The service is always fast and friendly. My food is always hot and the sodas taste like they’re supposed to and not like sprite with a hint of Dr Pepper. I recommend this place

I say this McDonald's is a step above the service is always as expected and the staff very friendly but they also have a book/dvd exchange which I found that to be awesome. So I'd give 6 stars for the friendly service and the book/DVD exchange

We had breakfast from there this morning and it way amazing! It’s been a while since I’ve had a good experience at any McDonalds, and they did awesome! The sandwiches were great, and the hashbrowns were perfect!

In my attempt to feed someone in need, the management agreed and ordered the person exactly what I requested. When I was asked to ring up, my bill was $0.00. The manager said he respected what I was attempting to do and said it was on them! I'll frequent this location for my family each time we decide on McDonald's. This is a stand up establishment!!

Restaurant is clean and service is quick and friendly. Fries need a little salt but the good is inexpensive and hot when you get it. If you're looking for a cheap place to eat lunch then swing by. Lunch bundles are great for those on a budget.

I don't go to this McDonald's too often but I never have an issue with my order or bad customer service. It's conveniently located right in front of a Wal-Mart and my order is always given to me without having to wait. Some other McDonald's usually make you park up front or on the side to wait for your order, I've never had that happen here.

The service was decent at best. When the food is ready they don't call out your number, they just leave it on the counter. I'd appreciate it of there was a screen with our numbers on it so we would know who's food it is.

I like how it is always clean inside the lobby. The service staff members are always kind and are always impatient even if you are not ready to order they are willing to wait. The ice cream from the machine is very tasty because the ice cream machine is clean. I appreciate the workers for being honest, kind, and giving me fresh chocolate chip cookies.

Usually rates a five, but my last visit wasn't that great. They were understaffed, do I was asked to pull off to a special wait area. I waited and waited. The young lady finally came, but she forgot my drink. The wait was on again. Because I was in a hurry, I got out and went in to get my drink. Now, as I said earlier, this type of service is not the norm there.

Food here is really blah. You can go for breakfast and it is great but for dinner after 5, you can tell a bunch of kids just working and tossing stuff together.

Check out was awesome. Friendly. Did a good job. Food was good. Downside waited for some ketchup while 4 people walked by and looked at me. One worker while I was in line rudely walked in front of me. Besides those two things the wait wasn't bad and the food tasted fresh.

I usually come around night time, and the food is pretty good. That's why I go back, but you have to double check your order before you leave because they have a tendency to forget items you paid for. I've noticed that happens more often when there's a long line at the drive through. The customer service isn't the greatest either, but this McDonald's is on the way home from work, so I just kind of deal with it to be honest. Once again, this is at night. I've never really been there during the day.

Do not use lobby if possible. 30+ minute wait times more often than not so far, for a single drink order. Busy times are understandable, but regular 30+ minute wait times from using their lobby have become deflating to experience. Ticket number disappeared then I got the wrong drink, but couldn’t chance waiting another 30+ minutes for a small change. The employees are always doing their best though but just saying. TLDR: Do not use lobby use drive-through

Very rude staff... and when placing an order they do not give you a cup... you have to ask for one. Large fries was half full... had to tell them to add more to make it a large. Not a friendly environment and walk in customers don't seem to come first.

First of all you're allowed to go inside the building but you cannot eat at any table, you can eat at the table tables outside of the building. There's signs on the table but you don't see that you cannot eat at the table until towards the end of the of the sign. They don't make it big bold enough for no eating inside on the front door so people can see before they go in. Soon a lot of businesses are going to lose a lot of customers and money because of this.

No one greeted or acknowledged me at the counter when trying to place an order. Used the kiosk, fries and nuggets were barely warm and stale! The lemonade, which is 50¢ extra, was bland. Also received 2 pies which were stale and sold to me past the sell by time. Overall a very unsatisfying visit

I only ordered a sweet tea and a large french fry. A customer who ordered after me got their sweet tea while waiting and I didn't, but it wasn't a big deal. I waited for 15mins and truthfully didn't think it'd take too long to get some fries and a drink and asked for my money back because I needed to get back to work. I was told that it was coming out now. Here's why I'm leaving a review: a family who put their order in 2 behind myself, received all of their food (which was alot and included fries since I overheard their order), and I still had nothing. I left without food or my payment back so that I wouldn't be late for work.

After driving 7 hours, and getting to our destination rather late we decided to try fast food, so we could retire, and get an early start. Boy was that a mistake. I haven't stopped at a McDonald's in 5+ years, and this stop on our way to a Hotel, was a terrible mistake! We decided to go inside, to place our order.We gave the person our order about 9:30 pm; just a plain quarter pounder, with fries; that's it! Sitting inside, after 20+ minutes, my son went to the counter and asked about our order, after seeing 10-15 orders filled. The staff did not seem to be able to trace the order down; in fact someone said the order had been filled. During the wait the Manager, walked by my son 3-4 times with orders, looking like, oh well, it's your fault! Only one young lady showed any interest at all. Finally a young lady brought the order bagged, instead of on a tray, with no apologies, or sorry for the delay! In fact the Manager got real busy behind the whole mess, not even stepping up to apologize, or make us a satisfied customer. We have not had anything in this chain ever happen before, and we both decided; Mcdonald's is not in our future plans whatsoever. I realize we are only 2 customers, and apparently not of interest to magement in providing good customer service!

Yesterday I asked for a mcrib with extra pickles. They gave me two. Today I asked for a side of pickles and she's says no worries they put extra on it. And I get none. So get out of my car walk in over pickles yes, and they tell me they have no pickles! At all for anyone! Really??? Bad business!

I was disappointed with the service the wait time was unsatisfactory.. One employee told them I was there and at first they ignored him and me. He had to say it 2 twice before they heeded to him I did however get a larger size order of fries. Also I told the lady I didn't get my drink I wanted sweet tea but I had to get something else and I didn't get a straw.

It's a hit and miss sometimes. Order taking at the drive thru feels like it's their first day and they aren't happy about the no mayo on spicy chicken sandwiches. Wrong orders are prevalent here

Shouldn’t be hard to get a value meal order right and in short time. Went in dire thru and was told to pull up it waiting space for my order. 15 min later had to go in and ask about it and no one had any idea there was an order that had not been delivered yet. Wasn’t even high volume time.

This location is usually great, but tonight’s experience was disappointing. I pulled up to the speaker to pick up my mobile order, and the team member said sharply, “What can I do for you?” Caught off guard, I said hello, thinking I might’ve misheard. She then replied, “Go ‘head,” in an extremely short tone. I gave her my order code, and she responded, “Pull to the window.” At the first window, I came face to face with the same individual, who was standing at the register eating from a cup and initially appeared to ignore me. When she finally opened the window, she said “Mobile order?”—again, in a curt tone—then handed me the receipt without acknowledgment. I understand this is a fast-paced environment, but basic professionalism doesn’t cost anything. I’m not suggesting team members shouldn’t eat or drink, but doing so in a customer-facing area while actively working is unacceptable—and in a food service setting, it’s also unsanitary.

This was the one of the longest wait times I’ve ever seen experienced at a McDonalds. When we got the board to order, the lady on the speaker seemed to be irritated or unhappy to be at work. What happen to service with a smile? “Ba nah ba ba ba! I’m lovin it!” Well, not today…. When we got to the window we got our bag and the window attendant tried to give us the wrong drinks. She was shaking very badly too. When we looked to see that all our food was in the bag, we found that the McRib was out of its box. Just laying in the bottom of the bag. One of the worst experiences ever at a McDonalds.

Customer service not good. I usually get a cup of hot water in the mornings along with my breakfast and they refused to give me that this morning. Stated it is dangerous ??? Usually enjoy this McDonald’s but tonight I got a burnt chicken sandwich and cold fries. Sandwich drowning in sauce, I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. Food was not able to be ate due too it being so burnt you could barley bite into it, fries were also burnt and cold. Only good thing about my meal was the Large Dr Pepper. Hopefully I can get ahold of a Manager or owner.

I get here to get 2 number 5 with cheese only no egg and they give me what they want. With a lot of attitude including the manager. Either they were all on their menstrual. Idk I also told them i need to order my drinks and with an attitude they say what do you want. When i pick up my food they say ill give you the hash browns free I'm like if you would of charged me the meals like I said, you wouldn't have to. Horrible service

When I arrived at the first window to pay for my order nobody was there. I waited about a full minute and someone finally showed up. When she did show up a male employee came up to her and groped her breast! Right in front of me. In front of a costumer. The female employee was NOT okay with it. I looked at the male employee with absolute disgust. When I got to the second window I let the manager know. Not only this, the food was days old and hard as a rock. Sexual harassment is not okay! And In front of customers is disgraceful. This establishment is a joke.

I have never had a good experience from this McDonald’s. Every time I go through the drivethrew I have to park and go inside to get my order fixed... which usually results in one of the employees being rude. The hot chocolate machine has been being cleaned everyday at different times for the last 5 months resulting in us not being able to ever buy one from here. The ice cream machine has been down for the last 3 years. Every time I ask for a happy meal for a “boy” I end up with a girls toy so when I take it in to question the “pink” toy they say it’s gender neutral. Funny how every “gender neutral” toy just happens to be pink...

Customer service at this location is very poor. Stood in line for over 30 minutes and no one was in front of me. Everyone just stood around talking not paying attention to us as we just stood here.also nobody is wearing name tags not even the manager. In an audit points would be deducted. Train your employees better!!

I went here just before the holidays and it was the worst fast food experience of my life. They asked me to pull forward in the drive through since my food wasn’t ready. No big deal, it happens. Over FIFTEEN minutes later someone finally came out, but they had the wrong food order. The worker seemed frustrated and didn’t apologize. We ordered a simple quarter pounder with fries. She asked for our receipt. We never saw that receipt again. Fifteen more minutes went by before my fiancé finally had to go into the store to get our food. While he was inside, the same worker that took our receipt came out to inform me that we would “just have to go in - I don’t know what they are doing with your order and I’m off”. Not only was it unprofessional to ask a drive through customer to come in to sort it out, but it was also ridiculous that she (the only person in the store that I had seen and the last person to have my receipt) clocked out and seemingly told no one to rectify the issue before doing so. My fiancé couldn’t even get the cashiers to the front when he went inside. They finally placed a burger and fries in the bag for him. It wasn’t what I ordered, but it was food. I checked my card swipe time and it was 37 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we drove off. If you want faster service, I’d recommend sitting down at a local restaurant. They could probably feed you more quickly. I honestly have no desire to eat at any McDonalds ever again because if this experience.

It is horrible..... It is dirty..... Employees are visiting and smoking at the front door. It took forever to get my meal through the drive thru. When finally got it, it was wrong. I drove around parked when inside to get the right order. And they still made it wrong. It took 3 attempts to make a cheeseburguer plain. Come on!!!!!!! BTW. My review has one star cuz I couldn't make a ZERO star..... HORRIBLE!!!!!

This place is a joke lots of employees no one waits on you including the manager they just keep walking by you without acknowledging, I have tried several times hoping it gets better but no not coming back to this location and the management needs to do something besides have all day meetings at the table in front of customers very unprofessional.

They can't even work the drive through menu right . Stayed waiting for 10 min in the drive through on the outside lane to not be served. While the inside lane ran through with no problem. If the outside lane was closed then put cones down or something to make it known.

The ONLY reason I gave this location one star is because it won't allow me to give it a negative three stars minimum!!! It is terrible!!! They constantly are not open when they should be, do not respond to the drive thru in the mornings, have employees standing around inside at the counter having conversations with other employees, and consistently have only one person taking orders for a jam packed lobby.

A lady at the drive through cashier was so disrespectful and wasn't doing her job. She was standing there talking to her co-workers while we are waiting for her to take our card. My husband said thank you and she didn't say anything back. She just turned around and continue talking to her co worker. Also, she cut off my husband when he was trying to order.

Awful! Rude and careless employees.. long wait times and often they give out old or burned food. I get it's a gamble any time you go to a McDonald's but this one is almost always giving out bad experiences. They don't care. You would think they aren't being paid to be there it's ridiculous. Not sure what the problem is but the drive thru takes way too long. It was early in the morning, I was the only one there, and I waited 4 min for someone to take my order??? I recommend avoiding this location.

So today I decided to go eat at McDonald’s to so I get out the car and walk up to the door to walk in and I get stares so I’m like what are they staring at in my head so I open the door go inside and I’m Placing my order so the supervisor or manager or wateva calls someone form the back and then she goes meet the supervisor/manager and then their like “Aye you work here” I said “no this my friend shirt” they like “oh well you can’t wear that unless you work to McDonald’s” so I proceed to turnaround and the man that was taking my order was like “well I thought you world here were short staffed and you could’ve helped out” I said “ no I’m not even from out here I’m from Louisiana” so he said “Ohok” and then I order my stuff and I’m going sit down now the the supervisor/manager like “ yea you can’t wear that as regular shirt cause it’s uniform” I’m like “ma’am I’m not even from out here” then she was like “I don’t matter you still can’t wear it” and then proceeds to turn around and laugh and giggle so I’m like in my head first off all a shirt is a shirt so she not kno people donate McDonald’s shirt yk I could have got it from a goodwill or arc like be for real so still in my head I’m like my own mama don’t even tell me what to wear she didn’t even have to do or say that in front all them people if she just wanted to feel like superior in front all those people but you shouldn’t pick on people you don’t know but I kept my cool and kept it pushing cause this is ridiculous as a supervisor you didn’t have to do all that information of people tbh you could of just asked if I worked there and kept it pushing you don’t have no right to tell me what I could and couldn’t wear your not my mother and I’ve wore this shirt elsewhere and they never had a problem

Horrible customer service!!! Ordered through the app, and paid. Upon arriving to get the order, I was told the order was cancelled. I did not cancel it and I was charged. They have done NOTHING to resolve this!!! They are always so rude and I will continue to leave bad reviews if this issue is not resolved!!!

It's been 5 times in a row that we never get our exact items from the drive through. And yes I've been counting. And whenever we roll around to let them know they catch a dang attitude. So much for remodeling and having a nice place if the employees are what makes it bad.

Welp, thanks for my hot coffee in a plastic cup. Literally burned my fingers an drop my hot caramel Macchiato.. I've order thru doordash an this is how I recieved my hot caramel Macchiato.. I'm pretty positive McDonald's has them paper cups for hot beverages with them cup holder thing/sleeves. Welp. This isnt right. Hot beverage in a plastic cup. Wow. I just let it cool down cleaning up my carpet.

Staff was rude. Asked for fresh fries and was told all food was fresh but we got cold french fries. Paid for extra fudge on ice cream but was then told no way to add extra fudge on sundae. We get extra fudge all the time at a different location. The staff was lazy, especially the manager that was on duty, she was no help at all. She just kept making ugly faces at us.

This location is horrible! They park you if you have more than a drink. They are always rude and Saturday my family and I went to the drive thru .. and after being "greeted" by a HOLD ON we sat there and waited almost 10 minutes the car before us had drove off because of the wait at the speaker anyway we drove into the line anyway and the car behind us ended up leaving as well. So we sit there a good 5 or 6 minutes behind the only car they let even place an order. My boyfriend decides to try to go inside and they tell him there's nothing they can do they have a big order before they can help anyone. As he leaves she locks the door so he went back into the line (it were up to me we would have left a long time ago) finally the car that had been there 20 minutes leaves and we pull up to the window the girl had so much attitude and when my boyfriend showed his irritation she says " uh uh I'm not dealing with his attitude someone come talk to this guy" Melissa a manager I guess is what she was supposed to be comes over accusing us of being rude when she hadn't seen any of the exchange and hadn't let us order yet. So we ask for the number until I look up and see it in front of my face my boyfriend then tells her never mind I found it and she says twice ya well my names Melissa!! After the corporate ppl fail to call us back we call the store and that Melissa hangs up on us she clearly can't handle her job. There were people driving off left and right that night, a few cussed and yelled as they drove off. We did none of that we tried to be calm despite we had antsy kids and had a long day and just needed to grab something quick before going home. Anyway thanks McDonald's but we don't need you Jack in the box is right down the road.. the service you provide is the worst but hey thanks for inspiring me to just cook at home a whole lot more! They may not care about us as one customer but eventually they will keep losing people who realize they are paying these people to make food wrong and give them attitude.

No matter what time of the day you go here its mass confusion. Either they're short handed and can't until an hour after they're supposed to or the system is down. When they are serving you they are rude and can not under any circumstance get your order right. I've been there at least 6 days a week since I've been in town its on the way to work and I like McDonald's coffee but I rarely get any

This was my first time eating McDonald's in years.... I don't know what made me have such a sudden lapse of judgement, but after this visit, I imagine it'll be several more years before I go again. Okay, so here's the breakdown.... Service: Occasionally the service is somewhere between tolerable, and meh. That's just because every once in a while there's some kid/young person who has some manners, common sense, or a sense of humor. Food: Well, let's look at the objective facts... It seems like this "semi organic, partially/possibly safe for human consumption, STUFF, *(I refuse to refer to it as food*) is just about as close to poison as it could possibly be. It's similar to rodent poison. There are multiple types that use different methodologies to achieve their goal. One is the instant death kind (which is not McDonald's in this analogy, no matter what your guts are telling you after eating it) and the other kind takes 7-10+ days to kill the unlucky victim(target?)... The latter is our Beloved McyD's.... Their product is quite literally almost poison, and WE GO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR IT!!! After writing this, I've realized that it doesn't matter anymore. We're doomed. As a culture, society, and probably as a species. So pretty much KCCO, and enjoy a McFlurry while you still can.... Oh yeah, scratch that, because McDonald's Doesn't have a SINGLE FUNCTIONAL ICE CREAM MACHINE ON THE ENTIRE GLOBE. Skill issue? 🤦🤦🤦

The morning crew is the worst. We do the online order through the app, and yet they can never find it. On Wednesday, the 16, was no different. Ordered on app because I was in a hurry to get to work, they couldn't find my order. They even started yelling at me even though I showed them the order and location They still continued to yell and argue with me. As soon as they saw that we were in the right, they shut the drive-thru window pretty hard and went to get our order. A young lady was at the window staring at us, and I was taking a picture of the complaint number. She quickly opened the window and became combative yelling "what's the problem?!!" Terrible location and staff and I was late for work.

website says you open at 5:00 a.m., y'all's hours posted on the building say 5:00 a.m., and everything else, come up to the drive-thru at 5:10 in the morning, and y'all aren't open? Change your hours on everything if you're not open. Also no wonder why y'all aren't ready at 5:00 in the morning when y'all are supposed to be, because y'all are doing absolutely nothing up upfront, where customers can see you, so you turning them away, when you're doing absolutely nothing is Despicable. Stop sitting on the counters, because that's what some of y'all were doing, and open the store. Another thing, I drive away and then a couple more cars pull up and y'all serve them, but not me I hope you know I can hear, I can hear thank you for choosing McDonald's as I'm driving away while my window is down. What is up with this location?

Waited 15 minutes for 1 frappe with barely any customers in the store. One family ordered their food after me. They sat down and ate almost all of their food before I received my frappe.

This McDonald’s is great with breakfast and their cookie totes. However, everything else is trash every time that I go there I have to bring the food and ask for fresh food. I’ve complained on multiple different occasions about the food not being fresh especially the fries, but nothing never changes.

I wish this location would hire new people. The staff can’t do anything right most of the time. Go there for a cup of coffee you’ll get decaf. Ask for cream and sugar on the side, they put it in the cup. Ask them to put it in the cup. They put it on the side. You can’t win at this place. Ice cream machine never working, at this point just take icecream off the menu. If you are able to get icecream from this location….go buy a lottery ticket. Also very lazy staff if I was the franchisee of this location I would consider selling or a contract buy out….also only giving a 1star because that’s the lowest you can go.

When you go in the restaurant is always nasty. When you order delivery there is always something missing. Today I ordered through my app on the way home from work and when I arrived they told me they were closed and then threatened to call the cops when I asked for my money back. They forgot two of our strawberry and cream pies. They're obviously making their money back on their pickles because they don't know how to count to two. And the french fries extremely soggy. One of the worst McDonald's experiences of my life for spending $100. Probably never ordering again this was trash! And I ordered extra onions and they obviously did not give me extra onions they just slapped the sticker on there.

Lobby hours showed open until 10:00 PM on Friday 2/8/19. Doors were already locked at 9:50 PM and the two women inside acted like they could not unlock the door. Make your lobby hours accurate.

Staff was arguing amongst themselves and they didn't exactly use the best language. Saw an employee come out of the bathroom stall and only used water to "clean" his hands, which was obviously gross. I know I won't be returning here again.
