I belong to a tailgating group of parents who order from Planet Wings in Poughkeepsie for after the home football game at Marist College. At each home game we ordered 200 wings and sometimes chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. The food quality was outstanding each time we ordered so I felt that their consistency was spot on. We always needed it delivered at a certain time and the driver was courteous and never late. There were actually a few times where the driver set it right up in our Sterno racks while we were at the game and I would Venmo the owner the cost and the tip for the driver. The convenience was unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. I highly recommend this location

Curly fries better than cut, IMHO. And I miss the MASSIVE menu. But the flavors were outstanding.

Good food, prices are ok but they fluctuate. The sauce choices are great and the curly fries are delicious. Definitely a good wing spot.

Tasty wings for sure but they did only give me 10 when I ordered 15. Loss of 1 star for that...

Wings are cheap but small, you get what you pay for. Solid buffalo sauce for sure.

These wings are from very small chickens or very large pigeons. 😉

Planet wings Poughkeepsie is OK. I think the quality has diminished compared to their original location and now returning with their new restaurant. The wings are small for what you pay (definitely used to be a lot more meat..) and for a restaurant thats namesake is chicken wings, they should definitely be better. Their wing sauces are still good (some better than others - as someone previously mentioned the mango habanero isnt nearly as hot as you would expect) and the cheesesteak I got today was very good. Overall its still a good spot but I would like to see some improvements in the wing department.

Also, they like to charge for extra blue cheese or ranch but don’t include it with your order( celery either, like hey that’s part of the whole wing experience!!) , has happened quite a few times already . I don’t take lightly to being stolen from! I love their wings and pizza, but honestly I am getting annoyed , especially with the price increase over these last few years. Like come on guys!

The new people they have working there are rude most times and lack any work/customer service skills. Just listening to them taking your order is enough to want to hang up. They act like you are bothering them by calling. If I was the owner I would either be there all the time or have a real customer service oriented manager around the cashiers to keep them up to par in providing excellent service. Your wings may be good but nobody wants to spend 30/40 dollars and get a side of attitude and incompetence. Been there 3 timed this week cause my urge for wings was strong and ALL 3 times had my order messed up. Why bother asking the questions if you're going to do and serve what you want? Unacceptable. Bunch of lazy, bad work ethic people working there. To owner: love your product, establishment is nice but pleaseeeeeeee get better people or monitor them....train them ...then call to place an order incognito so you can see how they treat your customers. Anyone not up to standard should get fired. People will pay for good quality food...but will run from bad service eventually. Its your money your going to lose and your workers don't care!!!!

I Can't speak on the atmosphere because there was none, but the service was ok dude was Courteous and patient , food was cool until I was attacked by the bouble guts minutes after having the only meal of the day, First and last time,Never again!

Posted on the door for people when walking in to wear masks but their COOKS DO NOT wear one. Turned around and left.

For starters... Only one staff members wore a mask. Secondly my " original cheese steak" had teriaky sauce. To me a cheese steak is exactly that cheese and steak... They did offer to remake the sandwich... But i didn't have time for that plus i was hungry... They forgot the fries for another order... And i wasn't impressed with the amount of meat on my sandwich... Total for cheese steak and wings came to 39 bucks and change... Next time i think ill try Texas Roadhouse them maybe I wont be hungry after i eat a 40 dollar meal

The wings were so small, it only tickled our bellies and left us dissatisfied. At least if they disclose the size (warning: Malnourished chicken), we wouldn't feel as beat.

I went to planet wings in Poughkeepsie New York on Sunday 12/27 at around 5:30 pm and the cashier was not too nice, anyway I tried ordering the 20 pieces wings and was hoping to get 4 different type of sauce as I always get in a different location like at Newburgh New York the stuff their was always friendly and let me get different flavor of my single 20 pieces order just like at Buffalo Wild Wings you can get up to four different types of sauce for 20 pieces wings, but of course at this location I’m very disappointed I was told by unfriendly cashier that I can’t get multiple sauce of a single order of 20 piece I will have to purchase the 5 piece four times if I want four different types of flavor or sauce which is cost more than ordering 20 pieces, I was so disappointed and will never go back to planet wings ever again, I will stick to Buffalo Wild Wings even it’s quite a drive from me!!!!

We ordered early thinking the location was going to busy with orders, we ordered $ 70.00 worth of food ( mild wings, honey wings, and Mozzarella cheese sticks). When my husband got home with the order and we were going to try the food, it tastes old, super dry I call the store to tell them my disappointment, they offer me more sauce to fix the problem and $10 and my next order which I Decline because I call to fix what they did wrong in the first-order not to give me a bandage for their mistake ( sorry no source would fix this) after I pay my money. I decided to write a review to help others to don’t make the same mistake we made. Now we have to make our homemade wings unless someone tells us about a good place where wings are NOT dry and taste old.

First time doing a delivery from this location. Order arrived in about 45 minutes not bad considering it was a Sunday afternoon. They forgot our order of curly fries. When I called them back and they said they would have it made right away and sent out to us. After an hour I called back to see where they were now this being almost 2 hours after our original order. I was told that I called in after 3 other orders even though it was their mistake on our first order I had to wait for the other three to be delivered first. I asked to speak to a manager was told they weren’t in, I asked for a call back and nothing. Will not order again.

Got home open the box to discover that the wings look like the wings of a baby chicken or a pigeon. The smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. Never again. In addition, where was the butter in the garlic on my wings. Taste like plain wings to me
