We went for dinner. The restaurant was quiet, ordering was smooth, and we didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive.

You put your faith in the customer service and they let you down. No sauce, no warning—just you raw dogging a dry sandwich, and some lonely fries. Lesson learned: always check the bag for the sauce. Stay strong out there!

Perhaps we came way too early for nuggets... they were soggy compared to other times of day/other locations. Everyone seemed tired and not friendly... the play area was out of commission as someone was cleaning it. Eventually my daughter got to play a little but over all, really weird experience and not on brand at all.

One of the newer Chick-fil-a in the the area. It has great food. Always have gotten my order right. Why 4 star? the standard it not quite as good as other Chick-fil-A’s. The garbage in the dinning room is sometimes too full. Customers in the dinning room are never asked if needed anything else or a refill. Others Chick-fil-A’s in the area will do fun events like have the cow out waving, have father daughter dates night or offer promotions. Poway never seems to have any of these event or promotions. This is a great place to eat just lacking the small extras that makes Chick-fil-A so special.

Even thou the food at chicken fil a is always good this place unfortunately doesn't give a good impression. Seems need maintenance or some kind of boost up in decoration, it's dark, and doesn't seem welcoming.

If you get food through drive through, make sure to double check your order. About 1/3 of the time my order is always missing item or wrong order. They either don't give any sauces, are missing 1 item, or the item is swapped. If you go inside to tell them, they tend to give you an attitude as if it were your fault.

I'm a regular Chick-fil-A customer who visted the Poway, CA location several times recently. Food is good as always, but the restaurant is very dirty inside. Food and trash on the tables, chairs, and floors. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms messy with broken paper towel dispenser. Place seems fully staffed, but no one is cleaning anything. If the customer facing areas are this dirty, it makes you wonder what the food prep areas are like.

The food is about what you would expect at every Chick fil A location. However, about 50% of the time, the order is incorrect on drive thru orders, usually because of missing or wrong items. More than a few times, we would get home, open the bags and find that we were not given the right condiments or drinks. One time, we asked for honey roasted sauce and was given packets of honey. Most other times, we dont get any sauces at all. I wish there was another chick fil a nearby. Always check your order before you leave.

The chicken was good but I want to know why they think this is a full order of fries. This is the second time I have visited this location in the last few months and both times my fries were only half full. What’s the point of paying for a large fry if you’re going to fill it half full? Didn’t notice until I drove away but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anytime soon since I prefer to actually get the food I’ve paid for.

I don't usually write reviews but man after a long wait in the drive through I then didn't get any sauce or condiments at all. Not even a straw. Wow not to mention feeling like I was a bother to them at the window when I finally got to it. Maybe they were having a bad day? Must of been contagious. That was the rest of my day. All bad 😞

I’ve been to a lot of chic fil A’s and this is by far one of the worst. The food was look warm. Soggy waffles fries, not to mention the fries were half filled. I don’t even want to give them a star.
