I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut! The food was absolutely delicious everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The pizza was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service all around! I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the crew at this Pizza Hut deserves it. Every time I order, the food’s hot, the crust is perfect, and they actually care about getting it right — something you don’t see enough these days. The team clearly goes above and beyond, even with the kind of “corporate guidance” that probably makes their job harder than it needs to be. Whoever’s running this location should be teaching the higher-ups how it’s done — real customer service, real pizza, no gimmicks. Keep it up, y’all. Don’t let the suits mess with the magic. 🍕🔥

This is the best Pizza Hut I have been to in Northern Texas by far! I stopped by on a whim while going through town. It was very clean and honestly kind of relaxing after being on the road for hours. Valerie assisted me and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. She was kind and truly made my day! 😊

Recently visited the Plainview Pizza Hut with the fam. We had another fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating considering the kiddos. Our pizza came out perfect! We also tried something new and enjoyed the Taco Pizza (didn’t think we would like it but it was pretty tasty). The service was prompt, and the whole place was clean. Thanks for a great dinner! Shout out to the lady with black hair and glasses. She kept the kiddos entertained for a second while I felt like I was drowning 😅. Big help! NO ONE PIZZAS THE HUTTTTT

Dined in from out of town with my husband this past week to grab something really quick, and I was surprised at how friendly the customer service was and the quality of the food was amazing! I met a young woman named Valerie and she was the sweetest lady. She was so patient with my questions and attentive. Definitely coming back in when I return to the area. 😊

Shout out to this Pizza Hut specifically Nick who saved us from not having food. We threw a party and they had called weekends bbq to cater and confirmed with them a few days ahead of time, but when I got there to pick it up they acted stupid and said they didn’t have it. Leaving us high and dry. Thanks to Nick and his team we were able to get enough pizzas in a short time to feed everyone!! They are awesome!!

I ordered a super supreme pizza online. It was supposed to be ready by 6:29. My husband picked it up at 6:35. The pizza was cold, it seemed as if they added the mushrooms, green peppers and onions after it was done. I had to turn my oven on and heat the pizza. We are very disappointed and angry.
