It's In N Out! A regional legend and maker of one of the better fried hamburgers around. The menu is simple but check out Google for off menu items like animal style or a protein hamburgers. The ingredients are ALL legit fries are cut on premise and shakes are creamy and thick with real ice cream. Staff are all very bright and helpful, I believe far more than other fast food workers. Enjoy your burger!

It's In-N-Out Burger. It's a great 2 oz patty burger, toasted bun, all the fixins. Fries aren't the best, but they most be doin something right!

Shoutout to employee Gabe who took my order, was exceptionally and professionally friendly, & who deserves a raise to management. My order was also deliciously perfect... double double with extra veggies, animal style fries, & a vanilla shake. LOVE! Will surely come again. Would have taken a picture, except I had to inhale my food as soon as it was brought out. Then, Gabe delivered my shake to my table for me because I just had to go sit down and dig in. Great pricing, too!

IN-N-Out is really good, certainly way better than most for fast food (with the exception of Culver's), but if you go in expecting to be blown away... due to being hyped for so long, you'll probably be disappointed! At the end of the day, it is just a very good burger, nothing more.

Was really cold inside, air conditioning was on super high or something. The air blows down at tables so kinda make the food cold faster. I like my food warm. This is a very nice In-N-Out. It was clean and the staff are friendly and nice. One of them even came by to check and see how everything tasted and that we were pleased with our order. Food came out quickly and was done just right. The only thing I would say they could improve is having a no touch open for the restroom door. One of those foot grips so you could pull the door with the toe of your shoe, since the door doesn't swing out. Still five star, just sayin'. We can always use a paper towel for the door handle, so no biggie. Good job!

The restaurant was packed with people enjoying the clean, bright environment for an after event meal. There was so much positive energy. The staff of people working the kitchen and helping their customers encouraged the upbeat atmosphere.

One of the best in n outs to ever exist. This by far has to be my favorite in n out. It is in the best spot for the local residents in Scripps ranch/ Poway. It is never too busy to where you cannot find a place to sit. There is an overabundance of parking here. The food is always made fantastic. There's not much that I don't enjoy about this in n out.

Was slammed due to the subaru meet In The parking lot next door... still handled the rush with speed accuracy and quality.

Easy parking, line can be really long, sometimes need to wait more than 20-25 minutes when the lines are long. Tables were clean. Bathrooms were clean, and drinking areas were well supplied. Tea tasted a little watery, but otherwise, same as any other In N Out burgers.

It appears that This kid's thrive under pressure. Last time I was here service was needless to say not very good, even though it was hardly anyone there, tonight it was packed with people mostly kid's, some with their parents, most of them alone, however the stuff tonight was on point. First time in San Diego, and I was told by everyone to stop at In N Out and get a double double with cheese animal style. OMG, it is right at the top of my list as one of the best burgers I've ever had. The staff were all smiling and working and, as a former restaurant manager that was very pleasant to see. You would never know it was a fast food joint if the food wasn't, well, fast. The burger was juicy and tasty, and having it animal style was more than a treat. Everyone there is super nice and friendly and helps to make the experience even more special. I liked it so much, I brought my son down for a job interview the day after he graduated because that's the atmosphere I want my son to be able to thrive in. Can't wait to go back to San Diego and In N Out Burger.

We came here for a quick little snack after our 2 yo daughter’s soccer class. They could hear her through the drive through asking for a donut in which I said “they don’t have donuts here” and we moved on. Zoe was so sweet at the window and gave us some stickers for her, AND THEN came out with a..DONUT saying “I heard someone wanted a donut” (she asked us if it was okay first) literally so sweet and unexpected, made our day. Came for the food, will return for the service.

Always the same quality. In the corner of a large lot so parking is not a problem. Weekends can be busy but during the week is the best with lots of open booths!

Always a great stop to eat on my way out to the desert. Fast paced environment, lot's of entertainment/games played nearby so at times teams or groups all come in together but never seem to be a problem with finding a spot to sit.

Being a long time hotrod this is one of the last places around you can find a decent T shirt with cool custom cars on it. My daughter loves the soft and cozy sweat shirts. They make a great burgers and fries made from scratch. I'm impressed by there young and Profesional staff usually earning money while the are going to college.

Kind of hard to say anything bad about In-N-Out. The service at this location has always been great, and the food never disappoints. I typically dine in at this location because I stop by on my lunch break around 10:30 and it's usually not busy or crowded. Once it hits 11 though, it starts to pick up really fast.

Tried Koya Izakaya after seeing them pop up on Instagram, and wow—they live up to the hype. The sashimi was like butter, the karaage chicken was golden and crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, and don’t even get me started on their miso eggplant. The place has this understated coolness—minimalist decor, jazz playing quietly, and servers who know every dish by heart. Pro tip: try the yuzu sake and sit at the bar if you want to watch the chefs in action. It’s mesmerizing.

So I haven't sat inside In and Out but on a well deserved day off I decided to treat myself. I have to I was not disappointed. Their customer service from ordering is top notch. But they had an amazing greeter, Demian, working the floor, cleaning tables and asking if there was anything he could get me! He was kind, friendly and priceless! I told him to keep up the great work and he probably had the hardest job in there since some people are not so responsive...keep smiling! The lost art of excellent hospitality has been to many companies demise. More companies should take on the IN and OUT business model! That's why they are so so SUCCESSFUL!

Less crowded than other In-N-Out restaurants. Sometimes you just want to eat in and this is the place for it.

Always a great experience. Staff is always so nice, especially at night. They are flipping patties and frying fries until 1am. The best burger money can buy. In N Out is a state treasure. I recommend getting a burger of your choice, animal style. Simply tell the cashier you want it done “animal style”, which is with their famous sauce, and you will fall in love with it. The customer service has brilliant every time I’ve been there. Location is perfect, as it is in a populated area. Overall 10/10.

The food is good with a reasonable price. The workers are always pleasant. I also like that they're not asking for tips. I find it odd that so many people ask for tips in fast food when they already make more money than other entry level positions. The location is clean. It's very busy. Expect long lines most of the time. The menu is simple. There's off menu items that you can get from the not so secret menu from their website.

It's tough to rate fast food. I rate In-N-Out high, but not high like a fancy restaurant. It's a burger joint done very well. The prices are low, making it an exceptionally great value as the food is great. Though I dined in, I sat on the patio and noticed employees working the drive thru, resulting in improved efficiency allowing cars to quickly flow through. If you are a fan of fast food, you definitely need to try this place!

Stopped here before heading back home - which is a two hour drive. We must have got here at the perfect time because there was no line in the drive-thru. The guy who was taking the orders was very efficient - took our orders perfectly - and even though we had different special requests, he noted our orders and was very patient, then he read our order back to us to make sure he had everything right We know we can count on In-N-Out to get our orders correct. And we appreciate that our burgers and fries are made to order - because everything is always so hot and fresh. Our burgers were delicious and the fries were perfect! Nice and hot and fresh - the way fries should be! They have lots of parking, so we decided to park to eat our food in the car - plus we had our pup pups with us, so it was just easier to eat in the car. Keep up the great work In-N-Out!!

They do have good shakes and the food is good but the fries usually get cold fast and tend to not be as tasty but are good when hot and just made. Burgers are good, staff very friendly and asked for a sample of another flavor shake to try and I did get a sample was very nice of staff to do that. I would definately go back just for the friendliest staff.

There's something about an In-N-Out Burger that is incredibly tasty and addictive. The burgers are amazing! Although the patties aren't very large, they are packed with flavor, and the service is outstanding. I also appreciate that the tables are always clean, and the staff is eager to help and accommodate your needs.

I was here on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, both inside and out side drive up line. Still the lines moved along. Service was good, however because of the noise or business of the place my order wasn't quite right. Nothing so bad to be upsetting, So, my suggestion is to check your order at time of purchase. The food is good, not gourmet, but good, and plenty in size and quantity. I also like my fries double fried elswise the seem soggy for me.

Ordered inside …1 dbl dbl combo with cheese on the side(cold) Ordered dbl dbl with cheese and a fry( no drink) not a combo… Got home to Ramona and noticed one slice of cheese on the side in a bag semi melted on top of the dbl dbl with cheese burger. Aside from the thousand island sauce, the burgers are pretty much identical to fast food burgers from other chains, just usually cooked more rare. For a while they had a price advantage, but more recently it's just as expensive as anywhere else now.

Most people like the same ol' hamburger/cheeseburger flavor. It's been around forever! But my most important thing is having an establishment where there are options. Sometimes I don't want a burger like my family, I would prefer a chicken sandwich. Maybe In-N-Out burger will one day incorporate chicken sandwiches on their menu. Especially for those that would prefer chicken over meat. They also don't have mayo, which is kind of a bummer, as well. If I do have meat, I like to have at least mayo with it.

Long time client. Yesterday 9-23 after 6pm, drive through, stale/hard fries, and awful tasting burger. Straight to the garbage. :( I don't know what happened, but the drive back to complain was too far after such a long day. If anyone else complained as well, I just wanted you to know your team in the kitchen yesterday's evening shift was making some serious mistakes.

Used to love in-n-out but over time I've watch them raise prices and keep shrinking their food. On this last trip they seemed to messed up the order forgetting to put a double double in bag(so one person was A$$ed out). Then when I opened my drink found crusty red stuff all inside cup. This location is the reason I will never eat at in n out ever again. A few weeks ago my wife got sick eating here. A few days ago I went, and good lord it put me in the hospital. I've been so sick in my stomach for 4 days now and it won't go away, how can he management let bacteria get on food like this absolute poor ownership and a joke of a restaurant. It's now gotten us sick 2 times in a few weeks, they management and night crew need to be fired, if I could I would sue this joke of location, please people think twice about eating here especially at night. Been to In N Out hundreds of times. This was by far the worst experience at any In N Out and it wasn't even busy. I rarely leave feedback like this, but it was so bad that I had too. Encountered a relatively long line in drive through, which isn't non standard, the issue was that after 10 minutes of waiting, the line didn't move. Decided to go inside to order. There were less than 10 people inside so we were optimistic. Ordered quickly and then sat and waited. I watched the poor management of this restaurant while sitting there and instantly knew it would be a long wait. Waited almost 30 minutes for a relatively small order. When I finally and patiently inquired about status, I was met with rudeness and defensiveness, which is rare for In N Out. I asked to speak with the manager as clearly poor management contributed to the issues experienced and she was also very dismissive and unapologetic. All in all, waited almost 50 minutes, had poor service and attitude, and all this at a non busy restaurant. The manager here is not good!

Listen, there are a lot of problems in the world and an In n Out order is the least of anyone’s troubles. I rarely give such a low rating, seriously. Check my reviews. But maybe especially bc after a stressful work week and doomscrolling ad naseuam all I want is a yummy burger and fries well done, it is extremely disappointing when my order dreams are crushed. This location *regularly* does not provide fries well done. I come here maybe 4-5 times a month (judge me later, I’m venting irrationally right now) and order fries well and maaaaybe if I’m lucky, the fries will be correct one time out of the month. This location is extremely disappointing just for that. I’ve even ordered them extra well done and nope, still just regular fries. The end.
