We went to this place today for the first around lunch time. Took someone a while to greet us and take our order but that's understandable considering it was about 4-5 orders in front of us.... they seemed short staffed. The burgers were great and the fries were hot. I asked for a ranch and was charged $1 per container. I don't understand if someone spends $40 on 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and 1 French fry.... why would they be charged for 1 condiment? I understand that every dollar counts but that's ridiculous. If you have to charge 1$ for the container, maybe you should do smaller servings and give away a courtesy container per customer before charging. This practice alone will drive a potential, repeated costumer away. Not saying I will not return, but I'll think twice.

What happened? We loved Toms for years. Lately the food quality has changed. The soft serve even tastes horrible now. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Vanilla malt shake was very good. But food was over cooked like the chicken strips. So much so hard to eat. I dont plan on coming back for food but maybe the shakes thats it.

Ordered 2 6 oz burger,2 small fries and 2 small drinks. And extra onions and light spread on one of the burger. The lady seem annoyed when she repeated to the cook! There was only one other person waiting for food. I get my food and there was no onions and I was not feeling it because I had to go the booth to order after it asked for a tip when a tip was not warranted but I still tipped 10% on a meal that cost $35.00 when I could have went to in-an- out and paid $20. Anyways I went and told them they forgot my onions and the Hispanic lady had an attitude! When she brought my onions on a plate and just threw it on the table like it was free lunch from the school cafeteria! She didnt apologize or anything! That place sucks as far as price and service!

This place is gross. If you like your food to squirt grease when you bite it then this is the place for you. Onion ring and hamburger grease was dripping down my hand. All the flies in the place seemed to love the grease as they kept landing on my hand. The customer service girls at the front counter are so rude too. Never again!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We went in tonight to get ice cream not realizing it was so late and they were about to close. The cashier told us no ice cream only food because they closed in one minute and he “had to clean the machine.” We left because we get it and understand. I called to speak with the manager after we left and wanted to see if that was common practice or if that was just the kid in the front trying to get out of there on a Friday night. From the sounds of the manager, the could care less about customer service. He hung up on me when I called and asked to speak to a manger. Before I said anything. I called back a second time and he says “yes I am the manager, what do you need because we are closed.” I told him what the cashier said and he laughed and hung up. We won’t ever go back and I won’t be surprised if they go out of business.

This place is disgusting, it's very humid and gross inside with a count of 2-6 flies surrounding almost every table and landing on you no matter where you were. The kitchen looked kinda gross and the service was very slow with almost nobody ever going near the front to take orders and seemed understaffed. The outside was kind of nice but was very few tables, none of which were clean. The food was okay but was very expensive for the quality of food you got, especially the chili cheese fries. Don't go here unless you want flies landing on all of your food. Gross.
