The large 3 topping pizza we ordered was great, and they even left a jalapeno and garlic sauce for free. It would have been a 5 star visit, if not for the not so good reception.

Hadn't had any Papa John's Pizza in a while so when they sent me a coupon today, I decided to use it. I ordered the thin crust buffalo chicken for pickup. I walked in and two people were working in view making Pizza. Unfortunately no one acknowledged my presence. After waiting a couple of minutes another came from the back and helped me. Didn't seem to speak English well because I had to repeat my name 3 times. Got the pizza home and it was still hot but the Buffalo chicken was more like crumbs. Hardly any chicken. What happened to Better Ingredients from the Papa?

I have bought two pizzas today from this Papa John's outlet. Unfortunately I had the worst experience both quality wise and service wise. I have been to the other Papa John's outlets often. They were better experiences. But this outlet, I never recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have horrible customer service skills and treated me as if I didn’t exist. I watch several customers get service after I walked in. It took fifteen minutes for someone to actually get my order that was almost given away to another customer because they didn’t listen to the name given. I’ve gone to this location three times and every time my experience was the same. Being ignored, treated as if I was invisible, given cold/wrong pizza, and no sort of apology or anything. Stay away from this location.

Horrible service. Ordered online for a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage. What we got was a regular cheese pie with like 6 pieces of pepper. We called and asked for our order to be fixed and nothing for hour and half. We call three times and they say “its on the way. Wait 5 minutes”. We call back multiple times and one guy even says “the driver went out. Whats the problem” after an hour of waiting. We still havent gotten our pizza after two hours. Never ordering again.

First & last time here. Slow as molasses service. App showed order was ready, but still had to wait 10+ minutes. Got insulted/taunted by the staff for asking if my order was ready yet.

I am their regular customer, order there at least once a week. They messed up my order; they forgot to bring a drink, and the dipping sauce. I called to complain; however he was telling me the deal which I ordered no longer exists, Which is far from the truth because I ordered from the app. And been ordering the same deal every week for a few months now. The person was extremely rude, I explain them if it’s a simple mistake it’s fine, I am bringing to their attention, but he was just keep on telling me how the mistake was sent from my end. Then he said that manager will call me back, and it never happened.

I order 2 large pizzas ,chicken wings and zero sugar Pepsi . They removed the chicken wings from us and also got the wrong pepsi, and we ordered pineapple on one of the pizzas and none were there. When we call to ask about the missing and wrong ingredients they refused to refund the chicken wings and told us to drive back to them.

Even you did the online order and pick up after the scheduled time, they still want you to wait for another 5 mins. They couldn’t just give you the order which already stay on the counter. There’s one staff came back from outside, WITHOUT washing his hand, making pizza RIGHT AWAY. I would never order again from this location.

Ordered a pizza on Super Bowl Sunday at 5.45 pm and knowing the busy schedule, decided to wait it through till they delivered. Called up the location not once but 23 times, to inform the delivery person about drop off instructions. Not one soul was present to answer the phone, I guess the only person available to answer was the order taker. What is worrisome is that they had someone to take orders but no one to handle customer service. Finally managed to get someone after all these attempts. Got my pizza at 9pm, literally frozen in the cold sitting outside the doorstep of my neighbors house who was kind enough to bring it over to my house. Absolutely a bunch of inexperienced staff working and poor management who were not prepared to handle the busy routine

Ordered pizza got Delivery after 3 hours. I understand it can get busy sometimes but communication is the best key for any business. Received cold pizza if store cannot handle orders stop taking orders.

Garbage service. Wet cold pizza left outside in the rain, did not knock or ring bell. Then on top of that, they didn't deliver two 2-liter soda's. When i called the store to ask for the sodas I'd paid for to be delivered, the manager said "they'd bring them next time I ordered". So, I was charged $7.00 for two 2-Liter sodas that I did not receive, didn't get refunded. AND STILL was charged $3.99 delivery fee + a $6.00 tip online - for a grand total of $16.99

I spent $31 for a medium size stuffed crust pizza with three skimpy toppings delivered on 9-14-2022. I immediately called the 800 number and also Emailed them. No one has ever called me to apologize or try to make good.

This place has the worse customer service I never met in my life. When you call to make an order, they completely forget about you over the phone for almost an hour. They have no respect for their customers. I ask myself why they act like that. Is it because they are from another culture or that's how they greet their own by disrespecting them? Please, someone answers that question for me. I cannot believe that they are still in this community and they do not want to serve the customers. If there is any manager there who is reading these reviews. Please, do something about it before you go out of business. You are never Big to fail! Think about it, customers should ALWAYS be your priorities.

Ordered online. I ordered two medium pizzas at 10pm. The delivery was not even 5 minute drive away. The site said delivery within 20-30 minutes. At 10:30 I called to ask how far away it was. The phone service was lousy. The people seem not to have their wits about them. As an employee you should have a rough idea what's been ordered. They had no idea what I was talking about and the man gave up and said driver will be 10 minutes away. At 11:10pm we got our meal. I was on the phone to them again and I was being bounced around from person to person. We had to pay full price and no discount (like no delivery fee) was offered or given I was just put on hold. Worst thing is they got my order wrong and the pizza wasnt hot.

The horrible place ever I am not gonna go back never again horrible customer service. I wish this place closest fast. They’re dirty person and The guy that did our pizza he didn’t wash his hands when he made our food and I did not like that.

This place used to be good Now they got so skimpy with toppings. When I ordered ‘the works’, a volume of toppings are less than half of what they used to be. For some reason, the pizza does not taste like how it used to be. Im stopped ordering from here after repeatedly unsatisfactory experiences

If you order, good luck, they only provide an estimated* time of delivery, which is wrong, you will get a cold pizza an hour+ later. Papa John's is not worth the lower price. They don't have enough people or something else is wrong.

Ordered2 medium 2 topping pizza and 8 piece well done wings. My wings first off was soggy. Was not well done. The crust on the pizza was plain no butter garlic on the crust or anything. Would had took it back but it was was late and kids had to eat. Will never order from this place again. Should had just went to the papa johns in Brentwood.

Went there for the first time since it opened. Ordered a simple meal. A papa bowl Alfredo chicken, and a regular pie with extra cheese. Not only didn't they give me extra cheese, the papa bowl was literally 2 spoon fulls of pasta with like 3 bits of chicken. I told them they made a mistake, they refuses to give me to a manager, or a refund for the papa bowl. And corporate office hung up on me.. I also have a photo of said bowl. And recordings of them doing all these things. Needless to say I'll eat pizza elsewhere for now on. Shame on that entire franchise. U CAN SEE MY PHOTO. It's the last photo in "photos." The one of the Alfredo chicken papa bowl that looks like it was eaten already. BUT IT WASNT eaten by ME!

They delivered the wrong order. I called to let them know. The manager hung up on me and sent every subsequent call was put on hold. I ordered from here regularly but never again. You sent the wrong order and somehow its my fault. Some customer service to hang up on a long time customer after i call you on one mistake after all these years.

I have ordered 8 large pizza including 2 speciality pizza. When I took food home all pizza was like a cardboard. Two speciality pizza one had spinach alfredo and six cheese pizza. Most of all my pizza was undercooked, not enough ingredients and I have complained online and someone from store call me and told me that, " Because of covid we are backed up" but when I went to pick up pizza front desk personnel chatting on phone and I didn't see anyone else was waiting for pizza either. This place used to be so good now it got worse never ever order pizza agian from here and I recommend others as well too.

Overall: you want to ruin your day? You want stress? You want teenagers wiping their nose and hair into your pies. Come here. Couldn’t rate the food because it never came out but the customer service is non-existent. I mean literally. 3 kids in the kitchen making pies and none came up to the counter for 15 minutes even when asked. I got there when a notification that my one pie was ready for pickup. I got there and waited in store for five minutes before asking if someone can help me. 15 minutes passed before one of the kids came up and gave me an attitude that “where your order?!” then turned around and walked away. Specifically the kid with pimples, bowl cut, on the taller side, wiping his nose while making pies with his bare hands wearing a red sweater. Another kid came up 5 minutes later in a black hoodie and said there was a big order and he couldn’t find my order. He tried to lie saying it would be done in 2 minutes. I asked at this point to just cancel the order and the kid kept making up lies until he finally cancelled it.

I ordered delivery through papajohns. They forgot to deliver 2L soda and extra sauce I paid for. Delivery guy said he will refund it. Didn't believe him so I even called the store to refund the the missing items. It's been a few days and i still have not been refunded. Can't believe I need to pre tip for delivery now...

I came in and waited like about 5-8 minutes for them to stop talking because they where talking in the back and one of them saw me and didn’t say anything it’s took them so long I was about to leave then one of them saw me workers came in and took my order late so disappointed.

To all future customers be aware of this location, Strongly request not order from this location. If there is negative review to would give this location. I have ordered my pizza through their app, according to their app it was ready for pickup. I waited 25mins after reaching to location and their employees are talking very rudely even it’s their fault of being late and refusing of giving my order. They have horrible customer service skills and treated me as DoorDash delivery person. They did not apologized properly. Stay away from this location.

The most unprofessional place I have ever visited. No one had proper uniforms or head covers, and hygiene was zero. I made the mistake of ordering a pizza and waited for two hours to get my order. When I asked when it was going to be ready, they joked around in their language, saying it would take another five minutes while laughing. I eventually had to cancel my order and leave the store to get something else.

Very un professional place . Customer service sucks! . The person who took the order is rude , unprofessional & don’t know how to talk to a customer . I am Indian & people working here are from India as well . If they are rude & having bad approach to me think about other people ! Avoid this un professional & un mannered crew if you can !!! Don’t even know whether they have a manager lol

I asked for his name, and when he said why I said I have the right to ask for his name I don’t appreciate the way he’s speaking to me &! I d like to report him to a supervisor and he hung up on me. He hung up on me more than once and I am going to write to Papa John’s corporate. He was disgustingly rude and obnoxious. I will find out who he was and report him.

Had a horrible experience, between the terrible pizza quality and the unprofessional management . We won’t be ordering again, and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The pizza base was unchewable, a thin hard crust that was surely stale, minimal toppings which was shocking, barely any sauce, and practically zero cheese. Felt like either toppings were added to a pizza made earlier in the am or just amateur-level pizza making, not something you’d expect from Papa John’s. To make things worse, the supposed manager “Parwinder” was rude, argumentative, and offered to send a replacement if we texted a picture of the pizza. That felt like a rude joke, not customer service. When I asked if I could contact the owner, he said, I am the owner, which seemed to be made up . Complete waste of money, won’t be ordering again from this Papa John’s.
