Fresh wings with fries - love their service and atmosphere. The take out is easy and the seating area is clean. Ample parking outside and clean restroom. There are many delicious flavors available for with bone and boneless wings. The beverage is self serve and the online ordering is also easy.

Excellent and fresh. The vegetables were very cold, wings and French fries hot. Good soda too. Employees are nice but English is not their first language so give them a minute and they will figure out what you are asking for. Clean too!

Stopped in while traveling the area!! Great food, customer service was in point as well. My wait was a little long but nothing to complain about about considering there were only 2 people working the kitchen during dinner hour. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

For my son's bday they brought him out a cake on plate with his candles and sang happy birthday not planned and to top it off they all pitched in and gave him some money. Best group of people very nice. My son was very greatly appreciated made his night. Thank u guys that was very very thoughtful bday never forgotten

Pretty good wingstop. They definitely listened to our request of “well done” wings & it didn’t take very long to receive my food. I ordered two 6 piece combos (honey hot & garlic Parmesan) with corn & fries. Everything was fresh and customer service was very good.?

We came late in the evening for dinner with our kids and the place was packed! The service was wonderful and they worked very hard to get all the orders out quickly. Our wings and fries were hot and fresh. We spoke to the young lady who took our order, Natalia- turned out she was the manager. She was so polite and such a hard worker!

I saw a lot of 1-star reviews for this Wingstop, but decided to order anyway because my dad was visiting and wanted Wingstop — this one is closest to our home. I came to pick up our order and had to wait a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but guys, they were SLAMMED. The guy who I assume was the manager was pretty hard on the staff, but when their rush was over, he had a lot of positive things to say to them, encouraging words and praise. Being a part of the restaurant and hospitality world for many years, it was really nice to see that type of interaction. My to-go order was huge and got everything that we ordered along with the extra sauces we requested. This goes a long way considering it sucks when establishments forget the sauce. Oh and the veggies are always so crisp and cold. I think that’s a restaurant standard and they’re doing that very well. I gave atmosphere 4 because it’s a very small space and people were crammed waiting for food. Some people stood there waiting to order because they didn’t know where the line started. Not sure it’s fair I give it a 4 because it’s technically not their fault, but maybe they consider a bigger space?

25 boneless wings 15.99 Everything was great. The mild sauce was a bit salty and I thought the ranch was a bit salty as well, but it may just be me. The garlic Parmesan is delicious and we also had the hickory bbq. Very tasty. Would recommend for the price. It’s a great deal. Plus you can get 10 veggies (carrots and celery) for .99

Its a big box. And as good as it can get. It would be helpful if they had bags with handles to carry food. Also fountain pop machine area needs more attention. I've seen worse but when its right by the entrance, its probably a good idea to make sure the spills and spalshes and sticky floor is cleaned more often or change how it sits in that space, I dunno hire a fengshui dude 😀.

I've been your customer since you guys opened this location, they changed managments more then the flavor they offer , it seems everytime they have worst managment, A HAIR NET must be mandatory especially when you're tossing the wings with the sauce that's disgusting, a visit from health department is a must, I can't eat anymore from this place. * IM NOT WRITING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I'M WRITING TO GET THE CUSTOMERS AND CORPORATE ATTENTION

So here’s my story… Placed my order online at 7:10pm. Was craving some wings just like everybody else in prosper ready to watch Cowboys and Bucs. After placing my order and paying online the estimated ready time is about 67 minutes later. Okay, cool! I arrive 20 minutes later and thought I could just hang out and maybe it would be done earlier than what it said. Boy was I wrong! Got to the store at 7:30 and immediately I notice there are way too many people inside this small little box of a Wingstop. Ran back outside to grab my mask. Went back inside to wait my turn and after 30 minutes of standing in line I finally get to share my name to see if my order was ready or close to being ready and the guy behind the counter says about another 20-25 minutes. Okay, so I’ll wait. ( Had I not already paid, I would have canceled ) 45 minutes later I decided to check in again and the guy comes back to tell me my order shows to have been completed and it never got made and all he could do is refund me my $40 purchase. He was apologetic and I’m sure overwhelmed by all the business tonight’s game was creating. But at this point I wasted an hour of my evening and I’m trying my best to remain calm. . This Wingstop was good on the visit before but this night things didn’t seem to be going good at all. I witnessed another lady who seemed to have had the same issue. They told her that her order was never made and she left. 10 minutes later they were yelling her name and didn’t even realize it was her order. End result, the guy behind the counter said I will see my money refunded and he apologized. It was just a waste of my time and luckily Marcos Pizza came to the rescue to bring us food 30 minutes later at 9:15pm. I’ll now watch to see if my money gets refunded or if the circus show continues. We will see tomorrow.

Very Disappointed!! First, I was ordered all flat and mistake; came out are mix and one of the order don't even have flat wings; second, one of the wings only Fried without bother to put any sauce on it..the worst wings ever that I ever know. Need more training to take the correct order!!

I just walked in to order the kid that works at the front is on the phone standing over the fryer. The cooks are giggling. I think in shock that he was not paying attention to someone standing at the front. Another lady was sitting waiting on her order that had been sitting on the shelf. They proceeded to continue to talk on facetime until they got to the register and took my order. Picked up the phone and continued to talk and walk to the back. Forgot to relay my order to the cooks. Like what are we doing Prosper?! Seek help!

Don’t go to this place the “GM” and employee will not take care of you the employee was watching a video Could not hear me and I couldn’t hear them ask for manager she came over and the kid with bug eyed glasses keep talking I ask the manager if he could go to the back so I could order she said no the was his work station!!! Still had his podcast or video going but she didn’t care. These two people need to work in the back where there are no people to interact with!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, I felt it was important to speak up about my recent experience. I went to pick up my order, gave my name, and the employee Luke repeatedly mispronounced it in a way that felt mocking and intentionally disrespectful. Even after I corrected him, he continued to say it wrong with a tone that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I live in a predominantly white area, and sadly, I’m no stranger to subtle forms of disrespect but this interaction felt more like a deliberate microaggression. Being pregnant, I’m already in a vulnerable place, and I walked away from this encounter feeling hurt and disrespected. I hope Wingstop takes situations like this seriously and works on better training for their staff around cultural sensitivity and basic customer respect.

I came to pick up an online order at 11 AM. No one was working. Three people were just walking around, having an animated conversation in Spanish about their personal lives! I waited 30 minutes for my order — just six chicken wings

How do y'all mess this up? I ordered Mango habanero classic wings instead I get some other boneless spicy crap. I understand you don't need a high school education to work fast food but damn have integrity to check the receipt! As a customer I don't need to check when I have put confidence in knowing you're supposed to know what you're doing! I GUESS I HAVE TO ALSO BE YOUR YOUR BOSS AND DOUBLE CHECK BEHIND YOU GUYS!
