Prayers were answered when they started opening the first In-N- Out locations in Texas. I grew up always being close to an In-N-Out sometimes close enough to have the smell of grilled onions wafting through the air. Always remembering the lines of cars that would be lined up out of the drive through and down the street. I remember the reasonable pricing of their meals and even today In-N-Out still has the best valued combos out there comparative to other burger chains by far. They have made a big push to expand in recent years which is awesome and it is also Awesome they have managed to retain their core values and faith. Food offerings are consistently top notch at all locations. They take care of their employee's. They take care of their Customers. Although I frequent the Allen location a lot. I eat at the Plano branch the most. Both are Great. I also live 50+ miles away. I'll drive the distance for a good meal and I always get one at In-N-Out. Locations are always modern and well kept. Food is always fresh. Service is always Stellar. Thank God for In-N-Out. He may eat there as well.
Definitely an experience. The cheeseburger, fries, and soft drink meal. They ask if you want onions and I am someone who loves onions so I really liked it. If you're not a big fan of onions ask them to hold back on the onions. Fries were fresh cut and a petite type fry. A plus is they serve cherry coke. This location in Dallas was extremely busy leaving few available seating and the ordering line to the door at lunchtime. A lot of kids. I suspect that the busyness is mainly because of the Minecraft villager experience that is in the adjacent parking lot.
I have to say … being a first timer today for the In-n-Out burger experience, if I could have done it all with my eyes closed you’d have thought you had just stepped into chick-fil-a from a customer service standpoint … well, most of my chick-fil-a experiences. Of course, there had been a few lately that have been suspect at best. But this is about In-n-Out in Plano, TX … superb! Young people serving with excellence … uniforms sharp … mannerisms on par. They all seemed to be functioning like a well oiled machine. And to top it off … all the things this organization is for. What a breath of fresh air in a climate today that is so loud about what it is against. I’ll tell you what, there should never be a time that place is not packed. And if you’re a woman … if there is a woman in your life … if you love women in general, this place should be a frequent stop for you and your family. KUDOS to you In-n-Out! KUDOS to you 💪
The best burger experience, every time! In-N-Out Burger never fails to satisfy my cravings. The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I love their classic menu but can’t resist ordering “Animal Style” for that extra kick. The fries are crispy and delicious, and the shakes are the perfect sweet treat to finish the meal. The staff are friendly and efficient, keeping the lines moving even during busy times. The quality and consistency make In-N-Out my go-to spot for fast food. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!
My daughter ordered from the secret menu and it did not disappoint. She ordered the dying Dutchmen- whole grilled onion wrap along with animal style fries. Then she put them together. First pic is animal, then Dutchman , and finally two put together. She said it's "pretty good, pretty good."
I have the worst habit of deciding on in n out last minute. This location without fail serves me up right every single time. Even my dog is so excited with her puppy patty Thanks guys!!!!
I brought my boyfriend here for his first taste of in n out, and he loved it! I love it too. The food is amazing for the price you pay, and the service was super quick and the people were very kind and polite. The place looked very, very clean!
We love this burger spot. We don’t have any in Arkansas, so whenever there is one available when we travel, we will always stop. This location was super packed, but we caught a table that was clearing out pretty quickly!
I've eaten at In-N-Out Burger numerous times at several different Dallas, TX area locations since they arrived from California. This is my first review. The service is quick at this location right off of 75 N. Central Expressway on the East side, and the tables are cleaned frequently. I had a Dbl-Dbl (Double-Double is consistently good) with everything on it, Grilled Onions, and the buns extra toasted. Normally they toast the buns adequately, so if you want soft buns be sure to tell them not to toast the buns. They provide extra lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onions on the side at no additional charge. I have watched them cut the fresh potatoes in the machine several times. The fries are ok most of the time. If you're brave, and can handle the additional calories, try them Animal Style. Overall, great prices for higher quality fresh fast food that focuses on burgers & fries.
The food was great! The cheese was melted on the patty, and the bun wasn't too hard or too soft. The fries were perfectly salted and had just the right crunch to it. The drinks were good and I think that they make THE BEST burgers 🍔🏆👍
This is a fantastic burger spot! Although the table was a bit dirty, likely due to a shortage of cleaning staff, the restaurant itself wasn’t busy. We ordered the 3x3 protein style burger, and it was my first time trying this option. I found it incredibly refreshing and a great choice for anyone looking to cut down on carbs. I highly recommend giving the protein style a try if you’re aiming for a lighter, yet satisfying, burger experience.
Affordable, fresh and tasty. As a bonus, a person working in the kitchen on 12/28/24 around 11am, probably a supervisor/manger, had an amazing and contagious vibe. Very energetic.
In-N-Out Burger is my go-to fast food burger. Double double, with mustard instead of spread, and grilled onions. The lettuce and tomatoes are chopped fresh on site, the potatoes are cut and fried in the restaurant, the meat is never frozen. Don't forget about the secret menu: animal style fries, Neapolitan style milk shake, and of course the five by five if you want a REAL massive burger! For a quick burger, it's hard to beat In-N-Out. If you haven't been, try them out. Good service. Clean, simple decor. Very veteran friendly. Highly recommend!
November 2024 Love In and Out burger. Great value and fabulous taste with grilled onions. They do it right even though the speed of making the burger wasn’t there but each burger was made to order. Great attentive team member and they keep the restaurant clean. Highly recommend this place.

It used to be packed with so many people, even at 1 AM! The food is always good. However, the crews were not as focused as before. I guess they need time off from a hectic battlefield-like making it's famous hamburgers with a long line of hungry customers. It wasnt packed with people but I still enjoyed the famous In N Out Burger with extra veggies and ONION! YEAH! Love Y'All
I can tell why it is so popular in USA when I have my meal ready. The price is ok and we also get big potions of burger and fries. The sweet tea is so good and I drank two cups.
Solid Experience at In-N-Out Burger on Central Expressway In-N-Out Burger on Central Expressway is a great spot for a tasty meal. The staff are cool and always friendly, making each visit enjoyable. The food is reliably good, living up to the In-N-Out reputation. The store itself is pretty clean, which adds to the positive experience. However, it's always packed, and the food can take a while to come out. I'm not a fan of waiting, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Overall, it's a solid place to grab a burger if you don't mind the wait.

The burger is very good especially the bun but one thing that every in n out lacks in are the fries. Genuinely the worst fries from a fast food restaurant I’ve tasted. The fries feel like cardboard and taste very salty, and when you eat them for a while they tend to hurt ur gums. Besides that it’s really good. Animal style has hints of onion.

Food was nice and fresh, always consistent. The service was exemplary as always. The outside (where we ate) smelled like urine and was poorly kept up with. It's kind of the area, a lot of homeless people around due to the proximity to the Dallas rail service.
WWW as my second time at a In and Out. The first time was in Houston. I am here for business and I wanted to go to In and Out again because it was so good when I was in Houston. I have to say, I was disappointed. My burger was really salty. The fries were cold and did not look so good. They put a packet of salt on the napkin which was on top of the fries. I've always heard great things about the food here. The line was long, but well staffed, and moved quickly. I ordered a double double and fries. I thought I'd be able to eat it on the go, but after 3 bites, I was convinced that I shouldn't eat it. Sloppy, Slimey, and drippy were not appetizing. I never litter, but I totally threw it out the window. I felt bad about throwing it on the road because I was afraid animals might try to eat it, and get sick, or worse, hit by a car. So I went back and picked it up and threw it in the dumpster.
This place no matter where you go is god awful. I remember when it came to Texas from California and everyone made a big deal abut it. I tired one time and that’s all I needed to realize that I would never be going back there again. I just don’t understand. So if you want the worst hamburger and fries around find your nearest location. I’m sure you will be let down. How do you make someone so simple so bad???
