We live off Division (above 182nd) & will go out of our way to drive to this Subway. The guy who worked nights solo for pretty much all of COVID dealt with some big, salty crowds & handled them with ease & a smile. The facilities are clean, they don't close early & the food is always on point. Would not only recommend, but would recommend over other Subway locations nearby (& Yes. That is a slam on the Subways on Stark, 181st & 182nd). Keep up the amazing work & give the night shift man a raise/promotion! 🙌

Always smiling people usally in a good mood. Great samiches (depending on whos maken it) my usual is a "Spicy Italian On Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. No cheese toasted with everything on it extra pickels jalapenos and lettuce one line of mayo." And darn near every time its perfectly made <3

My first time at this subway and I came right in a rush and watched whoever was working at 11:50am kill it. She was all by herself and I think there was only One person working drive through as well. They deserve raises ! They also deserve more people Working felt so bad for them

Never disappointed here. The drive through is at least as fast as going into the store and it's always exactly what I ordered how I asked for it. The staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

They were well staffed but it was lunch rush and they were really busy, they still knocked it out of the park with excellent service today 9-1-2023!! Customer service could not have been better, I was greeted the min. I walked in, I was told they would be with me shortly, I could see that they were working on drive up and delivery pick up orders, they started my order within 3 min which was super fast considering it was lunch rush! The lovely lady that made my sandwich was very fun and friendly as they all were, she even informed me of a way to get exactly what I wanted without paying more, by doing a build your own, I appreciated that. She suggested next time I try my rotisserie chicken sand. with the aioli put on before it gets heated, that sound yummy, I will try it next time. The dining room was clean and well stocked with napkins, lids, straws etc. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Starbucks on 122nd and Halsey in Portland, OR 😀

I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by a young lady named Quinn and could instantly feel how kind and sweet her energy was just by her voice. She was so patient, warm, and friendly the entire time, and it honestly made my whole experience amazing. Even though we weren’t face-to-face initially she made me feel welcomed and cared for. She really turned a simple drive-thru stop into something positive. I truly appreciated her beautiful spirit and the way she treated me! And not to mention my sandwich was amazing! Keep being amazing! We need more people like you in the world Quinn.

i just had a great experience here! i ordered on the app and only live like 8min away so when i arrived to the drive thru i was early. the guy was still SO nice and SO personable. When I got to the window he was still wrapping up my order but he smiled at me from inside. it only took him a minute to finish and he seemed genuine and happy during our exchange. also. i am destroying this sammie rn and it V good lol.

I have been a Subway fan for a long time, but a couple of years back I began to be disappointed in the amount of meat they were willingly putting into the sandwiches. Ate at this location and was pleasantly surprised. Maybe the entire chain is stepping up, who knows. I only have this one experience, so can't verify that, but I will return to this one soon. Thanks to all the Subway Sandwich Artists!

Even though they said "Be roght with you" that was not the case: had to wait to order. Then I ordered what I did NOT know what they call a "numbered" sandwich and was told I had to get it as is on the board with no substations or additions... oh boy and they told me that as it was being made! I'm sorry, but I guess I don't go to Subway enough to know their protocol or speak their language Guess they sure told me, huh?!?!?😶

Go here often since it's near my house, usually for lunch and in the store. Manager is super friendly and always get what I order. I have seen customers be super mean to staff. Jeez. Not every worker is the best I've ever seen but most are great.

Came here to get my usual turkey Cali fresh wrap and the girl there was super rude. She looked lover to the other worker and asked if they can do that as a wrap. I told her that I got it there before. She snapped at me and said something along the lines of well things change. She walked away to help another customer. I was about to just walk out but I told myself that everyone has their days, and maybe today was hers. I hope she is doing better today. The other worker helped me. My wrap was delicious by the way.

Went during lunch rush so the wait was a bit long. I went through the drive up window, but my receipt shows dine in which explains why a tip was added to my total, even though it was optional to add 15%, 20% or custom tip. Since when did subway start making tip an addition to your final cost? Do all fast foods do this now? 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️

Subway was never made for drive through sales. Wait times are extremely long. If you see more than 2 cars you might want to turn around. Sandwiches are good and fresh, no quality issues although extra mayo looked a lot like their normal amount so it was a little dry for my tastes but otherwise good.

This is my least favorite Subway in Portland. They are out of things that I ordered on the website. They are not ready when I show up. They are an organizational nightmare. To to it off, they put bacon on my sandwich when I specifically requested no bacon.

Was empty ,employees didnt speak much English, was charged double $23 for 2 sandwiches .didnt dawn on me till I got home ,wasnt given a receipt so I couldnt see what the double charges were . Very generous with there toppings tho

I have been coming here for years and always treated great. But the other night I was assisted by a gentlemen with green gauges who was so rude to me. We had a large order and I apologized and asked if it was okay. One gentlemen said it was fine but the other employee was throwing the ultimate tantrum, staring me down rudely, slamming fridges and throwing things. I have never been so uncomfortable ordering food for my family. This is so unexceptable and I really hope something changes because I'm disgusted with how I was treated.

Just waited in line for 35 min before I ever got to order. On my lunch break. With 3 people in line ahead of me, making uncomplicated orders. Had to work at keeping my blood pressure low. But I was offered a free cookie. (Sarcasm) Not worth chancing this location if you're on a time restraint.

Just about every Subway restaurant is alike and actually very very good, But this Subway restaurant is the exception to the rule. I ordered a meatball sandwich and it looked like the meatballs were days old. The girl who worked there was very stingy with the veggies and after I ate the sandwich, I developed a belly ache. My advice to you is.... Go ahead and keep eating at Subway sandwiches, but not from this particular Subway restaurant!!!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but some workers here have the attention span of a 5year old . Took almost 5 minutes to make a sandwich before me then when it finally became my turn takes double and triple takes on what I wanted and lightly added any toppings carelessly. When it came to check out he asked me what my sandwich was again after he asked me that 4 times during the beginning. Then proceeds to say he can’t accept bills bigger than $20.

Very slow, started in drive thru waited over 12 min then decided to go in. Food prep is messy, Veggies frozen, ppl don't know how to make food and moving so slow. Won't go there again during the day. Night shift is really good.

Unfortunately the workers are very slow here, and not very polite. They seem inconvenienced that they need to serve food when you walk in. Two stars because at least the veggies look fresh. I would avoid going to this one if customer service matters to you

Literally just left after waiting in line 10 minutes for meatball subs during dinner rush for two kids, they did not have meatballs ready. Sucks to have waited but also sucks this is new to the menu and they don't even have it ready.

Wish I could rate 0 stars as I didnt even get to eat...I pulled up at 9:45 after work their store hours say open until 10pm the open sign was on but the door was locked. The workers looked at me from behind the counter but did not come over to the door at all. Went to the one down the road got great service. Will not return to this location.

I decided to get lunch through the drive thru and I was greeted by a very rude worker, she told me that my payment for $28.40 failed to go through but my bank disagrees, I even tipped them 15%, instead of getting my food, the manager was called over and he was rude too, after that, they told me to complete the transaction again, I told them that if both transactions go through I would file a dispute and they rudely told me I wouldn't get served, and they slammed the window shut, Don't ever eat here.

Was greeted by an impatient and condescending pig-faced server that had the unmitigated gall to snap at me over the order in which I asked for my toppings and then proceeds to finish making the sandwich forgetting to ask me about the sauce after the fact. Then she proceeds to talk about how her mother was waiting in the parking lot to pick her up after work and how she’s not motivated to work that hard etc. I feel like it’s that’s how you feel, you probably shouldn’t be working fast food or customer service.

I’ve been at this subway many many times since I live so close and almost everytime I come in something is wrong on my sandwich, employees are embarrassed and berated infront of customers one time it was so bad a employee started crying. I asked her out of pity who it was who made her cry and it was the store manager as a store manager you should never ever disrespect your employees so bad that they start crying, idk how he still has his position.

Good luck getting your order right **also when you order curbside pick up, don't expect them to bring it out. This is the 2nd time it's happened to me. And this time when I went in I said I clicked I was here 10 min ago and nobody brought the food out & she said yep have a good night! Ordered online. Got an email saying order was ready. Was even 5 min late getting here to pick up. When I got here the sandwich wasn't even started. The guy just shook his head and breathed heavy when I said something. And they continued to help everyone else in line before me. 15 min later standing he says I'll throw in some cookies since you had to wait then started laughing and had everyone in the store yell BYE as I walked out

Manager is super rude and unable to de-escalate the situation. I ordered a foot long sandwich ($9) through the drive thru and they did not explain to me that if I want it wrapped, it will change my sandwich in size and in price. They expect the customer to know all of this? I hardly go to subway, how do I suppose to know? when I moved forward to pay, I noticed my sandwich was a 6 inch sandwich. I asked them to remake the sandwich with the bread cause I wasn't told of this changes when I was making my order and I wanted a foot long sandwich and not a 6 inch. The manager came and he was so rude and told me "I was holding back his line" and that "I suppose to know because the prices are there"??? The prices are not there for a foot long wrap because I wraps don’t come on foot longs and customer would have to order two 6 inches for a foot long wrap totaling at $9 each making it $18 dollars for a foot long. They failed to explain to me that “wrap changes the price and does not come in foot long" when I was ordering and thats all! Go back and read the lowest ratings they have horrible Customer Service! I don't care about my order misunderstandings happens! I care about the poor handling of the problem. No apologies from their part, no "how can we correct this" or "Its ok this happens", or whatever but instead, the manager was confronting. I simply canceled my order and went to a different restaurant when I was treated right. Good Customer Service shows respect for people in your community, for your customers.

I would like to give 5 stars for the new employee working tonight with the owner of the franchise by his side. Apparently, the whole crew quit tonight leaving the oblivious owner and new employee to cover the shift. I felt bad for the new guy and at one point my order cost 12.95.. I just gave the owner at the register a 10 plus 10 ones for a tip for the new guy ”with a great attitude.” by the way. The owner clearly could not comprehend a tip and clearly by his demeanor how to treat his employees or customers.. Good luck...

This restaurant has poor customer service. When I ordered at the drive through, they got the order wrong times. In general I do not feel like this was a clean place to buy food and the service left me feeling like I had inconvenienced the workers by being the customer. The girl at the window was extremely rude and I fell she was intentionally ruining my order when she was making them both the first time and when she re made them. I made an app order today (6/24), and arrived exactly at the time (7:05pm) it said my order would be ready. The moment I walked through the door I was told that they were closed. The door was still unlocked and the open sign was still on giving no indication that they were closing early. I informed them I made an app order and started pulling up the order on my phone. Online, on the app, and on their door it was posted they did not close at 9. They stood there for a minute before deciding to make my sandwiches, even going through a bucket of discarded bread to try to make my sandwiches. I had to make alterations to my sandwiches in order to get them made. They then continued to make my sandwiches incorrectly, completely forgetting to put the meat on them. During all of this they turned away 3 additional customers. I asked for the managers name before leaving and the employee hesitated until finally saying Mariah. Because of this pause I have reason to believe that it may be a lie but after reading other reviews it appears to be a common name they give out. I will now purposefully drive to a Subway further away because I never want to give them my business ever again.

Pulled up at 9:30. There were two cars in front of me. As these two cars were slowly but surely served, I waited patiently. It was 9:54 by the time I pulled up to the intercom. After waiting 3 minutes with no greeting I began to call out “anyone there?” It was now 9:58, 2 minutes before closing. That’s when I realized that whoever was closing decided to close early with no expectation as to why... but of course there is no valid explanation when all you really want is to get off early. Why not just serve till closing, that way you will have a valid explanation for “scragglers” who pull up after closing... I would not have taken the time to write this review if someone would have simply communicated instead of rudely leaving a line of customers who’d been patiently waiting hanging like that. Rude and unprofessional... I could go on, but I’m hungry & will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

08/01/2022 - 12:30pm - I ordered a sandwich for pickup through GrubHub. Upon arrival, I was told that my order was not in the system. I showed them the confirmation email I received from GrubHub for this particular location. The "Manager" then advised that I should not have used the "app" and that I would have to go back to Grubhub for a refund. I was left feeling like I had done something wrong and it was apparent that the "Manager" was not interested in making his customer happy. I let him know that I would not be back. His response "your loss".

Well this was my second time at this location.. and I came back to this one because the service rocked and the employee made MY FOOD THE WAY I WANTED IT she was extra nice too like asked me if it was warm enough the kind of service that I expect from a place like this.. I ordered a Sesame Ginger Chicken Signature Wrap, and received a veggie wrap with Bacon. The female crew was super awesome, but the male crew that replaced them was rude, and couldn't get an order right! We'll be heading up the street to a better franchise! Stay away from this crew!

I ordered a sub online and I asked for less. Honey, mustard/mayo And they put a lot on my Sub where the bread was saggy. I asked for olives and jalapenos didn't get that on my Sub. Never going back.

Ok, so we placed a mobile order to pick up, and we expected to pick up the food when we arrived. When we arrived, we informed the guy that we had a mobile order, and gave him the mobile order name. The guy said he had to make some other sandwich before making ours. We unfortunately were waiting for over 30 minutes and did not get our food at our expected time. Now, when we got to eat our food, my sandwich had one slice of cheese on both halves and barely any honey mustard. Felt like the guy was being cheap with our food.

Husband just got back from picking up our dinner. A ham 6 inch-no extras A BLT 6 inch-no extras A bottled Pepsi Guy charged my husband 21.96…husband paid it without second mind. No receipt was given or offered. When my husband asked for one, the guy told him the printer was broken. Once my husband gets home and tells me the cost of these two measly “sandwiches”. Immediately, I know that that price is not correct. I go online and place our exact order in and it only costs $15.77 I’ve called the store 4 times, NO ANSWER. RING RING RING. Definitely will be speaking with the owners because that young man 110% stole from us. Will NEVER return.

Says open till 12am that's not true put in an order tonight at 9:43 online l got here at 9:45 she turned off the light right when she seen me and the sign so I knocked on the door she then told me they close at 10pm which means she closed 15 minutes early and told me she can make it because her till was still active then came and told me she didn't have the stuff for my sandwich really bad customer service. I put in a request for them to change their hours so it's not misleading because they were about to close and pretty much take my money not give me what I paid for and not give a damn either. Do better subway. There is more then one comment on here about this happening this should have been fixed. It's an easy fix at that rant over.

I pulled up to this Subway last night around 9:10pm (when Google says they're open). The drive-thru box played a prerecorded message saying they were closed and to come back later. I drove round front, confused, and lo and behold the open sign was lit up, and the lights were on inside with 2 employees behind the counter. One of them retreated to the back when I parked my car and the other one, with a drive-thru headset on her head, began making some food. I tried to open the door but it was locked. I made eye contact with the employee making food and she avoided eye contact with me and continued what she was doing while I stood outside the door. I try not to be a Karen about things, but this is just actually ridiculous to lock out customers for the last hour you're open.

It shouldn't take 5 minutes to make 3 sandwiches, it definitely shouldn't take 5 minutes to make 1. If one employee cannot manage running inside and drive through, then you need to hire another employee. I waited 15 minutes waiting to be helped before leaving. Save your time, and drive to another location, it'll still end up being faster.

It took 20 minutes to get my food evan tho there was only 1 order ahead of me. The guy there was yelling at me and he made my order rong. He put the most pathetic amount of olives and pickles. Overall it ruined my day.

This place doesn’t get your order correct and then when you try and call and talk to someone they just let the phone ring and no one answers. What a lousy place. Do better.

Absolutely horrible service 😒 I ordered two elite subs with a tip, and the store was closed before 10 pm but online it says they were open until 12 am. I wasn't able to able to get my food nobody was there and the store was closed. It is the next day and I have called the store 6 times in a row and they just keep hanging up on me. This is absolutely horrible service and I still don't know how this is going to be handled. Once handled I will not be returning to this store unless this gets handled appropriately.

Ordered on the app because I’m in a time crunch. I had simple “special instructions” asking for the sandwich to be cut in half and wrapped separately, for a reason obviously. Didn’t get what I requested. Went through the drive thru line, the lady just handed me the bag and ran off. Waited to see if she would come back but she didn’t. I have no time to get back in the drive thru line. Just like the other reviews stated, they need to slow down and read the orders carefully.

DONT BOTHER STOPPING HERR AFTER LIKE 9PM THEY WONT SERVE U! Says online open until midnight but every single time I've stopped by we'll Before midnight there we're people inside working but the drive thru thing will say "sorry we're closed right now Blah blah blah". Very rude lady behind the counter. She a very small person with high pitched voice. The place was very busy and I understood there were people and cars before me - not her fault. She walked up to the counter about 25 minutes later and asked how can I help you. Not realizing she was on the ear peace talking to another car, I started to give her my order. She curtly told be that she was with another customer and I had to wait my turn. I apologized and said I thought she was talking to me. She then said if she was talking to me, she would have been looking at me. I thought that was un-called for because I was trying to apologize but she would not listen. She just kept telling me to wait my turn which wasn,t an issue with me. I finally just left.

Online it says they are open until 12. I came tonight (8/9/25) at 11:40-11:45 and they were closed. They should change their hours online so people don't waste their time and money and gas and driving all the way over here before they close just for them to be not even Open when they're supposed to be

This place will add a tip to your bill without you accepting or agreeing to it. I was told one price and went to tap my card without selecting any tipping option and it charged me more. I asked for my receipt and noticed they added a 10% tip by default. If a person does not select a tip it should not be added as this is theft.

Came here at 8:57 pm and all the lights everything is on but when I pulled into the drive thru it said return at our normal business hours. Online says they aren’t supposed to close till 12 am. I pull up next to the drive thru window and a heavier set white lady looks at me and walks away from it

Showed up about 6:29pm today with my sister and nephew. Nobody in line. The woman was stocking chips. Another woman was in the back. Took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Then, the first woman up front started to make the sandwiches for my sister and her son. She put the meats on both of them and then stuck them in the oven. Then she took away all the cutting boards and went to the back as the other woman came out. She appeared to be drowsy and drugged out of her mind. She washed her hands and then wiped her nose before putting on her gloves. She seemed to possibly be sick as she was sniffing a lot. She then took the sandwiches out of the oven and finished preparing them on the metal counter that wasn't wiped down after the cutting boards were taken away. It took her what seemed like 4 minutes to add the veggies on the 2 sandwiches. Her body was there, but her mind wasn't. Then she started working on my order before letting my sister pay for hers. I ordered a hotshot Italiano which is the picture I'm providing. She put some shredded cheese on it and I'm thinking it was supposed to have provolone. It was a footlong and the flattest sandwich I've ever had. I didn't eat it till I got home, but it seemed like there was barely a sandwich. I even had a bag of chips, and I am still hungry.

After confirming hours of operation Online. I decided a place in order and make A payment using my debit card which went through just fine. I begin driving to the location to pick up my order, That's when I realized that location Was Closed. After exhausting a decent amount of time troubleshooting with Customer support or lack thereof, tried calling Subway To speak with an actual representative led me to a dead end. After finally getting ahold of A subway restaurant at a different location. There I spoke with Nice young gentleman At the subway location on division and 122nd. He informed me that the only option now fromHe informed me that the only option now for me is To wait till the following morning to discuss my issues with subway during normal business hours.

Visited tonight through the drive thru, my sandwich had all but 3 things in it, asked for extra of 2 of them. Got my sandwich with literally 3 of each items and an extra ingredient I didn’t ask for. There was nobody in their lobby and there was 1 car that had left long ago so it wasn’t because they were busy. Not to mention I sat at the box forever (im sure hoping I’d go away) before anyone even greeted me. People are so lazy, do your jobs!

Couldn't say how the food was...went to go inside and the door was locked (@8:30 pm). I did notice that the drive through sign said "open". Went to go through the drive through and an automated voice said they were closed. I went to the front door and tapped on the window. There was a lady in there (looked like she was putting items away). She told me (through the drive through speaker) that the lobby was closed but the drive through was open. Went to the drive through and the same automated voice came on...the worker cut it off at this point. She gave me some story about how it just does that. My guess is that the owner probably questions why the business is so slow at night. I would recommend NOT going here.

I stopped by as I was passing through. Between paying and getting to my vehicle I lost my bank card. The soonest I could get back there was 12:00 p.m. midnight when they closed. Or when it says they close on Google maps. That was the soonest I could get back there. But I called continuously at different times last night. And as well today but they never pick up the phone. It would be nice if they did pick up the phone. How do people get through to them if they've made a large order or want to make an order at all? I don't understand how that's good customer service? Intentionally not believing communication lines open to assist customers and better their business? Especially because they are off the freeway and people traveling may want to stop in. As someone in my case it is very important to know if that is where my card is. I need my card to pay for gas and everything else to keep traveling forward. I had to sleep in my vehicle last night in the freezing cold. I would give a minus score for intentionally ignoring customers. Especially because of situations like this. I would hate to see an elderly person or anyone else with life disabilities / challenges. The card may or may not be there. But you know it would be a definite help and relief to know if it was or was not. I cannot just go get an ATM card or a new bank card. I have to send one that will take 7 to 10 business days. Which will be sent to my residence not something I can have sent to me on the road.

Rude cashier tried to rush me out of the restroom even threatening to call security while I was mid wipe??? I understand I was taking a while but I can’t control how big of a log I lay out. Mind you this was a little bit before 8pm on a Monday, when they close at midnight. It’s not like I didn’t get food either. I made a purchase before using the restroom. Super disrespectful and weird
