The food is okay and the servers are pretty cool so I won't fault them if it's the policy/standard they are held to. That issue is that most of the time when I order via the app, they don't start the order until you get there and announce your arrival. Other taco bells I frequented have the food almost ready or ready when I arrive. I usually order 10-20 minutes ahead of time via the app.

Taco Bell tacos are like snow flakes, no two are alike. I ordered two breakfast tacos,a bacon one, and a sausage one. One had hardly anything inside but was grilled fairly well, the other had almost twice as much inside, but still was maybe half filled and hardly grilled at all. Long waits after you order...

Nice and clean location. Extra slow and forgot my sauce. Food is the same as every other taco bell.

Sticky tables. They took out the order taker, then put in 2 touch screens. 'Do it yourself' ordering, and no receipt is printed for your order transaction. No record for purchase? No thank you.

The bathrooms are locked up with a combo lock. They want you to use a kiosk all the time even if you're blind like me. Well if you're constipated, then it is good for a colon cleanse because you get the runs afterwards

I bought a mexican pizza last night and it had refried beans inside and unmelted cheese on top with 4 tomato pieces. No sauce, no meat, and not hot or even warm. Why is Poway Taco Bell SO much worse than any other one in the state?

The front counter was sticky. The drink station needed to be cleaned and the employee who gave me my cup put his finger inside of it. I had to ask for another one.

Went to the restaurant about 4pm. It was quite because not dinner time rush yet. This is definitely not fast food, not fast at all. There was no one at the counter to take order. No big deal. We just ordered from one of the kiosks machine. It took more than 20 minutes for the food to come out. Won’t return again due to slow service.

Just went through the drive-through looking forward to a burrito supreme. Got home put two sauces on it. Horrible, soggy burrito, falling apart and tastes like crud. Won’t be going there ever again this is not the first time or the second time, but the third time. I’ve had various burritos and tacos in the past and it all keeps getting worse.Definitely will not go back their food is gross. Please do better.

Hire people instead of all this technology crap‼️ Bathrooms are dirty, dining area needs cleaned Never again!! Took forever for the order inside. I’m older and this technology crap will keep me away and going to a REAL TACO SHOP‼️‼️‼️‼️
