Wonderful place. The kids love it and we go every time we're in Canyon. It has trains that run around the ceiling and they're very cool. The food is outstanding. I've never gotten the same thing twice and it's all been great. The servers are amazing and you won't have a bad experience.

Quickly seated our party of 15 on graduation weekend. Food was great, went back the next day and picked up peach cobbler to go. Staff was friendly and managed our group well.

Most places can't do cheese steaks very well. Here you will find an excellent cheese steak that is close to a real Philly. The roll makes the difference and their rolls are very good Italian rolls. Good job!

An interesting place. Have been a few times but this is the most recent experience. I had the ribeye (medium) and two baked potatos. My Ma had a sirloin (medium) and one potato. The first ribeye was well done. So sent it back not worrying about it too much. The second arrives and is a perfect medium, thin steaks are hard to get medium perfectly. But the issue was the first bite all I tasted was salt. The back of my throat tingled and burned from being so salty. I had Ma try one and she started coughing for a while on one small piece. To make sure I wasnt crazy I tried a small bit of Ma's sirloin and it was great. So I had informed the server about the saltiness and he brought the manager. She had asked if I wanted to try something else to get a different ribeye. I ended up settling for the cheeseburger that was again perfectly made. The potatos were great. I do not get what happened with the ribeye as it was great before on prior visits. Maybe some new cooks or something. But the manager handled it professionally with compasion. That to me shows that when things go in a difficult direction that the service could save the experience. With that said, Id definately be back if in town. Every other time was great but I feel this highlights the quality of service the best. The model trains are a staple of the resturant that are fondly remembered for years. Not ever seen another place similar to it. Something that needs to be visited at least once. There was some kids running around so it was child friendly, maybe a bit too much in that regard. Its supposed to be up to the parents to keep their kids in check. But didn't ruin it.

This is a vintage style restaurant with a cozy feel. The food is very good and the server was kind and attentive as well. I would recommend eating here for a good home cooked meal.

Service was great! We just went in for snacks, so we ordered 3 appetizers. Cheese fries, fried mozzarella balls, & Mac & cheese balls. Loved how thick cut the fries were & every fry had plenty of topping on it, the Mac & cheese balls were the bomb! Of course the girls had a handful of each before I took pictures, so this is not the actual amount you get! Will visit again!

This was an awesome experience overall. Seems like this is THE place to go in Canyon as it is close to WTAMU. Beer selection is very decent and has a couple of good tap selections. Food was awesome. Service was great. One of our better dining experiences not only in Canyon (vacation...as we were there to hike) but in GENERAL (Fort Worth, Dallas, San Antonio, etc.). Fried pickles are awesome. Very good kids menu. My very picky 10 year old loved her chicken bites. Get there before 6pm for dinner or else you will be waiting as it gets very busy much earlier than I thought it would. We would definitely go back if this was in our local neighborhood.

We loved Feldman's! Top notch customer service with super friendly and helpful waitresses. We dined here twice in one day so that tells you how great the food is too! And they know how to do lemon wedges for tea here!!! We had grilled chicken, popcorn chicken bowl, tortilla soup, grilled chicken salad, and peach cobbler with ice cream. So yummy!

WONDERFUL experience! From the moment we walked in the door until we left we were not disappointed one time. Our food was exceptional and I especially loved the delicious salads being served in ice cold frosty bowls. Everything was fresh, tasty, served at the perfect temperature and large portions. Our server, Cady was a delight. She was so personable and attentive. A true class act. The toy train running up over head was such a neat touch. If you have kids they will be entertained. We will definitely be returning on our next trip through!

We stopped at Feldman's Wrong Way Diner via Triple Ds and was not dissapointed! Atmosphere, service and food were excellent. The Philly Steak was delicious on a perfect roll and gigantic. Choice of Swiss or Queso was a nice option. The Chiken Poblano corn/bean soup is now my favorite soup. The Wrong Way Chicken was everything right! If you're close to Amarillo this diner is a must stop!

Such a Fun and Delicious place. Tons of fun everywhere you look, especially Up. Two trains circle through the various rooms (2 dining, 1 bar) as you enjoy tasty eats. Portions were huge. Service was excellent. Our waitress Veronica was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, our next time through Texas.

If you’re looking for something delicious to eat near Palo Duro Canyon, this is a great place to go to. They have classic Southern favorites like chicken fried steak and beef tips and they serve it with a smile. Our waiter was so kind and helpful. Our group enjoyed all the things - especially the chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and beef tips. The chili cheese fries and chips and queso were great as well. We’d definitely go back here.

Great Catfish! Always hot and fresh and big pieces. I can never get all the way through it. The green beans are the best. Made with bacon and onions, I can eat two servings of them. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive.

We had lunch on September 24, 2005, and it was good as usual. This place has consistently been a good place to eat, and it always has good service. It's clean and very friendly. If you're in the area, you won't be disappointed dining here.

Great as always. We enjoyed our dinner outside on the patio. I had the Skipper's Salmon and it was perfectly cooked and had great flavor. Their ranch dressing for my side salad is the best. My husband had the Chicken Fried Steak - they make one of the best here. Our server was really sweet, not fake and checked on us just the right amount of times.

Used Feldman's catering for the rehearsal dinner, very pleasant experience, even though the venue was 45 minutes away the food arrived hot, with plenty of condiments and accessories. They supplied everything but the tables and chairs.

We spent less than we have elsewhere and the food was better than other places we have tried. The service was phenomenal. The atmosphere is warm and family friendly. We can't wait to come back. Such an excellent experience! From the time we walked in the door, was waited on by Faith and served a terrific meal! I had the blackened salmon while my husband had the best beef tips in his life! The queso with the seasoned meat was soooo good! The chips were still warm! I came to Texas with my husband for our anniversary and was so glad we decided to stop here to get dinner! Faith was an excellent and very attentive server! Two thumbs way up!

Tried to come here two years ago while at Palo Duro Canyon but found it closed on Mondays. Waiting two years to try it on what happened to try it on our 30th wedding anniversary gotta say I was a little disappointed. The service from the hostess and server were excellent, the atmosphere fun and relaxed, the portions are huge but honestly found the food to be just average, but fairly priced. The cheese fries app were barely warm with very limited toppings or coverage as was the meals loaded bake potato, the mashed potatoes were bland, but the Chicken Fried steak w/ jalapeño gravy and coleslaw were at least tasty....Sadly I think this place is overhyped or just limited restaurant choices in the area driving it's rating. Probably won't return. But thanks for the awesome attentive service.

Unique place to eat with model trains going around the top of the dining room. The food was average, but there were a few unique Texas dishes (like chicken fried steak). Service was great; we had a college student waiting on us that paid attention to the details and made sure we were satisfied the whole time. I'd definitely recommend this place for casual or family meals.

Canyon Texas wouldn't be Canyon without Feldman's! The food is great, the service is up to par but the atmosphere is what sets this place apart from all other diners. The decor is fun and eclectic, giving a new experience every time you're there. There are TV's to watch and plenty of seating without being crowded. Pricing is good and the portions allow for take home leftovers. But the train making it's way around the dining area is by far one of the coolest features of this restaurant. Go visit Feldman's....it may be the wrong way diner but it is far from the wrong choice for dinner.

While visiting friends in Canyon we decided to try out Feldman's. Service was very congenial and fast, and the menu fairly varied. I received the chicken fried steak and it was quite good, with delicious gravy and a decent crunch. If you find yourself in the area, I'd consider this a good option.

Fun place to eat. Staff is super friendly and the patio is dog friendly. Dog friendly is huge with us. Our server was attentive and nice. She filled our drinks and took care of us in a timely manner the entire time. The manager even poked his head out once and asked how we were doing. Points for that. All the food was really good. The loaded baked potato was a little small for the price, especially as an entree. It was almost like a side potato from a deli, still tasty. These guys have a spicy chicken alfredo pasta that is just as good if not better than any of your big chain Italian spots. I would definitely give anything pasta related on their menu a try. The only down side of our dining experience was the burger we ordered. Saying the bun was soggy doesnt quite do it justice. The tomatos weren't ripe and the slices were the thick cuts close to the end. Hey not everything can be perfect. Our server fixed us right up and took care of it. The manager even returned to make sure everything was ok. These guys are on the ball. All in all a good dining experience at an affordable price worthy of a repeat visit.

This restaurant was so fun to go to, but the pulled pork had a lot of fat I had to pick out. The food was flavorful and fun to eat. There are electric trains that run around on a track, and there is a plane hanging from the ceiling. I would love to go back. I have Celiac Disease, and they do have a gluten free menu, but be careful.

4.2 rating bc our waitress was really nice and the 6 oz streak sirloin was really good and same for the loaded mashed potatoes however the fried okra was lukewarm.

Cute eclectic restaurant; wall of clocks, train running around top of restaurant. Super crowded at lunch time. Parking was difficult. Rather loud inside. Chicken fried chicken was good - batter thick & crunchy. A little thicker chicken would be nice. Hubby loved the hamburger steak. Service by Martin was really good.

Cool place with lots of memorabilia on the walls and ceilings. The menu was huge. We stopped in for lunch. The fried pickle basket was huge and delicious. The steak fingers were great with jalapeño gravy. The service was excellent. Glad we found it on the map.

We enjoyed Feldman's...but it didn't quite live up to the hype. First thing: the portions are enormous. This isn't good or bad, necessarily, but be prepared. Multiple appetizers probably aren't necessary for most parties. The chicken friend steaks were tasty, but they were too thick, which made them a bit tough. I did appreciate that the jalepeno gravy was actually spicy. Too often, there's only a token amount of heat. We enjoyed the overhead model trains very much.

Love the fact the had chive tv, I love watching extreme stuff. I could not get the Wi-Fi to work for some reason. The food and service was good. I ordered baked potato soup & it had real bacon, that’s a plus! Club sandwich was tasty just wish the lettuce was full leafy not chopped. My husbands beef tips were good he ate them all but said they needed to be marinated to be tender, he said basically it was like eating a cut up steak. Restrooms were clean and there was a hook for my bag another plus! Thanks for the awesome vibes & great service.

I decided to try this restaurant based on menu and reviews. Restaurant was clean, well maintained and prices are fair. Service was friendly but lacking. Once we received our food we didn't see the waitress til it was time for the check. Too bad because I really would've liked a drink refill since my drink ran out right after my order arrived. I liked the atmosphere and the trains continuously encircling around the top are reminiscent of restaurants of past. The food was what you would expect. I enjoyed the chicken fried steak. I ordered a house salad in addition and it was a really good size with fresh greens. The sizes are generous esp the french fries that came with the steak fingers. Cream gravy was well prepared with just enough flavor and thickness; not runny or peppery. I will definitely return next trip up back home to Canyon (hopefully by then I'll be able to see the faces of the people around me! 🤞🏻).

Long long wait to get seated. Empty tables but they kept seating 2 at a time while our 6 +highchair waited. After 40 minutes I left, the rest waited another 30 before they were seated. Only a group of 5 or 6 was there when we arrived (only 2 were actually there at that time.

Food is generally good. Higher prices, smaller portions and lower quality ingredients. Had the chicken fried steak, was very chewy and tuff. Service is always excellent.

First time here, It’s quite dark inside, even in the daytime. They do have a train that drives around on a ceiling track which is pretty cool. I was recommended the chicken fried steak and it was good. Corn was sweet, but the green beans were lacking. My order was correct, but two of the orders of my party were completely incorrect. The server that took our order could have been a bit friendlier, and a majority of the time we were eating, they didn’t refill waters but once. Shades on the windows? Very outdated decor but I think they’re going for an old fashioned look.

My wife, my sister and I came here during our stay in Palo Duro Canyon and it was good - but nothing to write home about, honestly. The portion sizes, as previously mentioned, are good and the queso (of all things!) was A+++! The rest of the food was clearly homemade at least - which is more than I can say about some other places - but it didn't have any special flavor. My sister got the chicken friend steak which she said was good. I got the popcorn chicken which was okay - it wasn't super flavorful or seasoned, just kind of 'fine', same with the french fries with it. Wife got the beef tips and while they were okay, the vegetables underneath were lukewarm, not even hot - and by the time she ate a little of her beef tips, it was basically cold and she wasn't interested in eating it. (We thought maybe it was just her but the person serving us did mention that a lot of things were getting sent back to the kitchen for being cold...so you may want to work on that....) It's very loud and busy but that's a given - it's a diner. That being said, they have several TVs with the game going, as well as trains that go by on tracks so some noise is to be expected. Overall, it was fine.

The food we had was not that good and the prices are on the high side. The cobbler was decent. The waitress didn't seem to care that the food was disliked, and she didn't come around to check very often. The decor is neat.

I can understand why some people would like Feldmans, but after trying it a couple times, its just not for me. Portion sizes are good, but the quality just doesn't match the price. Im not one to send something back, but when I pay 25 for a ribeye and half of it comes to me raw, twice? Staff was friendly and understanding, but I just left underwhelmed.

Went here last month for a coworkers bday lunch!! I ordered the chicken sandwich which I read the menu and it stated it had hickory smoked bacon!! Hello I love my bacon, super impressed w the portions, I get my sandwich no bacon!!! I ask our waiter a young gentleman and he’s like you ordered the whatever sandwich I can’t remember the name it doesn’t come with bacon, I’m like oh ok I must have read wrong!! Didn’t make a big deal ate my sandwich I was hungry then a couple days later I went to look at the menu BAM it was supposed to come with bacon!!! I love food and I always read the menu before!!! The ranch-q!!! That’s the sandwich name!!! $20 dollars wasted of course I tipped!!! Too much hype not impressed!!!! Imagine how many people they tell it doesn’t come like that!!!!

I wish for my money back. This was my first time here, and I drove 20 miles from Amarillo just to try this place. I ordered their beef tips on rice, but it was overcooked and remarkably tasteless. I hardly ate any of my main dish, I only ate about 3 pieces of meat from it. When I told them I didn't like the food, I simply asked if I could get something else. They accused me of "eating too much of it," when in reality they don't give you very much meat in that dish to begin with. (seriously, if you end up ordering the beef tips on rice, count the pieces of meat, it's a very small portion.) The best they could do was knock off $5. I simply declined another order, paid, and left. I was still down $11 and very hungry. I ended up going somewhere else immediately afterwards. It's a shame, this place gets high reviews, but I think it's from confirmation bias. The reaction to the food was very "meh" from the other people at my table. I will be sure to warn against eating here. Amarillo has plenty of better restaurants, and generally much better customer service, just go there if you are passing through. I recommend Sam's Southern Eatery instead, if you like fried sea food. It has way more generous proportions compared to this place, way better food, and at a better price! It's one of my favorite restaurants in Amarillo. If you can, I would recommend that instead of tastless beef.

If you want to eat here suggest going in person. Upon picking up they rarely put everything you ask for in your order . And ive asked was everything in the bag lied straight to my face and said i just put them in bag (younger white male with longer hair) definitely feels like he hates being there as if i chose the job for him pls fix this asap . Just today asked if i was charged for the cup or bowl and he lied told me i was charged for the cup but the cup isnt 8.99 not being cheap but know my needs and wants

Cool place but waited 20 minutes and nobody even took our drink orders. The host did offer us a "sorry about that" as we were leaving.
