I have been to this Chili's several times. The brisket quesadillas are quite tasty, and my food orders have always been served promptly. One of our favorite restaurants. Burgers that rival any burger joint, great salads, and tasty appetizers. The bar area is a fun place to eat, drink, snack or watch games. Tried the Nashville Hot wings today and they were really good -- a mix between a dry rub and wet sauce.

I am a regular customer for lunch but today we came at dinner time and thought food will take too long. I was very pleased to see and experience a perfectly running staff. Food, service and atmosphere were perfect. Kiah was our server but her attention to all the tables she was attending was perfection on display. Whenever my son and I order Chili's to go, we get our vegan black bean burger. Our order is always packed with exactly what we ordered and our food is hot and fresh! We park at curbside, and my son hops out, gets our order quickly and with ease. It's actually still hot when we get back home to be big backs😂 P.S. My quick tip when ordering Chili's online is to actually add a tip. Even though you're picking up your own order, they are working hard and providing great service along with convenience. Imo, that small gesture goes a long way!

The server was very nice and gave us our food in a timely manner. He also refilled drinks without us needing to ask for it. The lighting was a little too bright, but did not cause any problems. The vegetarian option is good.

This review is based solely on one visit during which Daisy was our server. She is the best server I've ever had. She was very personable, knowledgeable, attentive, hard working, and helpful. Ask for Daisy when you go to this Chili's. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit thanks to her!

As always, our most recent chilis trip was a delight. Rachel was a splendid server; she had the perfect balance between attending to us regularly and not hovering. We love eating at this Chili’s 🌶️ location. Like all other Chili’s locations they have a good selection of appetizers, lunch and dinner entrees that is a good variety but they are pretty quick in getting the food to your table. All of their food is reasonably price and that is very helpful for our family’s wallet and that is always nice!!! In addition to everything above about the food at this Chili’s location my wife and I love to gather with our friends and family because they also have a very friendly and empathetic staff serving the food. We appreciate the way servers take good care for everyone in our group. For us, the people caring for our table as a server is very important to us. With everything said, I would recommend eating here because all of the items that I’ve talked about above and I think you’d enjoy this restaurant!!!

Today, August 30th, we were at this restaurant celebrating my nephew's birthday. The waiter Roy who served us was very despotic. He spoke to us very rudely and harshly as if he were forced to serve us. Honestly, it was very uncomfortable to be there with that way of customer service. A young lady who had her hair braided came over to help some members of the table. People like her should attend because of their service attitude. I stayed out of commitment to my nephew, otherwise I would have left that place. Please someone fix this.

My favorite location!!!! From the clean atmosphere to the super friendly staff. I enjoy coming here with friends to watch football and basketball and of course the triple dipper which is my go to. I love the bar area the most and the bartender Jaylon always treats me well! He's very knowledgeable of the menu for both food and drinks! I would recommend anyone come out if you're looking for great food and drinks and wonderful vibes!

Had a great experience here on Friday night. Dined in, and had the chicken and steak fajitas. They tasted so good. And of course their strawberry lemonade is the best!

Family and I ate here for dinner on 2/6/26. We absolutely loved our food (everything from the chips and salsa, mozzarella sticks, and my son’s Baby Back Ribs (“with bbq sauce). Our waitress Seierra was amazing. Our drinks were always full, our order was perfect when it arrived, and she even took care of me (despite not being able to eat bc of my medication). She’s very personable and fun to talk to. I highly suggest this location if you are looking for a nice family dinner and atmosphere. Remember to ask for Seierra! Stopped in for a late night dinner after arriving in Texas from out of state. We seated quickly and had a friendly server. We began our meal with endless chips and salsa and the October special, the witches brew margarita. It was tasty until the last drop, not to mention the glad was very large! My Santa Fe salad was delicious and was large enough to bring some back to the hotel for a late snack. I hope our hometown chilis has these yummy meals and beverages! I can’t wait to try them at home.

We visited this Chili’s on our way to Main Event, little did we know that it would be the best experience we’ve had in a while. Corey, the shift manager, visited us constantly and checking up on us. We shared with him that my nephew had just turned 23 years old. He then said he had a surprise for him. He surprised him with a molten chocolate cake for free! That was a wonderful surprise. Tonight, I experienced a level of service I didn't think was possible, and its name is Addison. I must preface this by saying there was a table behind us that sounded like they were at a stadium rock concert. It was LOUD. But Addison... Addison was phenomenal. A true master of their craft. It was as if the noise didn't exist in Addison's world of perfect service. They floated to our table at the exact right moments, our glasses were never empty, and their recommendations were spot on. Their smile and unflappable demeanor were a miracle in that environment. I'm convinced Addison could probably bring about world peace through sheer force of will and excellent customer service. If you go to this Chili's, do yourself a favor and beg to be seated in Addison's section. They deserve a raise, a promotion, and probably the key to the city.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the food came out hot and flavorful, and the service — absolutely top-notch. Our server, Addison, truly made the meal memorable. He was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had a great attitude that made all three tables feel at ease. Addison checked in on us just the right amount, made great menu recommendations, and even anticipated small things like extra napkins and drink refills before we had to ask. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do, and Addison brought that energy the entire time. We went to the Chilis in Plano....it was slow inside, but it was a week day after lunch, we loved the less crowded times. I had the Cajun shrimp pasta, nothing Cajun or shrimp about it, and my onions may have been left in the back somewhere....it was unseasoned Alfredo to me. He ate, demolished is a better word, his smash burger. It was cooked to request.

Took the grandkids to Chili's in Plano off 75. The service was excellent even though only 1 person was working in the bar area. We were greeted and seated quickly. The teenagers ordered standard Chili's fare, burgers, and chicken strips, which they enjoyed! For some odd reason, I ordered the salmon, oh, yes, I'm on a diet! It was gross. Keep in mind, order the food a restaurant is known for and you won't be disappointed! I joined the rewards plan and received free chips and salsa, which are always good!

It's what you'd expect from a chili's. Laid back atmosphere, generally solid wait staff, consistent kitchen. The Spice-a-rita was definitely better than expected. Give it a try if you're feeling adventurous. Spicy but oddly refreshing

It was mid. Food was decently priced. The only good dip they had was the Queso. The rest of the food had too much sauce on it that overpowered the flavors. We also had to wait for the beginning of the meal to the end to get a refill.

It was a chilis. Great service! The food was OK. Everything on the menu is basically deep fried, including the salads at this point. The margaritas were alright, but not much alcohol so don't expect anything from drinking just one.

Placed a to-go order that was scheduled to be picked up between 4:55 and 5pm. I arrived and parked in the to-go parking spot, waiting for the text message that says its ready. By 5:11, there was still no text so I went inside and saw my order sitting on the counter. They have a doorbell stuck to a post that says to press for to-go order but after a couple of presses, it didn't appear to be working. There were 3 servers at the bat so I went up to them to ask if anyone was working to-go and they told me to press the button, which I mentioned was working. Eventually a girl came out to hand out my order and when I told her that I never received a text saying that it was ready, she responded that she didn't know.

Let me start by saying I had a gift card and that is the major reason we visited Chili's tonight. They have not had a good track record for me. My boyfriend ordered a watermelon Sprite and it was tasty. He had a burger and I had the margarita chicken. The tomato on his burger was not ripe so he had to remove it. My chicken was good. The issue I had was that the portion sizes were pretty small. If you don't get an appetizer or dessert you may not be fully satisfied. You really don't get your money's worth here. The food was okay but I don't think we will be returning. I just can't recommend.

The Great- the Big Mouth Bites, original chicken crispers, roasted street corn. The Good - the fries, Nashville hot Mozzarella sticks, Nashville Hot chicken crispers, the ribs (just okay, tough on the outer regions, better inward), Jalapeño smoked sausage. The not so good - honey chipotle chicken crispers, honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The honey chipotle sauce was really off- tasting, too sweet. I have a waitress that I go to. Not sure on her name. She is awesome. It helps that I tip close to 40%. Lol Food is always on time fresh etc. Not enough compliments for her and the other staff. I guess I need to remember her name next time. I just know her face. **Update** I will no longer come to this location. Not sure if there was a change in staffing and management, but this place has gone downhill. I guess I didn't learn the 4 times prior. 10/1/24 was my final time coming to this location. 5 times in a row my order was messed up. Yes I modified my fajitas. I say no green peppers. Never been a fan of the taste. 3 times i received no onions, only peppers, last 2 times no vegetables at all. Every time they tried to make it right. 3 times came back with fajitas with bell peppers and onions, 1 with no vegetables, and this most recent visit they got it corrected. The problem is everyone was finished eating once I received my food. It is poorly run now. I worked there in 2008. I know how it can run.

Gave 2 star overall instead of 1 was for the service. Service was the only positive from my experience and went downhill from there. Food was a miss all around. Wife and I had the Big Smash Burgers, they were both dry and unseasoned. Not even close to the one I had at their Allen location. We also got the volcano cake, since we had it multiple times at the Allen location to redeem the meal, it was a major disappointment. Lava cake that was missing lava, plus it was dry. I mean they are known for their lava cake so I thought it was a safe bet. I would highly recommend avoiding this location.

An Uber eats customer texted and asked for utensils because they’re in a hotel. I asked the person who handed off the order. She became upset. Why are you getting upset over utensils? So what if people forget to select the option they still patronized your business. She acted as if the utensils were coming out of her paycheck. You guys may need to revisit that policy. We have given this chili’s a couple chances sorry to say it was again a disappointment. Not bad checking in quick seating she said we could sit at the bar which had plenty of open tables once seated. We waited a good 15 minutes or so while we watched one bartender chatting up a customer for the solid 15 minutes we were waiting while another bartender was reading drink, recipes.I might add the bar was not that busy once coming over he took our order quickly it took another 20 minutes or so to get our food which wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great so no complaints no compliments in that department when coming over to get more tea we were left with a T drug for the remaining part of our dinner not once did anybody asked to clear our table or how her food was couldn’t get anybody to take her money we were paying cash so we weren’t able to use the server on the table. Every time we tried to pay the bartended passed by bus several times until we caller the hostess over We did call the next day the manager said she would comp the meal and would like to hear back from next visit if we went back. I will re post if there are improvements made

My sister and I stopped in for lunch, her treat. Our server was great & attentive. We were eating & talking & enjoying our time when the manager, Tiffany, was doing rounds to the tables. She stopped at ours, I said everything was fine & she started to walk on, but then eyed my sister & stopped, backed up & started questioning my sister. This lady went so far as to change her stance to plant herself & stare my sister down, "ma'am"-ing her like she was entitled to trigger & traumatize her. Like this woman enjoyed making making her uncomfortable? Like she didn't have 2 brain cells in her head to rub together & see she was doing harm? I tried to politely ask her to move on, but she seemed to completely enjoy the sadistic game she stumbled into. My sister finally had to loudly ask her to leave. I guess turning others heads put her in the spotlight, so she did. Why did she think anything she just did was OK? Do you teach your management to "other" your paying guests? We had to get boxes, pay & leave because our meal was emotionally ruined. Hint, there are all kinds of people that pass through your location, not all have the same needs. It is NOT acceptable to so blatantly zero in one someone's difference & plant yourself to intentionally try to do harm. I'm sorry we didn't our server's name, she was very nice from the time we got there, till when we left. Tiffany, do better in life.

I went in got seated and a server came out asked what I would like to drink, I said an unsweetened tea with lemon and sweet and low. Five minutes later they brought an unsweetened tea no lemon or sweet and low, I saw the the server and said I got no lemon or sweet and low. She said ok but after another five minutes she never came back. I took the tea and went to the bar, I asked for a to go cup and a straw. I found some sweet and low in my purse, got the cup and a customer paid for my tea and I left.

My chicken tenders were fried in nasty oil; there were black burnt bits all over my chicken, making it inedible. I was missing broccoli in my order as well. The pico de gallo was old. Disgusting. Do not eat here

They were better before the remodel. They were unprofessional and didn't give me the correct food I ordered. Avoid this location. Also the hamburger meat tastes like it has soy binders now.

“we had roy as our server last night. The store was very busy and dirty. We were seated pretty quickly but not greeted or even acknowledged for about 15 minutes. Roy then proceeded to grab a seat and physically sit down at our table to take our order. Not sure the policy but that seemed a little unprofessional to me. Then our food came out wrong and took so long to come out that my entire family was finished eating before I received my meal. Not to mention tables were piling up at the front and no where to sit because the place was a mess, then another server saw us looking around and came to help us. I believe her name was Rya. Had it not been for her we would have walked out. Our server couldn’t get to us because he was too busy sitting and chatting with other tables while others ran around trying to clean as the wait was out the doors. Not a good experience. Do better chilis ! Host was amazing as she tackled the business. I asked to speak to a manger to address my concerns then waited another 15 minutes and no one ever came. So we left.

Waited 15 mins for curbside pick up. No o e came out so I went in and waited another 5 mins for someone to even ask me if I'd been helped onmy to find my order just sitting on the counter. Got it home and the below is what we found when we opened our order. And of course it was cold. I know they were busy but the looks like someone elses left overs.

My boyfriend and I walked into this location around 9pm and ended up walking right back out within 3 minutes. The young lady who was at the host stand asked if the bar area was fine. All I stated was that we preferred a booth or table but the bar area was fine. For some reason, she seemed annoyed by my response, caught an attitude, and made a facial expression as if my response was stupid. My boyfriend and I looked at each other because my response didn’t warrant that kind of reaction. We decided to leave before she even decided to sit us down. This was our first time going to this location as well. I understand people have bad days and whatnot, but you cannot expect to treat people in that manner and customers to still want to receive service.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! this location of chilis has only greeted me with HORRIBLE customer service, not even by an employee but specifically by a MANAGER. I got SICK after eating from this location. I don’t know if it’s because they are unsanitary, or if they just don’t care about the food they’re giving out to consumers or delivery. After eating their triple dipper, I got incredibly sick for days. I called them and they told me, “nothing to do about it now.” Disgusting, and absolutely no remorse. The manager I spoke with had an attitude and was just rude to me, acting like I was stupid. I even went to the doctor, worried that it was salmonella. I have worked in food service for years, and this location just is outstanding for its POOR customer service, satisfaction, and food delivery. Other places, even fast food chains, are more professional and cleaner than this, and pose no risk of getting sick. This place is completely unprofessional and I would advise anyone who wants anything from Chili’s to NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Go to another one. Even if it’s closer, it is not worth getting sick from! Other locations are fine, food quality was good. But this was specifically? Revolting, and food poisoning or a food-borne illness right after. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND SHOWING UP TO WORK THE NEXT DAY, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Updated part. Posted this over a year ago and noticed someone reported my review that it went back to pending. Days after this incident I spoke with a manager over the phone days later and she dismissed me like she didnt care or it was fake even though I took a pic of the raw chicken they served me. I used to go there with my family at least once a month. Original review: Horrible experience overall. Went there with my parents at 5pm on sat the 22nd. It wasn't busy (half tables open). It took around 5 mins to get greeted. The worse part was that we got served RAW chicken wings (one of them was red raw by the bone). I ended up with food poisoning. It's 4:45 am now writing this and I've been with diarrhea and fever since around 1am. When I noticed the most RAW wing I waived the manager down who was near by and showed her the raw chicken bone and she said it wasn't raw that its just the veins in a condescending manner. Like seriously? The chicken bone was clearly RED. She offered to make a few more. Which I was fine with but why make an excuse when it was clearly RAW. For my entree, I had ordered a medium-rare rib eye and told the server I wanted a warm red center. He said he'd order it rare to avoid being over cooked and incase it's under cooked it, they could cook it up a temp quick. Received the ribeye and the center was raw. It was raw cold rare center, which the server noticed and said it can be fixed fast and took it back to have them cook it up a bit. The manager brought it out fast the 2nd time and asked me to cut it and it was still under cooked, (it looked the same, cold rare) which she agreed it was rare. I told her I wanted a warm red center. She took it back and after a few minutes the server brought it and at this point the steak was way over cooked. It was medium-well to well done (all gray, no pink at all). The server noticed it was over cooked and apologized. I tried to eat a piece to see if i could eat it since everyone at my table were half way through their meal at this point. The steak was tough to chew so I asked for them to take it back bc I wouldn't enjoy it being over cooked. The server apologized and said he could have them remake it but I told him no bc everyone at the table would be done eating by the time I'd get it. The manager never came back to the table and we were told that she's the General Manager, which seems like she needs ppl skills. Also when I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed that the 18% tip I selected didn't make sense to the total tab. The tip was high (almost 30% of total $48 spent). It seems like it 18% option included tipping on the ribeye that I didnt eat. I was cool with tipping 18% on our tab since the server was nice and friendly even though we waited over 5 mins for him to refill on our non alcoholic drinks, and had a bad experience with the food but I'm not cool with a tip % option that includes tipping on a $23 steak that was made wrong and I didn't eat it or the sides.

This place is completely dirty, disgusting, and the service I experienced was terrible. Especially from a female manager. Didn’t catch her name, but I was just so done by the interaction I didn’t bother to ask. Never have I been completely disregarded by a manager as I asked about food quality… while noticing a COCKROACH on the floor a foot from my table. Female Manager was defensive, exclusive, and rude. I would request that the GM have a talk with the female manager on duty today. 8-12-25. PM shift. I hope the GM knows about this negligence going on in their supervisor staff and chooses a respectable approach towards this female manager. I will be from now on supporting other locations in this area and boycotting this one.

My meal was extremely horrible and inedible. The only thing that was cooked correctly was the broccoli. I ordered a well done steak it wasn’t even medium well the mashed potatoes looked horrible as well. My whole order looks like whoever made it just said this is the last order I’m gonna just rush it and make it any way. The food in this photo is what I ordered just 15 minutes ago and wasn’t even able to eat. This is how it looked once I opened the bag.

I recently ordered through uber eats for a steak and for it to be cooked WELL DONE. I received my steak & it was rare & bloody as hell. I tried requesting a refund through uber and they said due to it being a food safety issue I needed to contact the merchant directly and speak with a manager about a refund. I did that when I called the person put me on hold to get a manager he hung up after 2 mins I called back & he said he hung up because the manager said to contact uber. He tried to get the manager on the phone but it seemed as if the manager refused by the time the manager was on the phone he denied me a remake order I didn’t care for the refund so much but more so the manager should have had the decency to want to remake it due to the issue. NOPE he was rude & insisted that there was nothing he could do so not only did I not get a refund from uber but chilis refused to accommodate me (the customer) by offering for the item to be remade properly. I will post a picture of the “well done” steak I was SUPPOSED to receive.

I actually like chills but this last visit made me never go there again. I walked in and sat down in the bar. We were waiting for at least 15 minutes and I thought first come first served. But nahhh the bartender took another group order. When we asked him to even look at our direction he respond is I see you bro and did the eye roll that made me just mad as hell like damn bro I just want food and a drink.

Quality and cleanliness of this location have severely dropped. Worst part, we saw a cockroach scurrying on the banister between our table and the other section. We use to frequent this location a lot, but something has happened with investment at this spot. Staff was fine, but not the level up that you expect feom Chili's. I would choose a different Chili's than this one.

I ordered a full rack of ribs and a salad online. Paid and picked up in the restaurant. Tipped the staff. In return I got a box of arugula as my Caesar salad. After waiting extra long inside and seeing there was abundant staff, 4 total tables sat, and a general nonchalant attitude I was hesitant to ask for a refund on that salad. Took me 15 min to get my $5 cash back after the mgr Drake didn’t know how to process it apparently. Then I asked for extra bbq sauce from Drake and proceeded to wait another 15+ min and he never brought it out. I complained to Drake cuz he’s the only option and of course he acted as I suspected. To be clear, I asked them to remake my ribs, Drake said he’d remake them but asked for my ribs back. They were in my truck outside and I politely said I didn’t want to go get them that I preferred to keep them. I didn’t demand. But Drake said “oh so you want free food?” And that’s where it broke down. Yall messed up repeatedly. The staff should be better trained. Yall should have informed me you ran out of lettuce like Drake claims instead of trying to trick me with a bowl of grass. Yall ruined my dinner with my wife watching Netflix. So I didn’t think keeping my cold food was unreasonable. But accusing ME of orchestrating some scheme to get free food rather than recognize your mistake was you doubling down on your inexperience. I was polite, never raised my voice and said anything unbecoming. But you argued incessantly Drake. You never brought my bbq sauce (lol) and you never in fact even attempted to remake my food while you sat there accusing and arguing with me. I was nice enough to call you and inform you I would write a bad review because I was offended and you tripled quadrupled down on bad service again. Denied you said what you said and when you’re confronted with this review I don’t expect you to act like a man and admit you failed to make a customer happy. You argued food costs with me.

I've always loved going to chilis. It's my first time coming to this specific location. We came here with a group of 6 people, to wish our friend a safe long term trip. We had 1 DD, and the rest of us planned on having a couple of margaritas. Our server was great when it came to greeting us, bringing us our drinks and all. And then he asked us what we would like to order food wise. One of us asked for "guac spread on the bun". His response was pretty standoffish claiming "oh our chefs don't do well with special orders". For guacamole spread on the bun. I would like to add here that the restaurant was pretty empty besides the two tables of teenagers (who were loud, but we paid no mind). We went ahead and placed our orders for 5 alcoholic drinks, and even placed an order for 2 more of the Wicked drinks for our friend who's going away. Waited about 25 minutes until someone (not our server) asked us if we were still okay (while picking up our dishes). We mentioned that we placed another order for two more drinks. Time went by AGAIN and ANOTHER server (barback?) came by again and asked us if we were needing anything else. And again we mentioned that we placed a 2 drink order. He mentioned he'll get back to us on it, and that our original server is talking to their manager. And once more, this older women, the manager, comes by to ask us "Were you still needing something?" And we, for the fourth time, mentioned our 2 drinks and she goes "oh we don't want to serve you anymore".... OH ! What a grand waste of my time. Threw us off because I've never been cut off, much less after ONE drink. I began thinking, were we rude, were we loud? Did we do anything wrong? But as I've reflected my tables actions, I realized we did nothing of that sort. Took my time to write this LENGTHY story, so I could express that unfairness I've experienced today at this location. Looking to see something to change in their professionalism, and time MANAGEMENT.

I just ordered $56.35 worth of food (+ paid a $12 tip) and when I asked the manager if an alcoholic beverage can be purchased to go the manager (Ernestina- if that’s even her real name) told me yes but I would have to also buy food to go with it AND that it is also up to the discretion of the manager if the manager wants to allow a customer to buy alcohol without buying food to go and said she’s going to choose to say “no.” I told her I literally just sat down and bought over $50 worth of food from our meal and we already had leftovers we were taking home from the meal. She told me that’s a loophole she is not going to go around and repeated that I could purchase an alcoholic beverage to go only if I also purchased additional food to go. The fact that she had “discretion” in this case and tried to force me to pay more money just to buy one drink to take home is appalling and disgusting, especially after I had just paid all that money for our meals and had only water with my meal. I have never felt so disrespected before especially by a manager. This was terrible customer service. I will NEVER return here.

I ordered the chili and salad combo via Uber Eats delivery. I was so looking forward to eating some tasty, hearty delicious chili but to my dismay this did not happen. The salad was good but that's it. The chili was old, tasted burnt with soggy tortilla chips and honestly didn't even taste like chili, yuck! For this chili to come from Chili's, you guys really missed the mark! How disappointing to spend over $30 to have to throw away the main part of the meal. What a disgrace to serve this mess. A true embarrassment. Chili's take that chili off of your menu, especially if this how it truly always taste. I would have been better off purchasing Wendy's chili, which I like but wanted to give you guys a chance. Never again.
