The lady that I talk to on the phone was very polite and when I pick up my pizza was very nice.

I give this 5 stars not on a worldly traveler scale, but on the hungry stormchaser who was wary he'd find a clean eatery in a small town scale. Skepticism quelled. For a Pizza Hut the food quality was above average, the restaurant was immaculately spotless, and the lady at the register who also brought out the food couldn't have been any nicer. What more could one expect?

While the service was slow (staffing issues I'm sure because the kitchen was hopping!) the food was very good. Thanks for having us as dine-in guests even though the internet says you don't. Please keep pushing to excel in these trying times!

I watched these 2 ladies for 25 minutes ..very happy, very good looking pizzas..everyone I seen come out was gorgeous and they seemed so happy while building them. I wish the Pizza Hut in Kermit was one quarter as good as this. My pizza was excellent as well, best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in long time. Bathrooms very clean, dine in very clean, very good service . Thank you all for being courteous and respectful.

It's Pizza Hut, but I didn't like their ranch dressing. The people that work here are friendly and they answer the phone... unlike many of the Pizza Huts I've tried to go to. I won't work with a call center, or order online. I want to talk to the people at the place. I have called in my order and rarely have I had to wait when I called here. The only other problem I have is their to-go-cups are TOO SMALL!

Everything was fresh and delicious 😋 I got the dinner box and wings

My personal pizzas were raw. So fully cooked pizza would be Great , but this my first bad experience with them.

The young lady at the window was a sweetheart. Super friendly and would make one want to go back, even if the food was subpar.

I ordered honey BBQ wings. There was little to no sauce on the wings. They also forgot the cheese sticks when order was delivered. The driver had to call to have them made and redelivered.

They are as friendly as u may expect but tend to make a lot of errors. They are always willing to make it right which does improve my over all opinion.

Be careful they charge whatever they want.... and ONE RANCH DOES NOT COME WITH UR MEAL! SMH

It's a Pizza hut in a small rural town. At your expectations accordingly. We ate there with a group of 14 coming back from caprock. Overwhelmed the place. They were short staffed. Does a lot of take out business. Salad bar wasn't the best. Not a lot of other options in town.

Pizza and wings were as good as Pizza Hut/Wing Street gets. The service was quite bad and a bit rude to my young daughter.

Perfect customer service and the food was Great Fast forward to 2022.... this place has seriously gone downhill... it really needs some better management. Don't waste your time.. just order 806 Pizza.

The pizza was less than up to par, I got the beef taco pizza and it had almost no lettuce that was wilted and very little cheese. Although I like the thin and crispy crust, this was just shy of burnt. Very disappointed and a true waste of money!

poor service, ordered 2 pizza, waited the whole order for more than an hour, 3 solutions came up to us asking what we ordered and forgot every room, only 2 tables with visitors were occupied in the hall, the hall was empty. if the hall was full of visitors, then we would never have waited for an order. : ((((bad place, not recommended !!!

Worst pizza I've ever had. Had 2 mediums and half of the pizzas weren't covered with any cheese at all. Someone threw cheese on them after it was cooked.

Refused to deliver to a truck driver, unless the driver meets the delivery person in Subway. I order from Pizza Hut alot and this is the first time I was refused to delivery to my truck.

Our first pizza was burnt and the crust was so hard it was like dried wood, was also missing the extra cheese I paid for. Called and politely asked for a remake, manager got very rude and defensive but issued the remake and had me send the original pie back, no problem. Got the remake and still burnt and was cut like they let my toddlers loose in the back with the pizza cutter. Petty and unprofessional to the max.

I've been reluctant to try the new Italian place here, they make pizza too, but we've always been Pizza Hutters... guess change is inevitable, wanted or not.

If they are out of a certain ingredient they don't bother calling, they just wait until you slow up to inform you that they haven't even started your order. I enjoy food from Pizza Hut when it is made properly in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, it is more likely to be wrong or late at this location.

Twice I have placed orders there within a week of each other for delivery using the App and both times they failed to contact me telling me delivery was not available so after waiting 30 mins plus for my food I finally called them only to be told we're sorry nobody called you. So today I called them to ask if they were doing delivery before ordering and was told no due to not having a driver. I understand not having a driver but I don't understand why they don't go into the order system for the day and turn off deliveries. I know it can be done because I used to work for a pizza hut. It's frustrating when the employees don't call to let you know and even more frustrating if you think delivery is available when placing your order online.
