Ethan made our visit to in n out awesome. In just an under a minute in the drive through he made us feel more welcome than we thought was possible just going through a drive through. In fact despite working on July 3rd with a shift the next day (I asked) and a birthday the next day on July 5th he had nothing but positivity and great vibes.

The staff at this location was so nice! I was taking my mom for her first double double ever, and they were so accommodating and made her first in-and-out experience super special! Burgers were awesome, as always.

Lovely, has that old school fast food vibe. Food is good (and very cheap), look up the secret menu if you haven't.

So we came from Cali, where these are everywhere. That being said, this was the best one we've ever eaten at! The animal fries were amazing! The burgers were amazing! Staff was friendly, and even though they were packed, our order came out pretty quick. Atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from an In N Out. Place was very clean, as were the tables. The in-car eating arrangement is nicely executed by the staff members. The burger was well packed and delivered. 2. Forget about the taste; the burger even smelled yummy 3. The outer layer of the bun was super fresh and soft, and the inner layer was crisp and crunchy. Just WoW!!!! 4. Meat patties were fresh and juicy, and all the salads were fresh too. 5. The guy at the drive-thru exactly knew the real meaning of customer service. Kudos… Way to go! I recommend this burger outlet and this branch.

I love In N Out however like everything else it’s getting expensive. I normally get the pattys which it used to be $1.25 ea, today I paid $1.70 ea plus tax. That is a $0.45 c increase or a 36% increase 🫩🙌🏽

The burgers and fries are really good. Don't compare to Whataburger...it's good...just different. The place was jam-packed on a Sunday afternoon. Getting a seat is the only downside for the atmosphere. Super clean place.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. The workers were very friendly and working hard to get the orders out quickly. I only waited about 4 minutes to get my order. Everything was great.

Can never go wrong with In-N-Out. Got the hamburger and triple triple with animal fries. The triple triple is on the secret menu, it’s three patties with all the same toppings. It’s delicious but def a bit too thick, I’ll likely stick with the double double. But the patties are always delicious. We also had the chocolate and vanilla shake, it was okay no need to have a shake.

Like honestly words can express how kind the employees here are. Honest, compassionate, human. In and Out consistently delivers beyond traditional drive-thru options. The quality of food and service are superior to their peers and make clear the pride of service and product the brand represents. However, at this particular location, strangers who appeared to be under the influence approaching the cars stuck in the drive thru and asking for money dampened the ambiance component. This is beyond the control of the restaurant but did diminish the experience for someone with children in the car. That said, it gave us the opportunity to have a conversation with our kiddos about compassion over fear.

It was my first time visiting that location and the young lady who took my order was friendly and professional, and she had a beautiful smile. The food was excellent as always, and I will definitely be back to that location.

Prayers were answered when they started opening the first In-N- Out locations in Texas. I grew up always being close to an In-N-Out sometimes close enough to have the smell of grilled onions wafting through the air. Always remembering the lines of cars that would be lined up out of the drive through and down the street. I remember the reasonable pricing of their meals and even today In-N-Out still has the best valued combos out there comparative to other burger chains by far. I eat at the Plano branch the most. Both are Great. I also live 50+ miles away. I'll drive the distance for a good meal and I always get one at In-N-Out. Locations are always modern and well kept. Definitely an experience. The cheeseburger, fries, and soft drink meal. They ask if you want onions and I am someone who loves onions so I really liked it. If you're not a big fan of onions ask them to hold back on the onions. Fries were fresh cut and a petite type fry. A plus is they serve cherry coke. This location in Dallas was extremely busy leaving few available seating and the ordering line to the door at lunchtime. A lot of kids. I suspect that the busyness is mainly because of the Minecraft villager experience that is in the adjacent parking lot.

I've eaten at In-N-Out Burger numerous times at several different Dallas, TX area locations since they arrived from California. This is my first review. The service is quick at this location right off of 75 N. Central Expressway on the East side, and the tables are cleaned frequently. I had a Dbl-Dbl (Double-Double is consistently good) with everything on it, Grilled Onions, and the buns extra toasted. Normally they toast the buns adequately, so if you want soft buns be sure to tell them not to toast the buns. They provide extra lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onions on the side at no additional charge. I have watched them cut the fresh potatoes in the machine several times. The fries are ok most of the time. If you're brave, and can handle the additional calories, try them Animal Style. Overall, great prices for higher quality fresh fast food that focuses on burgers & fries.

The lettuce and tomatoes are chopped fresh on site, the potatoes are cut and fried in the restaurant, the meat is never frozen. Don't forget about the secret menu: animal style fries, Neapolitan style milk shake, and of course the five by five if you want a REAL massive burger! For a quick burger, it's hard to beat In-N-Out. This is probably one of In-N-Out's earliest locations in Dallas. Visited on the weekend, food was ok. I have always liked their hamburgers though the patties are thin and this time the fries were a bit too oily as well.

In comparison to other outlets this was a let down. Person at the drive through took wrong order then food came out cold despite fix they had to do. They were nice, but food was too salty and a general disappointment.

Burger is fine, nothing special. Fries are just awful. Says "fresh" but taste freezer burned.

Fries were overcooked and stale, and tables were really dirty I had to clean it myself and it wasn't that busy.

I cannot recommend this location. It's the last one before heading out of Texas so it's always insanely busy. I've hade the mistake of going here twice on my way out and will remember not to next time. The drive thru line has no direction so people are coming in from multiple directions cutting each other off. It's really slow and long. It took us an hour today from the end of the line until they fixed our order. We planned to eat insure, but there were no tables available and about 30 people standing around waiting for a table or food to go. They always manage to mess up our order and our always looks messy. The fries are never full and they are cheap wth the spread and chopped chiles. Worst is that today I was charged incorrectly and when I pointed it out they argued with me and wanted to check my boxes in the drive thru line instead of just fixing the error. I just paid $90 for 9 burgers, fries and drinks, why would I try to cheat them out of $5 burger? It was insulting. I'll be stopping at the next closest location from now on

I enjoyed my "Animalized" meal, but I don't understand why there's such a hype about this place. I had a friend point out that the pickles and tomatoes were larger than the burger patty itself. The service was awesome and I would like to give a shout out to Connor on his suggestion to "Animalize" my meal for a better experience. The rating would've been lower if it wasn't for him. I may give it another chance in the future, but it wasn't worth my time.

My daughter suggested In-N-Out Burger since it was close to the interstate and we still had a long drive back to Kansas City. Needless to say it took us 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They need to learn some lessons from Chick-fil-A or Culver’s on getting people through the drive-through quickly. The prices were reasonable for feeding a family of six it was $52. food is good but the drive thru line is always ridiculously long and slow! it is also blocked off and so there is no way to get out of line if you are tired of waiting! waited over 30 minutes to order! that’s not even getting my food! absolutely horrible! avoid this location at all costs!!!

Everyone, including the people who came in after me got their food very quickly....while I waited almost 20 minutes for a cheese burger and fries. In fact I had to step back up to the counter to ask where my food was, as my blood sugar was low so it was becoming an emergency. Then had to wait an extra 5 more minutes for my food. And the fries were old and re dropped.

The worst cashier I've ever seen. Even though she printed the order wrong, she was joking and teasing her friend while working and didn't care about the customers. When she handed me the order, she gave it to me with disgust.

Being from the place In-N-Out was created, this location definitely had an off day today. I ordered a #2, extra cheese w/a vanilla shake. My bugar had the yellowish lettuce I've ever seen, the tomatoe was wayyyy mushy and my shake tasted like spoiled milk. I was wayyyyyy more than disappointed, passed off because I ended up not eating anything. It was like 830p and NOT busy at all. I Love love love In-N-Out.....just will not be returning to this location.

"Undercooked burgers" I could never understand the occult following. But it used to be at least edible. Now it's just terrible with zero quality control. Eat at your own risk.

I've always heard great things about the food here. The line was long, but well staffed, and moved quickly. I ordered a double double and fries. I thought I'd be able to eat it on the go, but after 3 bites, I was convinced that I shouldn't eat it. Sloppy, Slimey, and drippy were not appetizing. I never litter, but I totally threw it out the window. I felt bad about throwing it on the road because I was afraid animals might try to eat it, and get sick, or worse, hit by a car. So I went back and picked it up and threw it in the dumpster.

This place no matter where you go is god awful. I remember when it came to Texas from California and everyone made a big deal abut it. I tired one time and that’s all I needed to realize that I would never be going back there again. I just don’t understand. So if you want the worst hamburger and fries around find your nearest location. I’m sure you will be let down. How do you make someone so simple so bad???
