This place would be better if they had great management. The manager here has the worst attitude. He's Arabic or something. When he's working at the front counter, I leave. The inside has a horrible smell in it. There's water leaking from the ceiling, it smells like a dumpster. I walked out that time as well. I asked the manager that was working, and he said he didn't smell anything, but me and other customers were talking about the foul smell. Who wants to dine in a place to eat, when it smells like that? UPDATE: JULY 16, 2025 EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER, EXCEPT THE LEAK FROM THE CEILING😊 I ACTUALLY ATE IN THE LOBBY TODAY. IT SMELLS AMAZING, THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY NICE. GREAT EXPERIENCE! AWESOME JOB BURGER KING! THANK YOU. I HAVEN'T EATEN THERE IN THREE MONTHS, HOPING YOU ALL WOULD GET IT TOGETHER, AND YOU ALL DID 😁 BURGER KING HAS GREAT FOOD. I WILL GIVE FIVE STARS! 🤗
at this location they have two windows one for the take your money and one for the serve the food they're not using the first window doing everything at 1 window. This is inefficient. Just too slow. after you wait in line to get all the way up to the window you pay and then you wait again for them to actually cook the food. Spinning 20 or 30 minutes and one sitting in your car in the drive thru. I had plenty of time to write this post while I waited.
The assistant manager was good and very helpful but from what I noticed the cook in the back was creating a hostile environment! She was catching attitude and yelling with the assistant manager when all she was doing was trying to do is get the orders out as quick as she can but the cook was just making everything so much slower it is ridiculous! It just seemed like the cook did not want to do her job and was just being slow on purpose! Everyone else who was working was doing their job except for that lady!
Came here a few times, but one time in particular that has made me stay clear of this place was i ordered a few value cheesburgers, and when i got them, none had cheese. Brought it back, and they said it would cost me more for cheese per burger. Dont know what was up with the register guy, but i could tell he didn't want to be there.
Unbelievably slow. Without warning before ordering order takes over 20 minutes dont matter what time of day you go
Burger King on twin city should shut down .I got extremely sick and im not saying this because of a certain person . I threw up all night. Neve will my husband and I will ever go back

I have gone twice to this location to get breakfast at 6am as it states opens and first time they were not opened due to management was not there yet and today I was told it will be a while because the old grease needs to be replaced. So you tell me you don’t clean the kitchen every night before you leave for the night gross never again will I come day or night…..
I've been waiting here on the twin city hwy for over 35 minutes still haven't even started order. There's know one in line or inside. 1 person cooking and the lady incharge is all over him for nothing. Instead of helping him. This place sucks never come here 😕 😒
I went in today paid with my card could not get a receipt and they didn’t give me all of my food and they stole my money
The rudest employees. worst Burger King in the entire gold triangle needs to be shut down. Tried to dine in the employees would not wait on anyone. There were six other people standing around waiting to be waited on and we're being ignored by the employees working the drive-through window.
I was in the middle of ordering and they told me to wait and then they cut off the menu and didn't even bother answering me when I was trying to get their attention
Not even sure why I keep going back here, knowing the service and food won't change. We used the drive-thru and ordered $7 trio meals and a value meal with two cheeseburgers. Now, the bag had everything in it smashed down, onion rings and chicken fries mashed in there to fit. The burgers, absolutely flattened. I asked if there was sauce for the chicken fries, was told yes. There wasn't. Not only that, one of the $7 trio meals was the bacon double cheeseburger with only ketchup. We got single burgers with just ketchup. No bacon, no cheese. Not even sure how you come up with that. Its a double, should have 2 patties, should have cheese, should have bacon, should have ketchup. If I would have said no pickles and no mustard, they would ask if I wanted the cheese and ketchup on it. Um yeah, bacon, with the meat and bun too. No matter how it is ordered, simple can't be simple enough. My mistake for not checking the burgers before we pulled off. The other trio was 2 jr whoppers with no lettuce and no tomato. Both of those had pickle and mayo only. So no onion? Workers just don't care and you don't get it your way. I am more aggravated with the fact they put 2 orders of chicken fries, a medium onion ring, and 6 burgers in the smallest bad they have. And someone had to smash it down to get it to fit. So much smashing that the buns were flat and tore up. Never again at this location. You can only give them so many chances before you get fed up.
Will not be back. Paid $3.19 for a strawberry lemonade.. and it was in a kiddie size cup. The wait seemed unnecessarily long and the service was no good. Might have had a better experience using the drive thru.
Overall terrible service staff dosnt know what they are doing. They Ignore you and they are always short handed. And from what I see staff argue with themsleves . OrderS take LONG. DONT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.
Horrible customer service here…. My uber driver waited over 45 minutes. I had order the Royal Four meal that come with 4 whoopers and 4 sides. Never got my 4 sides, missing nuggets, and 2 cheese burgers. The employees kept asking my driver what was the order many times. Most worse fast food place!
Did an online order. I did the " burger for breakfast " option .. 2 whoppers . Once I get there to pick up my order. The lady was saying something but I couldn't understand her. Her English was horrible. Finally I pieced it together what she was saying. They did not have Whopper buns. I asked for a refund and she held up her finger and began dialing on her phone. Someone must of answered because she started speaking Spanish. Then got off the phone and said "We make". I waited a few more minutes and then she handed me a bag. I took it in a hurry because I had someone waiting in the car. The "Whopper" I received was so small. Don't go to BK on Twin City. If they'll rip me off for $12 then what else are they doing? It was wrapped in a Whooper Jr paper that's how small they were. The tomatoe was bigger than the whole burger!🤬🤬🤬
False advertisement or incompetent workers? Or would it be a poor system? I use my coupon in an order but the lady told me she couldn't use it because I have to mention I have a coupon before ordering. Why?.. are they going to use something different? Lower quality or old food? Every time I go to jack in the box they adjust the price when I show them the coupon, but this lady doesn't even want to ask the manager if they could do that. My problem. Is not paying the full price, my problem is.. honor the advertisement!
Burger was alright BUT the fries were burnt and very dry and the coke tasted like mineral soda with no flavor luckily I had Pepsi at home. Opted to spend 11 dollars on a large meal had I known the meal was going to be that bad I would've just ordered the sandwich for 6-7 dollars. What a waste of money
I usually don't write reviews on bad service and bad intentional food. This is not the first time at this location. There were globs of mayonnaise and so much mustard. We tried to wipe it off, it was just a waste of food. . I tried to take the survey, but the questions asked were so round about, I couldn't get my point across in the survey, so here I am. I tried calling the store, they would only hang up.
