Sat at the bar Joe was our bartender. He was so attentive to questions, knowledgeable and interactive with us. Had 4 rice balls appetizer, entree was Honey Salmon, Short Rib that was so tender, soooo good, Sangria was great, they have a quite a dessert list, I got my favorite coffee ice cream, you never see that on a menu. Prices were very reasonable even the play list was nice. Such a great experience. Will definitely be going back.

Super good experience at Red Stripe. Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Food was outstanding, portions were generous, drinks were top notch and dessert was fabulous. The entire staff was friendly and helpful...like a well oiled machine. Our server was the loveliest young gal, could not have been any sweeter. A perfect holiday dinner. We will be back. Well done!

The short rib grilled cheese and tomato soup was delicious!! Fish and chips was huge. Also got the crab crusted cod.

I'm surprised to see this place has only 4.4 stars because the experience I had was nothing less than 5. It was my birthday and I wanted searched through Providence looking for scallops. I found Red Stripe and decided to reserve here and I'm glad I did. The restaurant itself is beautiful and in a lovely area of Providence. There's a small lot in the back and plenty of street parking. The staff immediately noted my birthday and did a great job making me feel special. I wish I had grabbed my waitress' name because she was excellent. We started with the crispy artichokes which were delicious. I had the fisherman's platter and there was an ample amount of food. The shrimp were colossal and easily my favorite of the three seafood options. My significant other had the schnitzel and has been talking about how good it was ever since. We then ended the night with a skillet cookie- complete with a candle! While I may not love the number I turned, Red Stripe helped me celebrate it in style. I highly recommend them!

The food was excellent, and our server, Zach, was very attentive and frequently checked up on my group despite it being a busy Saturday night. He was very funny, and his great energy made my friend’s birthday a memorable night. We will definitely be coming again!!

I had brunch at this restaurant. I ordered the Croque Madame w/ Frites and the Chocolate Cake for dessert. The food was delicious. The cake was very rich, so I couldn’t finish it. I loved the set up and design of the place. It has a certain vintage aesthetic to it. The staff was very kind. My server Haleigh was awesome. Would definitely recommend ❤️ Parking was a bit difficult to find, however, I eventually found street parking and there’s two lots near the restaurant.

I usually go in person, but this time ordered from ubereats and it was as good as the food serves inside resto.

We visited Red Stripe during Restaurant Week and had a fantastic experience! We started with the buffalo cauliflower, which was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I had the beef stroganoff made with short ribs, and it was outstanding. The short ribs were incredibly tender, easily the best I’ve had to date. We finished with a tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet ending—light, creamy, and full of flavor. Beyond the food, the service was excellent, making for an all-around great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great meal at a fantastic spot. From the host to the waiter and other staff, everyone was awesome! The waiter was on point (Nicholas, if I recall)! Had the steak frites, beef stroganoff, crab cakes, and deviled eggs. All of the food was fantastic! Can't wait for our next visit in the area so we can stop in again.

Came here for PVDs 2025 restaurant week. Split the Tuscan shrimp as the appetizer. It was crisp yet saucy and cooked to perfection. For entrées, I got the Tuscan salmon. The tomato cream sauce was delicious, the green beans were flavorful, the risotto tasted great, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The other person in my party got the steak frites and absolutely loved it. For dessert we split the cheesecake, which was a 10/10. Our server was very tentative and make sure we had refills. Portions are a good size. And atmosphere is welcoming yet with privacy at the same time. I highly recommend. for a date night or to catch up with a friend. Great food great service. I will 100% be back. Thank you so much.

Saved as one of my favorites. I have tried almost everything on the menu and everything is wonderful. They really cater to dairy allergies here! My favorite appetizers are fish tacos and the calamari, drink would be the Mimosa for brunch mango sangria and the main entree has a three way tie, the mouclade, paella and steak frites of course! Fries with the aioli are also a must! I would never go to red stripe with out ordering something with the fries and aioli! Best aioli I’ve ever had!

I went here last 10 years ago and I’m sad I had not had the chance to check this place out until recently! First of all the menu is huge! Great options and it was hard for me to decide what to eat, there was great energy in the front room of the restaurant and the staff was nice. I got a pasta dish which was delicious! It’s definitely a local staple!

We started with the Poulette Mussels Frites and Crispy Artichoke, which were both very good. For a main I had the traditional grilled cheese with tomato soup. The soup was excellent, but I wasn't crazy about the very thick bread on the grilled cheese. The red sangria wasn't the best I've ever had, but still good.

We stopped by Red Stripe for the Rhode Island Food Fights Big Burger Blowout and discovered an area of providence we didn't even know existed! I got the truffle burger on a whim, and although I am not usually a fan of truffle, this had enough other mushroom that it played harmoniously with. Also, Red Stripe has THE BEST truffle fries around. Service was relatively quick, especially since it was graduation weekend. We will absolutely be coming back!

Excellent restaurant! Went on Valentine's day and was not disappointed. All of the food was flavorsome and mouth watering from the appetizers, entree, and ending with dessert. The chef did a great job accommodating my many food allergies.

Enjoyable brasserie in Wayland Square that manages to tow the line between upscale and casual dining. I came to dine in after getting a coupon when I ordered a burger for delivery, and left very satisfied. I had the steak frites along with a glass of wine, the steak was cooked to perfection and the rest of the plate went along with it well. There’s plenty of seating at the bar and at tables in the dining room, with an open kitchen on the opposite end. Service was excellent as well, and while it was a bit on the pricey side, the experience was definitely worth what I paid. Red Stripe is somewhere I’d definitely look forward to returning to!

Menu photos are attached. The wait staff was terrific, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our table ordered the Chicken Parmesan, Beef Stroganoff, and the Shrimp & Clam Linguine - all of which were delicious. I would definitely return.

Red Stripe is just about as good as you can get in a restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is always top notch. Recently we were there before a play at PPAC and our server was attentive to making sure we were served, had enough and had enough time to get to or show.

I’m forever indebted to Red Stripe. When I was broke and in love, I wanted to propose to my wife and have dinner. Red Stripe made a special accommodation to have both of our families and friends sit all together in a special room. Now every anniversary we make it a point to celebrate there! The food and atmosphere is amazing and brunch is always great! Thank you for fulfilling a special moment in our lives and providing exceptional food and service!

Ive been coming here for almost 8 years and I always only order the mussels. Before that they had a great menu item called the fisherman’s stew - excellent hodgepodge of fresh ingredients. For lunches I used to order the reuben which they toast in fat which was absolutely decadent. For mussels I get the billi for the saffron. I always take-out the sauce as its a terrific rendering of so many flavors and cant bear wasting it.

J

A great place; it really captures the brasserie vibe. And the Steak Frites was fabulous.

Visited here on a whim and was not disappointed. Very neat brasserie in providence. The French onion soup was good. The steak frites was fantastic. Tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. It was amazing to watch the open kitchen and see such a small team of chefs pumping out food for a crazy dining room. Ended the night with the large slice of chocolate cake which was tasty. Our server was wonderful with helping us make our selections!

Our Thanksgiving take out was amazing! We ordered ahead, drove down from NH, picked up meals in Providence, RI, and brought it to my Mom's! Their Thanksgiving meal was fabulous, from soup to dessert! Everything was fresh and delicious! This was our second year and we plan to do it again next year!

Stopped into red stripe after spending the day visiting my father at the hospital. Joe the bartender noticed the visitors sticker I forgot on my shirt and was quick to pour me a strong and absolutely delicious espresso martini while I waited for my takeout. You know when you're just having a day and don't know how to feel or what to think or how to act? Well, sweet joe talked to me the perfect amount without making me feel weird about being sad and solo at the bar and also without being overbearing and asking too much 😂 5 stars for joe. The food is just fine lol.

We came for restaurant week, and the food was delicious! We started off with the sliced giant meatball, and it was one of the best meatball appetizers we ever had. For entrees, my partner had the Steak Frites, and he said it was super tender and the matinade was spot on. I had the Tuscan Salmon, and it was a very tasty, light dish with a savory tomato cream sauce! We ended our meal with the tiramisu and the chocolate cake. We must have caught the chocolate cake on a bad day, as parts of the cake were dry. However, the tiramisu was divine! We would return again and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a night out on the East Side :)

Had steak frites and the open faced hangar steak sandwich meal. Salad was exactly what I asked for (I asked to leave out onions and dressing before a client meeting) Both were outstanding. Can’t wait to come back! Service was friendly and welcoming- especially for a solo diner. Thanks for the excellent meal!

I’d argue this is a must visit for the city. Awesome spot to take your friends or parents without breaking the bank. Service top to bottom was extremely good, and they were all friendly and offered suggestions. Fancy vibe without the fancy prices. Superb drink choices. Definitely gotta do the chicken sandwich. Great great great spot

Just went this past Sat. This place has upped their game. New items on the menu and usually have a specials page. I had the very best Fisherman's platter I've ever had! Wow! We love going here. Bobby is the newish manager and Nadia is awesome. Long time customer. Best it's ever been.

Red Stripe is one of those beers that instantly brings vacation vibes. It’s light, crisp, and incredibly refreshing—perfect for a hot day or a laid-back evening with friends. The iconic stubby bottle adds to its charm, and the flavor is smooth with just the right hint of sweetness. It’s not overly complex, but that’s exactly why I love it. A classic go-to lager that never disappoints.

Wow!!! What a gem this place is... the food and service is AMAZING! Had the French onion soup, and a chicken parm. Wow!!! One of my best places to go in Rhode Island!

We had a large party last night, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff helped our party every step of the way, they were excellent. Our server, Mamata (I believe), and the general manager, were exceptional. The drinks and food was amazing. Better yet, the food arrived at the same time and everything was perfect. 100/10 recommend; the birthday girl was ecstatic.

A friend & I were in on Saturday 3/31, our waitress was C/Katherine. She was polite & the right amount of attentiveness - not by every 5 minutes around but was around if needed. We both got the Bleu Burger, but both of us had dietary restrictions - my friend's salad came dressed, which she didn't know. Our waitress without an issue got her a new undressed salad. The Bleu Burger has bacon, which I wanted. I told her I wanted bacon but allergic to bleu cheese. She ordered me the burger with no cheese rather than making me order the Naked Burger & adding bacon. All of our food was really good. Our waitress was very good, no issues. Others there were friendly too even though they weren't serving us. Overall good atmosphere, my friend was recommended by another friend to go there. I'm sure she will be back. :-)

This was my second visit to Red Stripe, and the experience was exceptional. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Joe, whose professionalism and expertise truly stood out. His bourbon recommendation for an Old Fashioned was remarkably smooth, and his after-dinner suggestion—a pistachio martini accompanied by a warm cookie and ice cream—was outstanding. Highly impressed. THANKS JOE!!!!

One of my favorite burger places in Providence! The truffle burger is absolutely a must-try—it's bursting with flavor. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. There's usually no wait time, and the food is prepared in about 20 minutes. The portion sizes are generous, and the price is reasonable. Great ambience as well. Students and staff of Brown University get 20% discount except in summer. Highly recommend!

Red Stripe is a go to restaurant if you are in Wayland Square. Close to East Providence, & Brown University. Ordered the seafood Paella, and Beef stronganoff. Both meals were incredible, and the portion size was more than expected. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating. The cocktails were made with fresh Ingredients. Ample space inside was a bonus, in these times, we didn't feel crowded. Plexiglass partitions were used inbetween sets of tables.

Red Stripe was recommended to us as a great place for a small group - in town and taking our daughter and friends to dinner (7 people total). Great food, attentive service and a wide range of choices. Liked the vibe.

We all had burgers. They were fantastic. I had the truffle burger which was one of the best burgers I have had in a while. We also split the Portuguese mussels which were delicious. I just wish there was a little more chourico mixed in. Not sure if they have bread available for the table, we didn’t ask, but I wish we had to soak up the delicious broth.

J
Jack Haringa

We went to take advantage of their restaurants week special and because we love the food here. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant that's shared with neighboring businesses but we found street parking right out front. The mussels are fantastic and prepared in a variety of styles. The tracksuit may be the best I've ever had. The place can be noisy on crowded nights because it has lots of echoing surfaces, but it's family friendly too. I recommend making reservations.

The food and service is like fine dining, but without the stuffiness and price. My friend and I went for a Chistmas Eve/Birthday lunch, the service @ the bar was fantastic (TY Joe & Bridget) and the food is always on point and delicious (TY Chris B). Love going there for lunches or cocktails too!

We had a great meal last night at Red Stripe. It was our third visit to this gem of restaurant. Drinks were interesting and tasty. The mussels Portuguese style with fries were delicious and my husband's steak frites was cooked perfectly. We finished with creme brulee and I wanted to lick the dish. Our server Zach was personable and just the right amount of attentive. I highly recommend Red Stripe!

If I could give the food and hospitality more than 5 stars I would. The baked stuffed cod was more than amazing! Bobby’s customer service was outstanding the way he went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect! The staff is very attentive and friendly, made me feel very welcomed. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and recommending Red Stripe to family/friends.

Me impresionó muchísimo. ¡GRACIAS, JOE!

We had a great time at Red Stripe! The food was great I got the braised short ribs which were delicious. The only reason that I’m giving it a 4/5 food wise instead of the 5/5 is because I didn’t really care for the bacon it was a little salty for my taste but the mashed potatoes, carrots and short ribs were all great. The other dishes featured are what my cousins ordered which were the filet mignon and I think the shrimp poke bowl. They both enjoyed their dishes as well. Our server was friendly and attentive even as the dinner rush started to come in. The atmosphere and ambience are very old American bistro with a modern flare. I would definitely recommend this place it’s a great stop!

Located in Providence, Red Stripe is definitely a place I'd come back to if ever I visit again. Spacious restaurant with charming decor and a kitchen you can see in action. My wife had the buffalo chicken salad, while I had deviled eggs appetizers and buffalo wings as my entree. With sangria and margaritas to top it all off, the pleasant staff made it likely that we would come back.

came here three years ago and remember the service was excellent and the mussels were tasty! came back for lunch and got the crispy artichokes and truffle burger with no bun, amazing flavors really. also great service. this place strikes me as a consistent place with new england vibes. i could tell there were a lot of regulars in for lunch and the servers knew how they liked things. i wanna see a bread service at this restaurant because it fits the vibe and also more lunch specials. would definitely come back.

On our way back, we looked into a sea food restaurants and found this gem in Providence. . The ambience is really nice. Nice bars, classic setups and friendly staffs. The food was also good. We had bologonese, grilled chucken sandwiches and clam chowders. Sandwiches were ok but clam chowers are really good here. I really liked the creamy clam chowders. The bolognese is also good here. Great dine.

We had a wonderful experience at Red Stripe! Food was delicious, service was prompt. Our waitress was very attentive as we had a 5 and 3-year-old with us. Extra silverware and plates, while also taking away clutter from the table. I would highly recommend this place, especially on Wednesdays where it's $1 child meals and $5 martinis!

A
Ashley Taylor

Nice space with a partially open view of the kitchen, good wine list, and solid cocktails. I had a smoked maple old fashioned that was perfect. The food my family got looked fantastic (and the frites I stole from my sister were especially so) but I have a little bit of a bone to pick about the ratatouille ravioli (pictured)... A more appropriate name for it would be garden vegetable pesto ravioli, which is fine, but nowhere on the menu does it mention that this is a pesto sauce. And boy, is it pesto forward- the pesto and shallots completely overpowered the flavors of the other vegetables, which was really disappointing. You can also see that there is quite a hearty amount of olive oil as well. Not necessarily bad, but definitely not what I was expecting at all and not what I would have ordered if I had known.

Excellent, welcoming service. Plenty of seating. Expansive menu with all the classics at this American brasserie.

This is absolutely a 5-star restaurant. Have been coming here for over a decade and their marienier moules frites are tops in the state. However, for some reason, they no longer serve bread. This may seem like a silly complaint, but the broth in all their mussel dishes deserves to be soaked up. Doesn't have to be free, we offered to pay... it just doesn't exist.

A
Aleksei Darenkov

Red Stripe has got to be one of the most college-friendly spots on campus! The prices are very fair and there is a 20% RI college student discount. The atmosphere is comparable to an very upscale and clean diner with a full bar. There is a great rotating selection of local beers. The mussels are a popular dish and are delicious. I had the fish and chips which were great, but not exceptional. It was a very standard, simple and delicious meal. Fries are superb as well as the special sauces served with them. We had a great time and you definitely get what you pay for--nothing more and nothing less. A good spot to check out for a relatively budget meal.

Good place for brunch. Dinner menu look really good. All the brunch/lunch items were enjoyed by my party. Server was kind and attentive. A little bit noisy but was Sunday morning so understandable. Large bar with good looking original drink menu. Will be back for dinner. Nice location and easy(for Providence) parking.

Really enjoyed the food from here. Beef stroganoff was fantastic which is what I got. My significant other got fish and chips which he said wasn't the best and that the jalapeno tartar sauce you could not taste the jalapeno. However my dish was absolutely fantastic and I would reccomend going here. It does get a bit busy during dinnertime. Service was prompt and professional I would go here again.

Shuai “Marshall” Jiang

I got the crab cakes, scallops dish and a creme brulee for dessert. The crab cakes and scallops were very good. The rissotto accompanying the scallops were a tad underseasoned for my taste. The creme brulee was just okay, nothing too special. I thought the food was a bit expensive given the price, hence the 4 stars.

E
Eric Emeneau

Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Great food. I had mussels, clam chowder, meatball (14oz) and all were excellent. I also had the cod tacos which were too small (tiny) and just okay tasting. My only real complaint would be that in the back, where I sat, it was noisy. Hard surfaces all around bounce the sound up and down.

This restaurant came highly recommended by a friend so I had to check it out. I just landed, I was hungry and I still had to drive to the Cape but I definitely needed fuel for my body so Red Stripe it was. I liked that it was a casual dining spot because I was in “travel clothes” but the food was way above casual. They had a great selection of meal options. I had their New England Clam Chowder which wasn’t the typical white cream base BUT OMG delicious. I highly recommend it. For my main dish I had the seared sea scallops with risotto. Scallops were perfectly cooked and so was the risotto. I enjoyed my meal immensely and I look forward to visiting this Red Stripe on my next trip up North! I must point out as well great service from the hostess to my server! My only downside was parking, there wasn’t a designated parking lot but I heard this is an issue in Providence not just this restaurant.

Hmmm - Just okay. My oldest sister wanted to celebrate her birthday at Red Stripe. I made the reservation a month in advance through Open table, no issues. Half of our party arrived before the Birthday Girl and myself. When we mentioned the reservation, the hostess was no help - just pointed out the the large seating area. Neither of us could find anyone, we were eventually able to find them. They were tucked away in a back room. The menu is interesting and seems to be a bit all over the place. We ordered a few appetizers- the crab cakes were good, nothing to knock my socks off and the brussel sprouts were served cold, not Luke-warm.. cold. The main meals were again just okay. One member of our party order the fish and chips - it was way to thin and ridiculously dry. My cod with crabmeat stuffing was interring, they didn't sever the cod as a single piece. They instead broke it apart, effectively drying out the fish during the baking process. The drinks we ordered were good and our waiter (Ken) was awesome. We opted to not order deserts and went elsewhere. We would all consider giving this place another try, mainly on a night with a good special.

Full disclosure. It was Memorial Day wknd and Brown University graduation, so every place was packed. This may or may not have been the cause of a less than good experience. Just looking at this from a food and service prospective, I had to send my dinner back because the fish was burned. My wife ate some of her dinner and then just pushed it around on her plate to make it look like she ate more than she actually did. I had two bites of hers and agreed with her opinion. Maybe under different circumstances the result might have been better.

Did a great job during covid-19 restrictions and made us feel safe. Full Mussel dinner was shared by 2. Have ordered this in the past and we're abundant and delicious. This time, almost all shells were broken and bits were in the mussels.

Came here for my birthday. Very busy it looks like they were perhaps short staffed which is every where really. The employees really were working together and trying to give their best. I had the salmon and my husband had a burger. The fries were a little cold but overall the food was ok.

2nd experience 3 stars To management, Sam O. Needs to be retrained or let go. Zero eye contact. Zero smiles. Volume almost whispering. He looked like he wanted to leave and not be here. Had to ask for water 3x and was Absent when needed. Absolutely unacceptable service. 2x back in one week because of the amazing food. Definitely will need to have a second thought when selecting the establishment again. I would definitely be open to speaking to the management. Did not want to make a scene with my date. Check #66 8/5/2018 First experience: 5 stars Beyond yummm and worth every dolla! I am more of a hole in the wall kinda guy and family own super small business but there is sooo good! Your portions are very big for a fancy stuffy Restuarant. Would definitely be back for more! Got their lunch kitchen sink and Ruben. WAYYYYYYYYY AWESOME!

The food was fine, but not spectacular. The services was fine. Waited a long time for the server to refill our drinks mid meal. It is very loud here. It was difficult to have a group conversation across the table. Not a place I would really recommend based on my one experience.

Best Reuben, Worst Cobb Salad I had seriously the saddest Cobb salad I have ever had in my life. It had two cherry tomatoes cut in half a spoonful of blue cheese and a couple slices of avocado all mixed up rather than on top. I think that was to hide how little of the Fixins it actually had. It was loaded with chicken on top, way too much. It did have one boiled egg cut in half. Oh and I almost forgot there was a spoonful of bacon that equated to one strip of bacon. It was absolutely pathetic. My husband got the Reuben. It was by far the best Ruben we've ever had. It did not have too much meat, the balance of the cheese and sauerkraut was excellent, and the bread was very good. The fruits on the side were excellent, salted just right, thinly sliced and cooked perfection.

I had the Seafood casserole for Valentines day for 29.99 and nothing with it. No salad, rice or potatoes'. I had to buy a side of fries. Not much taste to the meal.

Seat was lumpy. Seat was poorly located near a busy employee station. Food was cold coffee colder. Had reserved seat a week in advance was still given poor seating

Place seemed nice when we walked in. Unfortunately after we were seated we were served the food. Our meal began with an Oily, over breaded calamari. And then onto the main course, meat so dry and tough the knife could barely cut through, completely and totally unseasoned to any degree this remained the case for the entire plate including all sides provided. The only reason we are granting this place a pity star is because of the kind service that was very helpful to us. Unfortunately this is a restaurant and I do need to have food that is somewhat edible. This would be even fine with me if it weren’t for the insane price of all menu items. Do not go anywhere near this place unless you want to lose your lunch instead of eating it.

We were four of us at Red Stripe on Saturday, July 26, 2025 . I chose a seafood platter & my wife ordered cod fish with shrimp & massed potato. 1. The atmosphere was so noisy that we had to pause our conversation time to time. 2. My seafood platter seems to have put together from "fish & chips" menu possibly prepared previous day. Bater on the shrimp was soft & soggy. the worst was clam cake. it was mostly flour & batter, no trace of clam. The fries were too soggy to eat. 3. taste of my wife's dish was more of a cheap diner menu. We live in the neighborhood. I walk in the 'street' daily. Look of the restaurant from outside is very misleading. WIll never go to the Red Stripe again.

I love this place, I have had a great experience every time I come up until yesterday. We did the dinner for two, our mussels has netting in the dish. We send our dish back and the manager indicates that he will comp it. Entrees good as always and dessert. Waiter comes with the bill. Dinner for two is $60. Waiter states he took the dessert and appetizer off to charge us just for the entrees, but we would end up by $68. Charging us more defeating the purpose of why we went to dine there. In attempt to explain this to the waiter that he is over charging us he comes back with another reprinted check reflecting the $60 for dinner for two, not having our appetizer comped. Waiter does not understand what I am explaining manager comes over and starts telling me I am wrong. He goes on and on about how I make no sense and how they did take it off the bill even though they were still charging us $60 for the dinner for two unable to eat the appetizer. After getting frustrated I look at my boyfriend and he explains the same thing I just said. Manager says so you want me to take off the appetizer. YES, that is what I have been saying. Manager was completely rude and could have cared less about the entire experience we had there.

We were a party of 3 . Two of us had the beef stroganoff which was terrible. The meat was inedible tough , leathery . When the waiter saw that the meat in both plates was untouched he asked why. We replied and he said they have been having trouble with it lately. Why continue to serve it? No apologies or any offer to adjust the bill or offer a gift card or even a fee desert etc. having taken a guest with us it was embarrassing! Not sure we will return despite having been many times before.

The experience started off good but I was sitting next to the kitchen and heard the tall bald manager scream at employee for making a simple mistake, and when the employee said sorry and said why he made the mistake the manager did not care and continued to be disrespectful.

Order a medium well steak from here to go and the picture I attached is what I got. I'm not sure if this is even edible but it's not even close to what I asked for. I've been going to this restaurant for years and recently have had more and more bad experiences. I don't recommend getting food from here.
