The cheese pizza was really good. The crust had a nice balance, crispy but still soft on the inside. The cheese was melty and full of flavor without being too heavy, and the sauce had just the right amount of tang. Simple, comforting, and exactly what I was craving. I would definitely order it again.

I got the half and half (meat lovers and Texas bbq). Wow!! The pizza had great flavor, plenty of meat, and crust was delicious. I am not from California but visiting and wished I would have found this place sooner.

Wonderful pizzas and place. Gal at the front desk is always so pleasant. Pizza is always ready for us to pick up by the time estimated on their website. And we always go to pick up the pizza since you get incentivized with a free 2 liter soda or ice cream. Which is great.

Came here and got two large pizzas that I wanted to be the same, come to find out while placing the order I must have clicked a wrong selection for the topping and when I picked up the pizza it was not what I ordered, or what I thought I ordered. They remade a pizza the way I wanted it without charging me and let me keep the pizza that came out wrong so I Gave it to my family! Great job Pizza guys will be back!👍

We have been ordering pizza here for years. My kids are foodies like their mom, so it was difficult to find a pizza that they would ask for. They prefer thin crusts like a traditional Italian pizza should be (the crust replaces the plate that you can also eat). My oldest likes Tuscany thin with white sauce and chicken and pepperoni. Fast service and you get free ice cream with pick up. I always do pickup because much faster.

Good place, delicious food. Kids love their pizza. The only complain about my last visit was a long waiting time. I ordered one fay in advance but waited 30mins. They need to fix their time management. But it's a nice place and I'll use them again.

They offered us cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. The cheesecake was delicious. I'm glad that they offered it to us. They delivered on time and have an amazing customer service.

Went there for lunch today. One small pizza came out in 20 minutes. 2 sandwiches came out 15 minutes after that: hamburger was ice cold and so over cooked. French fries were borderline cooked and cold. Then to top of off, the medium pizza we ordered came out after an hour of us bugging them. Mind you, the food was all ordered at same time. We ended up getting the medium pizza to go, and it was way under cooked. Won’t be back for a while.

These guys have absolutely no respect for customers. I happened to order a Tucsony chicken pizza in regular crust. The app took my modification to which I paid extra. But for some reason, it was thin crust and the email order showed thin crust, completely eliminating my choices. The owner, an Indian guy, instead of listening, he started cussing and using bad words. Never ever go to this place. This place has stooped in standard and Customer care. Never going to this place again!!

The service here is terrible so don’t come here if you can help it! I had ordered 4 M pizza and 1 large and the bill was roughly $70 and even then the asian girl refused to give free 2 liter soda bottle and hesitantly provided pepper and cheese and plates upon asking. The deal is you get free soda if the bill is greater than $25 regardless of the size of the pizza. She was either uneducated or just didn’t want to give a $1 worth of soda to a customer. I normally go to the Livermore location even though it’s further. They are excellent at customer service so if I were you I wouldn’t come here. Pizza was delicious but these people are horrible!

The delivery times they list in the app are a complete lie. I used to get pizza here all the time over the past year and they would deliver withing 30-40 minutes max. As of a few months ago, it now takes them 2.5-3 hours to deliver a pizza so I’ll no longer be a customer. Don’t do business here unless you’d like to wait a really long time to get your pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

I called and the woman assured me she would fix it and that our order would be delivered at the requested time as I explained to her that we were on a limited time crunch. Needless to say, I never received the discount from the code and my order was 30 mins late. When I called to find out what was taking so long the woman told me that if I didn’t like it that I could call the corporate office to complain since she was the franchise owner. She told me that my order was late because it was my fault that I placed a large order on a weekend. Ended up having to feed 40 kids in 10 mins before their bus left. Still waiting on a call back from corporate.

A man named Ani, who claimed he is the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I believe he's RACIST!!!! I ordered a pepperoni pizza online, but when I went to pick it up, it was a cheese only pizza. I advised Ani of this and he said it was my fault and that I could pay for the cheese pizza and order and pay for the correct pizza. I asked for a refund, which surprisingly, he accommodated. However, when I tried to place a new order he told me I can no longer be served! He was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE! Are you kidding me?!! After returning home, I called back and asked him for the corporate office information and he REFUSED to give. I will be following up with corporate, This man claims he is the manager....He clearly lacks leadership qualities!!!!

I would give these guys zero stars for customer service. The pizza is fair, but ordering online app doesn't work well and when you call there to explain, they are rude. They are better pizza shops down the street.
