My best friend and I had a really bad experience at this Wingstop today. First, her order was wrong—she specifically asked for flats only and they still messed it up. Then we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get our food. On top of that, it was 25 degrees outside and they had the front door wide open while we were dining in. The entire place was freezing. When we politely asked if the door could be closed, the employee told us no and blamed it on smoke and the fire department instead of trying to make customers comfortable. That explanation made no sense when we were clearly freezing inside as paying customers. Between the incorrect order, long wait time, and lack of basic consideration for customers, this was a very disappointing visit. I usually enjoy Wingstop, but this location really needs to do better with both service and customer care.

The manager was rude and incompetent. Purchased A 10 piece combo I ordered a sweetened iced tea and the iced tea dispensary which distinguished sweetened and unsweetened the sweetened dispensary dispensed unsweetened tea so naturally, I let the manager know. I also let the manager know that I was on time Restraint because I had to get back to work. She didn’t let me know that it was gonna take another 45 minutes to change the of the the tea container from the back of the store and almost 3 to 5 gallons later of siphoning the unsweetened tea to the sweetened tea causing me to be late, getting back to work I told them in between time to just give me a refund on the combo just for the drink instead of doing that she took my food put it on the floor and said she’s gonna refund me for the whole order. She was disgustingly rude. I spent almost an hour for a three-piece combo and I got back to work late as a result of it and almost got a ticket on my vehicle because the meter ran out this place in Port Chester at 110 abendroth ave in port Chester it’s not a bad place, but the manager is very unwise and dealing with customers service. She could’ve handled that situation better she could’ve gave me a three dollar refund or gave me an alternative other than soda which I don’t drink. I don’t drink soda. I just felt very disrespected. I spent almost $20 and change there only need to have the food snatched away from me put on the floor and told me that they weren’t. They were just gonna give me all of my money back but with a nasty That she gave me and the reason why I say fake smile because when I was asking her questions or I was recommending this with that as an alternative, she wouldn’t even look me in my face. I would not recommend this Wingstop in Port Chester, New York..

Arrived to this location at 12am, I was told to order online because they were technically closed and only accept online orders. I ordered online and while waiting for my order, one of the staff began taking orders for a couple of walk ins. The same one taking orders, handling cash, scratching his head, also wiping his nose went back to handling fries without washing his hands or wearing any gloves. No one had gloves on. Then there was another associate who only spoke Spanish, some customers tried to ask her a question or two and she couldn’t help them. She’d redirect them to the young man handling the register and fries. A customer who picked up his order 10 mins prior to me arriving comes back because they forgot to put an order of fries and honey mustard in his bag. The kicker was he had to repeat himself multiple times, to all 3 staff members there. What was annoying was that the young man who was handling the cash and handling the fries was trying to be helpful since it was only 3 of them back there and I could clearly tell she was not too fond of him. And not letting him help out. After 40mins. of waiting she calls my order by the wrong name. After I literally just asked for my order since the screen said it was ready. The lack of organization, competence, team work and cleanliness is the main reason I will never step foot in this place. If it weren’t for my son I would’ve left and canceled my order, he was the one who asked for wingstop. And I made it clear to him I will never order him food from there again.

I ordered the new kick lemon garlic wings and it took me a full hour to get the food only to find out it is not the new lemon garlic flavor that I ordered. As the staff is not able to speak English, I have to ask another customer to translate and only to find out the reason I don’t get the flavor I ordered is because they are running out of the sauce! That is how ridiculous it is!

Terrible experience. Ordered for pick up yesterday and went there past 30 minutes so that I can pick up . Went there and the ladies said it will take them 10 minutes to get the order ready. Came back after 10 minutes and order was not ready. I asked them how long more and they kept staring at me. They took an hour to get a pick up order ready. Seriously this store needs to fire these employees there as they are the reason why this business will keep getting worse. They will put the STOP to the WingStop !!!

The single dirtiest place I've been to. Employees are rude and if you think of ordering takeout ...DONT! I've given this place 3 tries. Last night was the 3rd and last time. For the 3rd time my order was wrong. The veggies were wrapped in a wet napkin. The order bag was also wet. I ordered wings and got tenders....the tenders were also wet with what I was hoping is water. I wish I could give this place negative stars! An absolute joke of an establishment!! NEVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE!

Ok, first the guy who was taking the order had a attitude his name is Malik he called my father bro and was just a weirdo he was on a call while taking orders and just not doing his job. They put my order on the pickup and weren’t paying attention so they never called my name to get it so it was just sitting for 15 minutes just for me not to get my food. Then when we told them the worker didn’t let us now and he should pay attention he started back talking and started arguing saying it wasn’t his fault and screaming very unprofessional looks like they just hire anyone at this point😬😬

Never order using the food delivery apps. This store will never give you your complete order. And the apps will never give you a comparable refund. I’m not clear about why it’s so hard to include the drinks. I’ve been burned on a couple of occasions with this. More recently my co-worker had it happen twice. Today to meals missing the drinks and fries for one of the orders. I called the store and of course no one answered.

This location ain’t it. I ordered in-store and I waited an HOUR for 2 wings combos. and get this. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I asked for bbq and got Lemon pepper!! After waiting AN HOUR!! My Cajun fries were soggy, burnt and cold, with no seasoning . Not even salt! I took em home and added salt, pepper and oregano or something, and still was inedible. I can’t make this up. I feel bad for the uber driver who was there before me and was still there when I left. Best believe don’t ever do an Uber pick up here as a driver or customer. Wing-Stop do yourself a favor and hire more people, ones who don’t threaten to quit aloud while making food. or close this abomination.

Went almsot close to closing time but did not expect such a mess. Ordered two Smoked BBQ and this is what I got. Two trays of untossed chicken to get customers out the door as quickly as possible. I will never order from wingstop again. Everyone I know that has eaten at this restaurant has told me that this is NOT their standard; I was just unlucky.

I waited for an order of 8 wings for 30 minutes while the place was empty. They had at least 8 people covering the kitchen area which is crazy that the service was so slow. And 5 people just chilling at the cash register when there is only 3 registers. The staff were unprofessional eating while they were suppose to be working.
