This is such a great place to take the family or go to on a date. There are so many options and flavors to choose from and the staff are all friendly and fast! I recommend half peach and half banana with cream on top. So delicious!

The best snow cones and that’s because I’m not a snow cone fan. There ice is so smooth and the flavors are spot on. Can’t forget the ice cream on the bottom.

Quite pricy, but a good treat on occasion. One of the quickest Bahama Bucks locations I've been to, and I've always encountered friendly staff on my visits. And if money really isn't an object, it's one of the best smoothies you'll ever have.

It is sooo well worth waiting in line for and the workers are all so friendly. We frequent this place often and have never had a bad experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you owe yourself a treat! You won't regret it.

We just discovered this establishment. Our kids came over and they had some snowcones from Bahama Bucks. Not your typical snowcones either, they had a lot of syrup but we're not overly sweet. We went to try their smoothies and we're not disappointed. The Chunky Monkey isy favorite, but the coconut was also very good.

Honestly the best snow cone i think ive had. This might not be too much from me as ive only had them from my small town but either way my group very much enjoyed our time with these treats.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to say that I stopped by the other day to grab me and my friends some snow cones and they were absolutely delicious the worker who helped us was Kait and she was so very kind and helpful! The world needs more kind people like her!

I have been in the place on several occasions and those kids are always busting their butts to put out a great product. They are constantly slammed with business and they never slow down. Great job and ice-cream.

We went through the drive thru, and were impressed with the speed of which we were able to get through the line which was wrapped around the building. I got a Piña Coloda Breeze and my husband got a Strawberry Cheesecake Delight which were both delicious (add rum at home for an adult twist :D). Smalls recommended unless you're hungry!

Awesome snow cones! Tried this place because we were visiting from out of town and it was the only snow cone place that Google pulled up in the area. No matter what you get you'll spend about $4 a person but let me tell you it is so worth it! Authentic shaved ice and not the crunchy balls of ice. They have a ton of flavors (and smoothies and frozen coffee drinks) and they are all awesome. They have add ins for the snow cones like the cream but also sour sauce you can add (small fee) but it just makes the snow cone that much better. We went to both locations and the staff was very nice at each place.

I have been here at different times of day and throughout the year. Sometimes service is especially slow in spite of no cars in line, and sometimes service has been quick, but the great thing is that I have never gotten a wrong order! Sometimes it's good to sit in the car a bit longer with your kids and catch up. As long as we get the right stuff in the end, that's all that matters!

Love Bahama Buck's and we go several times per week but I don't know what it's been lately but the people they have working there now just don't seem to get it things right.

The staff was friendly. The sugar free snow cone I got tasted like a shampoo and I did not like it very much. I have had stuff in the past that was good so I will go again and try again.

The snow cones they sell here are absolutely fantastic. The flavor selection is awesome. There is no flavor or combination of flavors that exists that Bahama Bucks cannot replicate. On a hot, sunny and dry West Texas summer day, I would recommend this establishment for a great icy, cold and flavorful refreshment that is 100% going to satisfy. The location at Hillside and Bell also has great customer service.

Asked about allergy information for their syrups and absolutely no one could find information. Luckily their website has a PDF, but it would be nice if the employees had access to a physical form in the store. Ordered a smoothie and a shaved ice. The employees were quick, friendly, and the bathrooms were clean! Love going here.

Went to Bahama bucks on a hot day to help cool off. There are an abundance of flavors to choose from. The screens with all the flavors were not working properly so half the menu on flavors was missing on two of the three screens. The establishment was clean and two employees were curteous. It does take awhile for the snowcones to come out since the drive thru is really busy. There is also an outdoor seating area available. We had the princess (pink), birthday cake (white with rainbow sprinkles), blue cococut (blue), tigers blood (ligh red), cherry (dark red in front), and a smoothie that was pineapple with coconut and a choice of fruit. (Went with strawberry). We will definitely return.

Ok. Good shaved ices. They do need to inprove on their waitvm times though. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and only got two shaved ices. I was thevinky one there.

Usually like this place but today there wasnt enough flavor for me. Also now that I've eaten unflavored ice I think it taste alot like faucet water. Lol.

The snow cones are always good but it's a real it and miss with the staff. I've had girls be rude and so unprofessional. Of course when the Main Managers is there its completely different. One was a lady who I believe is the regional? Was amazing went above and beyondn She gave us her nbr for any future problems. The guy Manager is okay but he tends to side with his staff over his customers and that was the reason the regional manager gave us her nbr.

We love Bahama Bucks and stop in frequently at stores in our home town and when visiting family. It was nice to get a piece of that while we were in the road. Staff was not as friendly as we are used to at our other frequented locations and the drive-thru was not quick.

Great tasting snow cones but their is a moon sized, pothole right where you can't avoid it in the drive up exit. Someone please fix this car killer.

Too expensive, not clean, smelled like a bar in the Actual Bahamas. The staff was tending to the drive thru and it took a long time to get our snow cones.

The snow cone was amazing but the staff could use a lesson in customer service and manners!!! I ordered my snow cone and I could hear the girl making remarks and complaining about how I wanted my snow cone. It was really rude and I don’t think I’ll be back at this location.

I went and got a snowcone with ice cream in it, and when I got to the ice cream part of my snowcone ice cream tasted literally like mold, and like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in days and I was very unhappy about it because it cost more money to get ice cream in it and when I called the store back and asked to talk to a manager about it, they hung up on me!!

The staff in the drive thru were nice and quick. I was rather surprised they had sugar free flavors and ordered a large Pina colada. The price surprised me as well. Over $7 for a large!! The flavor was really good at the top, but about halfway down the flavoring started to get concentrated. By the last 1/4 of the cup it tasted like some sort of chemical and was inedible. I won't be back because of the price alone, too rich for my blood.

Smells of sewer inside. I don't know how people were eating inside. The ice that was used had a nasty chlorinated taste like they had just used frozen tap water. You could only taste it in the ice where the syrup didn't reach, but it was weird.

Very slow, over 45 minutes in line. After long wait was informed they had not carbonation so could not get either drink I cane for. Waited 20 minutes at window. People inside running with no apparent supervision order after mine was prepared first and left to melt while they went back and prepared mine. Very rude, thought they might just throw it the window. Two different people took my money and shorted change. Not worth the wait. Used to love this place but not so much lately.

I absolutely Love Bahama Bucks and I come to this location more than I’d like to admit but tonight I had a very bad experience. The young man who was working the front. Didn’t greet me at all which I can overlook. But he asked for the a name for the order and I gave it to him then he said absolutely nothing. He just stared off into space and was adjusting his earpiece so I assumed that maybe he was listing to the order from the drive through or something then he just walked away. One of the girls in the back asked him to take my order and he said that I was on the phone( now my phone was up to my ear but since he had came to take my order I was not engaging in any conversation) I let him know that I’m waiting for him to take my order and he then clearly had an attitude I made my order and handed him my card in which he snatched. I asked him if he just snatched my card and he tried to say he didn’t I asked if there was a manager around. He stood there holding my card and I told him to just swipe the card. And this all while he standing there with very uncustomer friendly face staring at me directly in my eyes like he had a problem. I didn’t even complain to the manager I just wanted to leave. Now if I hadn’t guessed that he had to be a teenager. Things could have escalated. But I’m not sure if he was just in a bad mood or it had been a long day but I’ve never been treated like this in any establishment especially Bahama Bucks and I’m highly upset about it.

I love the variety BB offers but there is this one girl, who I always seem to run into when I take my son, and her manners are just not there! When someone says thank you, say you're welcome! If someone orders something at the drive thru, don't ask the person making it what it is! You should know what it is, because you took the order!

Spent 37 mins in a drive through line and the parking lot is so small I couldn't just leave. Worst service I've ever recieved at this establishment.

Went through drive through and was back up. After waiting for 15 mins decided to go inside. They took my order and payed for it but still have to wait 20 mins. What kind of service is this? Every time I go here. They either messed up my orders or charged me extra order. I need to pay more attention on my receipt.

The lobby of this location is filthy. Today will be my last visit for a while!!!!! I hope they seriously take this into consideration and deep clean. The staff is kind and always has been, I love my bahama bucks but please do better!

Overpriced and extremely rude!!!!! I had a coupon for buy one snow cone and get a baby snow free. I asked if I could buy ice cream that was 2xs as much and get the baby snow free. The manager yelled at me for even asking! Really I was trying to give them more money and they treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one. I will never step foot in there again! Their not cheap and not nice either so whats the point.

it just can't be! The boys who served threw the ice, fanned it and put it on their faces, they undid a snowball already served, they grabbed it with their hands, mixed it with another and that's it! They yell and throw things, they push each other, the floor is dirty, everyone sees them yelling at each other, playing, they take a long time to respond, this was the 6 pm shift on the 4th of July. ! The people they hire need to set standards of conduct for their employees and this chain does not fall for poor service!

Took forever to make and when the drink finally came it was 3/4s ice cubes. Terrible value and service.

You would think it being summer time, management would hire more staff, I feel sorry for the staff which from what I can see just young kids, I think there needs to be an adult there in case someone needs to talk to a higher up. Also wanted a drink that was on the menu at drive thru only to say that they didn't have that drink. Should be taken off the menu or put something there indicating they no longer have it.

The staff is young and friendly but holy jumping beans they are doing everything EXCEPT working. It's become extremely common for us to skip stopping here if we see any cars in line as the wait is already ridiculous even if you're the only one there. Today I promised my boys bucks for yard work and I had to pay up line or no line. We were behind 4 cars.(and one of these ended up leaving the line!!) From the time I pulled in and started our wait to the time we pulled out was 52 minutes. Come on, y'all!! That's wild. So many vehicles pulled in and after waiting they left. So the inefficiency of their staff is losing them so much business. I'm sad to sat this will likely be our last visit to this location. It's unreal to be sure. And I'm not easily bothered by things like this but I will say after waiting such ridiculously long times and then watching the staff play around while it seems only 1 or 2 is actually working really starts to steam 😂😂 Because believe it or not a third of your wait time is at the window!! All for snow cones, I remind you. Not cooked foods 😂😂 Oh so yummy!!! A bit pricey but so worth it! Drive through is pretty slow. Cannot speak of inside service. Friendly staff.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Sitting here for 30-45 min. People had been sitting there for an 1-1.5 hour after asking around I then decided to get a refund. I knew I wasn’t going to get my order anytime soon. If you can’t fulfill the orders you have already taken then you need to stop taking orders and shut down until a better system is made.

Just went there today. Drove from Canyon. Either adjust your hours on Google to say yall close at 9 or don't close half an hour early. Waited in the drive thru for nothing.

Super sad about our experience just now.. we went in to the store that we order from frequently. There was 4 of us. We went in at and it was 9:24. We were told that the lobby would close in 6 mins. We thought that was fine, we will be out of their before then! Well we were waiting on the other 2 to come in. At 9:25 we were told that they could not take our order because we would not be out of there before 9:30.. we were told that the drive through would be open. After that I don’t really feel like giving them our business.. just thought I may let the higher up manager know..

So me and my partner went to this location today around 1:30 2pm. We order 2 drinks and apon ordering at the drive thru a girl was taking our order. At first she seemed nice but my partner asked to have a flat snow coned not piled on the top and she started laughing at us. I’m not sure if she was laughing at us or her other employees but I thought that was unprofessional. We just brushed it off. The boy that served us was very nice and professional. We got our snow cones and left. I love there coconut snow cones but today something seemed off. It tasted like as if there was cleaning chemicals in the drink. Maybe they forgot to rinse the blender the use or I’m not sure but we could definitely taste cleaner in our snow cones. We visited there 2 weeks before this and could smell that cleaner as we walked in the room hence why I knew it was cleaner. So we thought nothing of it until we got home. We fell so ill with a sore stomach and spewing. This happened around 5pm. We hadn’t had anything else to eat or drink that day as my husband works nights and we wake up around mid day. I wished that there were older people there to supervise or train the teenagers that are always there or I’m hoping they have struck regulations when it comes to handling cleaning chemicals in there work place as this was a huge shame. We are not satisfied this time with the visit and probly won’t be going back there. Such a shame as there drinks are amazing.

Edited to add: after having a gross experience, I looked up their health reports and they haven’t been in compliance with proper sewage disposal, food storage, or cleanliness since at least 2022, which means they are aware and don’t care. AVOID. We used to always stop here on our way through Amarillo. This time we went inside and immediately got hit with the smell of sewage. Everything was filthy — beyond a typical drive thru — but the smell was so bad. I figured maybe it was a new problem, but I see reviews here going back for months reporting the same issue. Our snow cones tasted like the lines had not been cleaned for ever — mildewy and gross. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down. Y’all know this isn’t sanitary or healthy. Close and fix your issues instead of making your customers sick! You can’t run a snow cone stand until your doodoo issues are solved.

Got in line at 9:47. 5 were cars ahead of us. The open light was on and bright. Got right up to the order menu and a girl walked out at 10:10 and said sorry we are closed. I said i have been in line for over 20 minutes. Her reply was “Sorry we didn’t see you.” They refused to take our order and literally laughed us about it. Worst service ever.

This used to be a great location, we’d go almost every weekend! These past few visits have been not so bueno, they always mess up our order and it’s just never right. The wait time is not worth it anymore. Tonight we ordered 2 sour patch kids blue raspberry with extra sour sand, they forget the sour patch sauce, there was no sour sand, and absolutely no flavor at all. Once you get to the middle it’s a more concentrated blue color but still just tastes like nothing but regular ole ice, now I feel stupid for spending $6 for a cup of regular flavorless shaved ice🤣 next time we’re in the mood for Bahama bucks we will definitely be trying the other location, most likely will not be returning to this one unfortunately. We did say something about our order being wrong at the window to which the girl stood there and said “uhhhhh” we weren’t in the mood to wait another 20 minutes with the line already wrapped around the building for another order to be potentially wrong again so we just called it a night and left!

Terrible service! We stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone came to take our order. The girls already making snow cones didn’t even acknowledge our presence. When we first came in, it was dead. No one was inside, except one other woman. When a girl came from the back to take the order, she was rude. As though she was being inconvenienced. The last sno cone ordered was Pina coloda. We waited over 15 minutes for the sno cones to get ready and we didn’t get the pina coloda. When asked about it, we were told “we’re out and i never heard that.” I was with 5 other people who heard me order it. Aside from this, the place smells awful! Like dirty shoes or something…. The sno cones were sloppy, we didn’t receive our sonic spoons for the sonic sno cones, and it was altogether bad experience. I won’t be back!

Ordered a snow cone. Small is $9 🤦🏻‍♀️ so that already was insane. Then the wait was 33 minutes. For two cars including mine. After she handed the snow cone to me. It immediately overfilled from the sides and spilled everywhere. Had to throw the solid block of ice syrup volcano out the window. But by then the damage was already done... It got all over my cupholders, phone, and pants. Currently cleaning out everything and washing my clothes 😐

Store so dirty inside makes you wonder how often they clean equipment. Snow cones tasted fine. Holes in ceiling with wires hanging out. Cracked tile, not very well kept inside at all.lost my order waited 20 minutes and finally asked where it was they have no idea.

So disappointed with my visit to Bahama bucks today. My family and I came for a little treat after Father’s Day fun and this is what we received when we asked for the piccadilly mixed with the mangonada. Originally the pickles are supposed to be chopped up and throughout the entire snowcone. However it looks like the staff got lazy and charged $2 just to put full size pickles on top of a snow cone, sad.

Yikes at this location: unprofessional. So There was no line...we were behind 1 car. For some reason the girls working there decided to do photos for online promotion I guess. I kid you not, one of the ladies crawls out of the drive thru window to take photos and laugh it up with the car ahead of us...my brother and I waited for 15 minutes while these kids working the window lollygagged...I get up to the front, and I'm like in disbelief...they are STILL playing around. I get up to pay and I'm annoyed at this point. I asked why they think this is professional...when we, leave the line is out to the street...and why they selected the busiest time to play around like this I'll never know. I'm going to the western location. Never play with a customers time because that's YALLS money SMH.
