didn't come with dressing.

We did not have pizza which might have been the mistake. I had boneless wings and they were just frozen grocery store wings. For the money they were terrible. Salads were very basic. Pasta was bland and some of the noodles were still hard. Pizza looked great, should have got that. Service and staff was great. Pretty clean pizza place.

Not my favorite. Too greasy and kind of dirty. Too pricey for any pizza Just enough to not want to go back

Buffet food was not as good as the other places around here especially for the price and the cashier was kinda rude no customer service at all

Hopefully they will get rid of these current employees and find some that are willing to do their jobs and not be rude to customers.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot to bring out to our table. After waiting for seemed like Forever went to ask about it and they took a box off the pizza oven and handed it to me. This pizza way extremely dry and cold. Who knows how long it was there? But I will never go back again. This place used to be a Rico's hot spot but not anymore that's for sure. Oh, and bt the way there was only 1 other table there besides us, and they were done eating.

Very rude staff and an incompetent manager. Was treated very bad by one staff member on several occasions during the visit. Manager approved her behavior with the excuse they are short staffed and she was having family issues. There was a part of me that wanted to take back the tip I left but didn't. If short staffed hire more people or have the manager step up and do their job. Regional manager needs to come in and clean house. Overall regret coming back to be treated the way we did. First time i fid ever go it was great. Very friendly staff. Go to dominos cheaper and quicker. This one girl is causing this place to look bad. Watch the reply will be sorry blah blah blah and no action or compensation for the incident. Also prob won't be in because who knows what they will do to my food next time. Almost didn't want to eat the food provided with the fear of them tampering with it, but someone else had their side in my party.

Not worth going back, every time I go here I get that unwelcomed feeling, that kitchen staff talking smack feeling that they get sick twisted enjoyment of laughing at their customers, maybe it's because they were annoyingly screaming out my name and laughing every time they looked at me and giggling among themselves. I forgot they did this same thing to me the last time I came here and spent money four/five months ago. The pizza is lame anyways. It's like spraying Pam spray on top of nan bread. I've tasted better pizza that's fo sho!! I miss you NY Pizza Kitchen in Napa!!! Give me real pizza Placerville! Is this really the best you got?
