I was so happy to find a new pizza place. I did not know pizza was sold at P apa John's pizza. I don't know why, but I thought they only sold sandwiches. I know you're thinking about how I could even be a guide. Right?

I recently ordered a pizza online for take out at the SE 145th location. My online order indicated it would be ready about 10mins before my ETA. When I arrived and went in I could see a couple of customers who were standing around waiting for their orders and initially didn't see anyone working. Then a lady popped out from behind the oven where she was taking out a finished pizza for another customer. She greeted me with a "Hi! Thank you for coming in, I'll be with you in a moment." I responded with a "No problem, I already ordered online." She asked my name and then said my pizza was still in the oven cooking. I expressed some frustration as i had kids sleeping i. The car and it was supposed to have already been ready so she said she'd be willing to bring it out to me when it was done if I preferred. I learned her name is STEPHANIE VIRGIN and I just want to thank her for helpin me by bringing my pizza out to me when it was done. I didn't ever see any other worker that day and I'm so grateful she went out of her way so I could make sure my kids were safe🤍. Thank you so much Stephanie!

Got a pizza during Superbowl Sunday and there was this brown haired boy super overwhelmed but super nice and friendly. he gave us really well service and had a good attitude despite the rush. The food was hot and really good unlike the Superbowl half time show lol

Placed my order online around 10:45pm. Our order arrived at our door around 11:15. The driver was friendly. He made sure to read off my order to me to make sure it was correct, and it was 100%. And, he was wearing a Papa John's shirt. So, he was an actual driver for the store. It was actually hot!! Not at all like it usually comes from Domino's or PizzaHut. So, that was a nice surprise. LoL Overall from start to finish... No issues or setbacks ordering on the website. Order came in about 30 minutes time. It was all cooked perfect. The driver was friendly. Everything tasted really good. 😋😋

Ordering over the phone was a bit of an ordeal, especially since the person taking me order seemed to have a hard time understanding me and kept going around in circles for clarification. It was a ten-minute process for a couple of items, including holds. I'll probably just order online if I come back. Fortunately, the service was a lot better at the store, though not overly friendly, but best of all, my food was ready on time and I didn't need to wait very long. The food was fresh and tasted good, though the garlic knots were a bit greasier and more overcooked than usual.

I had a bad experience tonight. However, We frequently order from this location, and normally everything is hot and fresh, also accurate. Keep Surpassing expectations, we'll keep ordering! Update:10/01/18 We have Since ordered 3times. All is redeemed😋Hot,fresh Accurate, Quality! Thanks 🍕

I order here often and never have any issues. Today I had a small mix up on my order. I called the store and the manager took my call. They were very polite and pleasant. They promptly fixed my order. Good food and good service

The other day during the weekend, I wanted to have some pizza for lunch so I went to Papa John’s in the neighborhood when I got home open the box and noticed that the pizza only had sauce and cheese and 7 pieces of chicken in the middle. 😂😂 damn things are bad! 🤣🤣

A large is 14" ? That's a medium at best. Outer 2" had no sauce and toppings were mighty thin throughout. Flavor was good however. I'm going to start making mine from scratch at home with the price of pizza these days

The last few times I ordered from here the food was terrible. I’m not expecting any gourmet pizza but I at least expect it to be edible. It just poor quality of food being produced from this company. They are robbing people of their time, patience and money. I will continue to let those at work and in my community know of the poor quality of the food being served at this location.

It seems that the boneless chicken bites, have gotten smaller, or at times, I buy a 10 piece but get 9 pieces, and at times they forget to give me a cup of BBQ sauce...and I have been a long time customer over 15 years, the service has changed too. I give only a one star.

Order extra meat on my pizza through Uber-eat, I did not get what I ordered. I GOT CHEESE PIZZA!!! I call the store miss alliah want to hang up the phone on me 4 times.I want to speak to a manager but she said his name is Jordan.

I placed my order at 10:50pm and got told I would be about 30-40 minutes witch is fine I stayed up and waited but I was up waiting for about a hour and a half and it never showed up and I never got a call for it well around 2am I let my dog out to used the bathroom and I see the food I ordered sitting on my wet deck open pizza slice missing pizza soaked and sides soaked and never even got my soda!!! I am beyond furious and want a full refund and a free order for this....
