I don’t usually leave reviews, but the crew at this Pizza Hut deserves it. Every time I order, the food’s hot, the crust is perfect, and they actually care about getting it right — something you don’t see enough these days. The team clearly goes above and beyond, even with the kind of “corporate guidance” that probably makes their job harder than it needs to be. Recently visited the Plainview Pizza Hut with the fam. We had another fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating considering the kiddos. Our pizza came out perfect! We also tried something new and enjoyed the Taco Pizza (didn’t think we would like it but it was pretty tasty). The service was prompt, and the whole place was clean. Thanks for a great dinner! Shout out to the lady with black hair and glasses. She kept the kiddos entertained for a second while I felt like I was drowning 😅. Big help! NO ONE PIZZAS THE HUTTTTT

Shout out to this Pizza Hut specifically Nick who saved us from not having food. We threw a party and they had called weekends bbq to cater and confirmed with them a few days ahead of time, but when I got there to pick it up they acted stupid and said they didn’t have it. Leaving us high and dry. Thanks to Nick and his team we were able to get enough pizzas in a short time to feed everyone!! They are awesome!!

I placed my order at 11:02 for pick up at 12:15 it’s now 12:35 been on hold because they can’t find my order when we went to pick up was told it was going to be another 30-45 mins for 4 personal pizzas. Then why else would I set at time to pick up if I still had to wait! Update 2 hrs later I sent someone to pick them up and they still weren’t ready! It’s really not that hard to make 4 personal pizzas

placed order online and i entered it wrong and couldn’t edit so i called store and a computer answered who transferred me to store and after 17 rings and no answer i hung up. i called back. they answered and they could not edit order said already made it ( definitely doubtful) as they are never that fast at dine in.

We ordered our pizza with an estimated delivery time of 7:07. Our pizza did not arrive until after 7:35. It was cold and hard. We tried to call and were placed on hold (still on hold for 7 min). We were going to warm it, but decided for the price and Tip we paid we would just take it back. Very disappointed. On our way now. And -still on hold.

They have messed up my order three times. Three is my limit. I would like to give them another chance but their service is so poor.

I don’t know what is going on with Pizza Hut. My last orders were horrible. I should have looked inside the box before I drove away. Unfortunately I live 20 minutes away. The pizza were so overcooked they had little flavor as well as being completely dry. They are usually good pizzas except for the last few times I’ve ordered. It’s unfortunate because the young man at the pickup window is so nice.

I ordered a super supreme pizza online. It was supposed to be ready by 6:29. My husband picked it up at 6:35. The pizza was cold, it seemed as if they added the mushrooms, green peppers and onions after it was done. I had to turn my oven on and heat the pizza. We are very disappointed and angry.
