One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Stopped at the 801 S Hwy 35 Byp location in Port Lavaca and was very disappointed. The service was extremely poor, with a lot of attitude from the staff, and despite waiting over 30 minutes, we never even received our food. Definitely not what you expect from a McDonald’s.

The people at the McDonald’s here in Portlavaca are so rude. The guy in the front just rode his eyes never said anything to any customers there was no ice and ice machine. There was no ketchup in my bag when I asked for ketchup on the app everybody there is just so rude if they don’t enjoy their job, why are they working there?

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are lazy and rude. I'm come through here at least 4 times a week and stop hoping it will be better but nope. I drink iced mocha's 85 percent of the time machine is not working they say, or out of mocha, the fries ,chicken nuggets and cheeseburger are cold and half the time the buns are so hard you can't eat them. I travel and go to a lot of McDonald's daily and at one time I managed one so I know the in and outs of it. Owner needs to spend some time there and fix the problem.

My order taker set the tone for the experience, and the window employee cemented this review. The former changed his tone for the worse as soon as I said I was looking on my app for a reward. He also asked if I was done ordering after I added every item of my 8 item meal. He "helpfully" commented that breakfast would be over in 5 minutes, and then neglected to turn his microphone off as he let out the most pitiful sigh I've ever heard. Because my order was misheard, I didn't get all my beverages, and the window employee made it seem a chore to add another water to my order. The restaurant also missed two sausage burritos in my order, and the wait was long in the first place. I never write reviews, this is my first one.

Worst McDonald's I’ve ever been to. My wife placed an online order for the mobile app, I went to pick it up. Waited there 30 minutes as the order had been placed 40 minutes before I arrived, so at that point the order had been placed 1 hour and 10 ago. On top of that a bunch of other customers around me had been waiting 20 to 30+ minutes as well for their orders. Everyone was surprised for how long I’d waited. After asking where the order was, the cashier had no idea where it was. Finally was able to get it (again 1 hour 10+ minutes after the order was placed). I even had to go back in after bringing the food to my car for missing items. I understand places get backed up especially during busy times, but this was the worst customer service I’d ever received (or rather lack of), no one apologized for an order that took over an hour to make for FAST food, no offer for discount— nothing. The food ended up being cold and disgusting, despite the fact that the cashier originally couldn’t find my order in the back apparently it had been sitting there forever getting cold.

Ordered curbside at McDonald's I'm Port Lavaca, TX. My order had a Deluxe Double Quarter Pound with cheese no mustard or slivered onions add mayo. Drove home which is 18 miles and got a plain and dry single Quarter pound with cheese. I have tried calling but the phone has been busy.

Ordered a Double quarter pounder and they left the wax paper in between the patties. How dumb can you be to do that.

Waited 45 minutes for food just to get extremely raw burgers. One of my family members had a couple of bites before he noticed I am worried that he will be I’ll something that his health can not afford.

Arrived at restaurant at 4:10 pm on a Saturday, door locked. Website states lobby is open until 1:00 am, door sign says 8:00 pm. No sign indicating lobby is closed. Very clearly false advertising, or at the very least, poor customer service, and or poor training on how to inform your customers of such a basic piece of information. A corporate failure or a franchisee failure? You decide...

I reach in the bag to pull out the ketchup and I find it kind of sticky so I take it out because it’s wrapped in a napkin and I find that it’s covered in hairs.. Just wow. These people want $15/hr and this is what kind of service they provide. This McDonald’s is terrible.

probably the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times in drive thru. once I get to the window I see 2 employees sweating on boxes texting and laughing. if they were on break fine go seat in the empty dining area instead of distracting the already slow service. I get my order just to see that it was still wrong after repeating myself earlier. after waiting for 5 other cars to get their order I finally get mine. and at the end I get an under cooked burger for my troubles.
