The staff is freindly and the quality and taste of Firehouse sandwiches has always exceeded our expectations!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. I placed my order and received excellent service throughout. While I was dining, I witnessed a very difficult customer being extremely rude and unreasonable, yet the staff remained calm, respectful, and went above and beyond to try and make things right for her—even though she was clearly not willing to be satisfied. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and patience this team displayed under pressure. It made me appreciate my experience even more. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting this location. Kudos to the entire crew!

First time being here at this location the best, Beaumont can’t compare. Amazing customer service, had a wonderful time with the manager Dani taking care of me. 10/10 totally recommend!!
I place all my orders online. Today when I placed it online I must’ve missed the no mayo button. I called and talked to the lady. By the time I made it she had made me a fresh sandwich and was so kind about it. 10/10

I love firehouse sub 🤩 My favorite is the hook and ladder. And the pickle is so good with the sandwich . I saved my other piece for later
The place was busy and the sandwich took about 5 minutes or so. The cashier was extremely friendly and I overheard her helping a boy order and she was very patient and helpful. The sandwich was good. A little expensive at 10 dollars for a sandwich drink and chips, but their checks on the wall to the community were nice to see and made rounding up worth it. The restaurant was a little smokey. It didn’t smell but you could see it in the air, maybe need more ventilation. Good place and a good bite to eat.

Great sandwiches! Normally have fast and friendly service. Ingredients are served fresh and most of the employees seem happy to be there. The restaurant does tend to get busy around lunch time. The restaurant is mostly clean with exception sometimes of the bathrooms. Great place for a sandwich.
Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar, Wheat Bread, Large. Ordered carry-out, made fresh while I watched. Sandwich was very good, good ratios of meat, cheese, and sauce. Friendly service. Would go again.
Food was great. I would rate 5 but when we were coming in the employee in the picture was getting dropped of and had a horrible potty mouth. Lots of words I don't want my 5 year old knowing.
This location is always dirty! Especially the floors and drink station!! And there are usually employees (5-6 at a time) just standing around. One girl did clean the table tops but there’s filth at the bottom of the bins that hold the drink lids - old soda drips and visible dirt and the floors of the entire place were covered in dirt.
Yesterday went there ,the food is great but the customer service I got was not so pleasant I had some change and cash so I gave the guy all I had and only had about 40 cents I owed so i put on the card it is what it is but then one of the firehouse employees when passing by behind the counter and heard that he said i could never and was just mocking paying that amount,look it’s whatever but i think if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say it or say it when the customer is gone not in front of them,it’s just about having manners
I went to eat at Firehouse, the service was bad, the tables were dirty, and the employee was on the phone.
This location is horrible, my sandwich is messed up literally each time I come. I have only had this experience at this location, I am very specific with my order. I have several food allergies, and each & every time I or my husband has to send my sandwich back to get remade. Today is the first time I’ve sent my food back, and requested a refund. At this point I am done with this location.
Tuesday 7:15pm December 3rd 2024. Garbage for nearly $20
The most floppiest and soggiest sandwich i have ever seen. If i could i would have give a zero. Couldt even hold the bread properly.
Usually I can count on a great visit here but this time was different. I showed up early at opening time was the first customer of the day. I thought great this will be a quick trip. Boy was I wrong waited an extremely long time. Several other customers came in and ordered after me and got their food and left. Normally I wouldn't have thought much about it but I was the first customer there I watched them unlock the door. I only ordered a small sandwich not sure why it took so long. Not to mention after the long wait I got home and it did not have the toppings that come on the New York steamer. It had toppings I had never seen before on the sandwich. I have ordered the large sandwich many times with no problems and tasted good each time. They had young kids working in there maybe no manager was around I'm not sure.
