The new sliders are pretty good if you're looking for a little snack between meals. The only thing that shocked me was their size. They are tiny. But, they pack a lot of flavor in that tiny package. I will probably have them again when I just want a quick snack.

Stopped her thrice while visiting Caprock and Palo Duro Canyons. First time, the manager was on duty - who was so meticulous in getting my order and making sure the sandwich was just right. He even gave us some tips about visiting Palo Duro. Second time, the service again was good with a different person making sure the food was cooked right. Third time around, a young lady was getting ready for our order and once we said, "veggie sandwich" - she stopped, called another person and said, "you do this one, I don't do veggies".. it was a bit rude, but at least she didn't mess it up by doing something she didn't like to. Once again, the service and food after that was good. Will definitely stop here again, as its convenient.

I only get one sandwich, the chicken bacon ranch. One of the reasons is because it comes with double cheese at no extra cost. They would not give it to me unless I paid extra. The sandwich was messy and every bite something fell out.

The Subway is part of a truck stop, so foot traffic is heavy, and the lack of a separate gas station bathroom means people frequently walk through the restaurant to use the restroom, adding to the chaos. Summary: The food meets Subway’s standard, so if you don’t care much about service or atmosphere, it’s worth stopping in for a quick bite. However, if cleanliness and professional service are dealbreakers, you might want to look elsewhere.

Order three sandwiches through drive thru. Got all 3 sandwiches wrong! The kid [young man]wrote down everything we said. To bad i dont live in town. I would have taken all of them back and make new ones.

I can't leave the review without checking at least one star but wouldn't check that if I had that choice because this Subway had the worst service of any eating facility I have ever been in. I waited at the chicken place run by the same people for about 5 minutes while the girl was counting the register. She finally told me it would be a few minutes before she could help me. I finally went to the Subway counter to get a sandwich. Then there was a man and his family that spent at leat 10 minutes trying to get someone to come out from the back to wait on him. Someone finally came out and told him there was only two people there and unless he was standing where they could see him from the back they wouldn't know he was there! Terrible service.

So i ordered two salads, one for dinner one for breakfast. What i got in both, i had to combine to make one decent salad. In stead of going back, and grabing more spinach. The girl juat went on as if, it was really no big deal. That one salad, had barely a cup or two of ingredients in it. Next time, at this one im going wrap and wait till Amarillo.

I will say on the positive that the employees are friendly and pleasant. on the negative, half of the time when they are not busy the employees are in the back forcing you to either track them down or wait for them. out of the last 9 times that I have ordered here, 3 times my order was made incorrectly, 3 times when I ordered off of the app. they didn't carry the sandwiches available on the app. so my order was cancelled all three times, only once did they reach out to me to inform me. The one time that I did order in they were out of 2 of the sandwiches. They don't honor any of the nationwide promotions. Why can't you carry the item's on the app? is it that cost prohibitive to buy buffalo sauce? Same with keeping your inventory stocked. I will no longer order from this Subway. Good luck to you.
