Wingstop Portland Reviews
The ambiance was busting at the seems. Food. Music. Tv stations. All twirling together in this space to create what some would relate to the comforts of a mother’s womb. A teenage girls paradise
Very professional and very Nice. This location is clean. The wings are always Good.
Wing stop is always great, but unless u want a wait time I recommend ordering ahead of time.
Daniel & his crew were very nice I rate their work & customer satisfaction 10/10 they were busy but he was back & forth doing a spectacular job I recommend this place I was satisfied with everything even with the wait due to how busy they were hard working people they deserve a raise!!!
Honestly never write reviews, but this was the perfect late night spot to swing by and get some tasty wings at! The staff was also so nice and welcoming :) and not to mention it was spotless inside (which just goes a long way when eating out) I’ll definitely be back again!
Food was excellent. Staff was slingin food as fast as they could. Well trained, and very efficient. Took a bit longer then expected, but I have no complaints. Hats off to you guys, keep up the good work!
It was my first time here. I expected greasy overpriced food. But I got helpful service with a bar like atmosphere. The cook takes pride in his cooking (which you don't see anymore) and told me about how the chicken was cooked. Both of these people were older, energetic, and happy. They gave me space and were helpful. The place was clean except for a few fingerprints on windows. Even though they were expensive. I feel it was worth it. My only complaint is the music was loud (but I am sensitive to niose.
I’m not a big fan of Wingstop, but this place was amazing. Great customer support. I don’t know I want so he suggested stuff that he liked. They let me take photos and videos to do a review on it. The place was very clean. They have TVs you can watch. There’s Wi-Fi there that you can get on. You need a code for the restroom. Look at my photos and follow me. I am going to try and up load the video when I can and more photos.
I'm a die hard wing fan like most people that come here but the fried corn is where the flavor is. The corn is the perfect delivery system for butter and spicy seasoning. It's akin to crack, heroin and tobacco in its addictiveness so watch the f out. *Update* Timing matters at this location. Day shift is composed of master chefs and the evening shift is worse than disgruntled cafeteria workers. I'm not exactly sure of shift change timing but I will not eat here after 3pm.
Wingstop is at 5175 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97211, US. Delicious.
Super friendly staff and food was ready when I arrived at the time it stated. Only harp is that my fries were kind of thrown in the bag and so they were spilled out all over the place when I opened the bag in the car. The other locations Ive been to always puts the fries in the black closed container. Not to sure why it wasnt done at this location but not that big of a deal just hope its not the same next time.
The food was great & I love the sauce & dips. More people should eat hot wings.
Wings and chicken sandwich were great. Fries were really sweet. Not sure if that’s the typical seasoning they put on but tasted like they accidentally put more sugar in than salt. If you heder the traditional wings, be prepared to wait 15 min which isn’t a bad thing since they cook them fresh but don’t order if you’re in a hurry.
I drive by every day and didn’t stop and now I’m kicking myself. There are several “chicken” places down MLK but this one is top notch! My daughters & I stopped on the way home on a Sunday afternoon. Was not too busy - the small space is well used & was super clean. We selected “4” options for the boneless chicken wings - Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Hickory Smoked BBQ & Mild (Buffalo Sauce). All of them were so yummy - especially the lemon pepper...We ordered a “loaded French fries” with ranch & buffalo sauce...super good - just needed a little more sauce on the fries on the bottom...Overall this place rocks and if not this location, I will head towards the ones that are located in my hometown now that I know what to expect
I do NOT recommend using their app, 1. It doesn’t give updates on your order. 2. If they mess up there’s no easy way of fixing your order… you’d think oh I can just call them to figure out the issue, they had their phone off saying the store was closed while during store hours after I placed my online order I ordered at 8:40pm so there was no customer service AT ALL, I spent about $72 and feel frustrated there was no form of support when things went wrong.
Wings are the best but every single wing stop is the same in my opinion always new workers and always slow
The quality seems to be a bit more consistent. Previously fries were frequently soggy. They frequently forget items in your order. Our recent delivery was missing the carrot sticks. Was hung up on when I tried calling. Then got the run around with their automated phone tree, then someone in the location, then routed again to the automated phone tree. After 15 min, I was told they couldn't refund for the carrots but offered for me to pick it up. Gee thanks.
I visited the restaurant on 9/3/25 around 6:00pm and chose to dine in. While eating in the lobby most unfortunately I heard and witnessed a female staff member in the kitchen sneezing up to 3 times without washing her hands. As a former restaurant manager I had to direct the staff member to wash her hands and she initially refused saying " she had not touched anything " I said that does not matter. After sneezing while in any kitchen you must double hand wash after expelling body fluids/sneezing per the food handler card you are required to possess while working in Oregon. I heartily think the Oregon health department should visit this location and review the standard food practices and guidelines that are implemented for food service. Eat at your own risk as a staff member may have sneezed all over your food and will not wash their hands after.
They don’t know what seasoning is. Not a single grain of salt. There is no garlic on the garlic parmesan wings, but too much parmesan it dries your mouth out even more then the actual chicken. The fries are burnt and soggy at the same time. Ads for this place drench everything in ranch, to make the tasteless food somewhat bearable.
