Good food employees real friendly and professional

I always like Arby's. People think I am weird because I prefer the crinkle fries over the curly fries. The turkey bacon ranch is the best.

I went through the drive through on 10-18-21. I paid for my food, they handed me my order and I left. Not long after I had a Facebook message from someone that said I left my card at the Arby’s drive through. I didn’t even realize it! The message came from Breanna. So thank you Breanna for finding me on Facebook and contacting me immediately. I live in Lubbock so I was on my way home, and I wasn’t too far out of plainview when she messaged me. Idk if management are sticklers for employees being on their phones while working, so I just want to say that if they are, don’t be upset with her for finding a way to get my card back to me! It was much appreciate and I wish their were more people in the world like her. I was going to send this to corporate, but I couldn’t find this new location on the Arby’s website. Thank you again Breanna. :)

Got a beef and cheddar sandwich and didn't know it came with some kind of sauce on it, " yuck," not for me. Told the server I didn't like it, and all he said was next time you come in order something different. "Duh"

Love the Crinkle fries, BUT... they are always cold when you get them to go??? Otherwise the French Dip and Cheddar are amazing.

I've had really good drive through experiences here. Dining room...not so much, either its closed or the staff seems a bit unprofessional. However, I will say i'm thoroughly please with the drive through service. They are always very polite, even if they are out of something they're always apologetic and quick to compensate with a solution. Our orders come out correct each time, and I just really appreciate the attitude of the drive through staff. Thank yall!

It's a fast food place. Not much more to say. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is what you can expect.

Just a so so experience. Rather disappointed with having high hopes this would be a great Arbys. The staff were friendly and took our order. Barely sat down with our drinks and our food was ready. While this is good, I would have gladly waited 5-10 more minutes to have had fresh hot food. My beef n cheddar was cold, cheese and bun cold with meat slightly warm. My husband's fries were a touch old and his original sandwich was also not hot. I believe the food was beyond pre prepared and they were not overly busy so might want to make sandwiches closer to order? Overall afew positives but negatives outweighed. I'm afraid this might be the new fast food norm? Also flies were horrible.

The one sandwich I always ate is no longer available. The brisket was a little dry and the lettuce on the chicken sandwich i thought was cabbage at first it was so white. Dont believe i will be going back or recommending Arby's

Didn't like the prime rib sandwich and the 2 people with me didn't like the sandwich either !!! It had no flavor ! I should have ordered the regular roast beef sandwich because they are always good.

This Arby’s is brand new so the line is long. It was over 30 minutes from the time I got in line until I had my food. The worst part is I ordered a plain roast beef sandwich and I received a beef and cheddar on an onion bun dripping with Arby’s sauce. Won’t be going back until they slow down and figure out what they’re doing.

Me and my family are trying to enjoy a meal together but apparently the person taking orders at the front counter has some of her friends there and they're more worried about laughing giggling and taking selfies instead of acting in a professional manner

I went through the drive-thru about 30 minutes ago. I ordered a fish sandwich and a Beef'n Cheddar. I waited for them to cook the fish sandwich. I took the order back to my hotel room. The fish sandwich was perfect. The Beef'n Cheddar, however, had issues. I called the restaurant to report the issues with the sandwich. Instead of having the normal shaved roast beef, the sandwich was loaded with Greek gyro meat. Instead of a normal amount of cheddar sauce, this thing was drenched with it. I have less of a problem with the sandwich than I have with the girl that answered the phone. Despite my asserting that I did not want anything, not a replacement sandwich or a refund, she still refused to believe me. She tried asserting that the beef slicer somehow managed to make the meat as thick as I found it to be. I told her that the shaved roast beef and the gyro meat differ in flavor profile, color, and texture. Regardless, she remained argumentative and dismissive of my complaint. My only goal was for them to make sure the person in the kitchen knew how to properly make the sandwich. The girl that answered the phone sounded about 16 years old. I should have asked if I could have spoken to an adult. I have been eating at Arby's since the 1970s and know what the shaved roast beef looks and tastes like. I've also had the gyros and know what that meat tastes like. A sandwich mess up is one thing but outright rudeness to a customer is another. She even smarted back at one time and said, "I know, the customer is always right!" I don't expect graduate-level communication skills from children working in fast food restaurants, but I also didn't expect to be treated so rudely on the phone when I called to explain the situation. Perhaps, at the very least, they could make sure that only adults answer the phone.

I ordered a gyro sandwich with extra sauce and the curly fries and a coke no ice. What I got was a gyro sandwich with watered down yogurt and a handful of arby sauce the curly fries were all broken not one curl and a coke with ice.

Food great. Trying to get back on the highway is a disaster...took forever. As much as I love Arby's, I'm afraid I won't be back. Unless, they find a better way to come and go.

Sandwich cold fries were cold mozzarella sticks were cold didnt put marinara sauce with it was a door dash and diver did great do better next time Arby's

I've been to this place a number of times now and they've managed to mess up my order each time. From overcharging to incorrectly prepared orders. Today they charged me for my meal and left the fries. Pitiful

Not sure what's going on but went and gotten good there 3-4 times. Each time I gone there I always get 2 beef and cheddar one on regular bun but it always seems that the person making the sandwiches don't care or whatever it maybe but the meat mostly on one side and cheese almost all over the sandwich so you can barely pick it up to eat it... VERY SLOPPY!! Not sure if I'll go back or not and I like Arby's...

Management is trash, I honestly can’t understand how people eat there, store is barely cleaned, plumbing has been a problem for more than 5 months and some employees have horrible hygiene 🤢. And I feel bad for the people that drink the tea.

Everytime we got Arby's they mess up our order. I think the employees at the speaker and the window should repeat the order. We ordered a large fries but they give us a small and fries. The sandwich I got was not what I want to eat and it was dry and it tasty funny.

Restaurant was having difficulty keeping up with orders, manager locked the doors. Concentrated on drive through only. Customers meanwhile were knocking on doors/ windows wanting food. Seemed very strange to me. Instead of helping manager was yelling out orders to his employees throughout my entire meal. Again very odd.

Where did the bacon and cheese come from because that is not on that wrap. Possibly received a roasted turkey bacon wrap? And then at the drive-thru window they quickly gave us the bag and then shut the window. They didn't even asked if we wanted any condiments which there are none in the bag. Now I don't know about anybody else but I would like something to eat the fries with. I.E. ketchup.

Or maybe with the attitude that the manager on duty had with me he just didn't want to do it that way. I dont know but I am sad that they started mixing it in because it was the only thing I liked from Arby's

Guess Arby's workers don't care about their customers or their business. My order and my wife's order looked like a kid made the order. My wife's ordered 2 roast beef sliders with cheddar sauce and crinkle fries. Her sliders was cold n look like they just threw the cheddar sauce like they didn't care how the product went out. My big cheesy bacon burger was cold soggy and lot of burger sauce on the bun. If someone made their burger or sliders like the way they did they also would be writing a review. If you don't wanna do your job then let someone else who can do the job. Waste of money getting food that aren't made to made right. I would not go there again Arby's cooperate read this and do something about it just don't say "I'm sorry" because that word don't fix anything to solve problems.

Don't give them to the guy waiting for overpriced sandwiches. Terrible.
