The food is authentic and amazing!! Out of the 10 dishes we enjoyed.... Every single one was prepared to perfection!!! Do not let the size of the place fool you!!!... the food and the service was so great... I have made a promise to myself to never pass by without stopping in to enjoy the absolutely great food!!!! ONE OF THE BEST THAI TASTE EXPERIENCES IN SAN DIEGO!!!!

I love Iron Pan Thai and have been going here for over 2 years now. Their lunch specials are perfect for a quick lunch and their dinners are enough for 2 people to share. We order a lot of take-out because they are so quick and have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options when friends/family visit. They also offer catering which I did for a party of 60 people. They gave so much food and we got a lot of compliments about the food being delicious and fresh. I would totally cater with them again!

The BEST Thai food on Poway. The service is fantastic, the prices are amazing and the food is even better than the prices. Their Pad Thai is some of the best I have had in my life. Even my Thai coworkers come here and call it the best food outside of their wife's cooking.

Nice little restaurant in the Sprouts shopping plaza. It was empty for lunch on a Friday when we were there. We sat outside on their patio. Service was very friendly and nice. It was a little cold so they turned on the patio heater for us. We ordered their lunch specials. I think the portions were good considering that their prices were still affordable.

We enjoyed the Green Curry with white rice and shrimp, Pumpkin Curry with Shrimp, & fried pot stickers. You can choose your level of spice from 1-10. I order 4 for the green curry which was perfect for me. It was a good flavor and reminded me of the flavors of Thailand Curry. The pumpkin curry my husband ordered 8, it was hot but he liked it. He added extra veggies to his. The pot stickers were fine, next time we order them we’ll get streamed. The service was good and we got our food in a short time. They have indoor and out seating. It’s a smaller place so you may want to call ahead and see if they have seating Available.

This Thai place is a small cozy restaurant just opposite of Sprout's. Taste is good, not heavy on the wallet. Menu is not that expansive, but you'll find all the standard Thai entries. Portion size is not that big, but should be okay for that price. Since this place is small, it will not be comfortable for groups of 6 or more. This will be perfect for a quick to go pick-up, on a normal weekday. Spicy fried rice is must try, it will not disappoint you.

Plenty of parking available in the lot. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Delicious fresh tasting food with generous portions at reasonable prices. Always a great experience!

I've tried basically all the Thai food places in Poway and this place ranks in the upper echelon for its service, food quality, and taste. Not my favorite place to get Thai food from but does the job and tasty nonetheless. I ordered the pad see ew and though nothing special or out of this world it met the criteria for "good". One thing that separates this place from others is that their shrimps come without the tails which is a positive. The Tom Kha was actually quite delicious and I would certainly try again. Their service is what put them ahead of other spots. Quick readiness along with an easy ordering system and spice level selection.

This is far from a decent Thai food. Zero for the presentation and ingredients. Food did not taste good, the chicken that was added to make the Pad thai tasted old the noodle over cooked. Horrible!

I really wanted to like this place, but ultimately it has a unique style to preparing Thai that does not taste good. I get it, everyone has their own experiences but Thai in my experience should not be so sweet and lack spices. Iron Pan's curry is very sweet and I have to question if they actual use authentic Thai curry or some processed version. Seriously, it was like eating a desert, WAY too much sweetness even when I asked for a medium spice. Oh well, too each their own but this place is far from authentic Thai. Thankfully a few other Thai restaurants nearby to try.

This is far from a decent Thai food. Zero for the presentation and ingredients. Food did not taste good, the chicken that was added to make the Pad thai tasted old the noodle over cooked. Horrible!
