So i only had 80$ on chime and I ordered pizza and they charged me 3× and still got no pizza and locked my money up on chime for a week...not friendly or helpful

They're the only place that delivers to my house in my area, so we end up ordering like once or twice a month. It would be more if they didn't always get orders wrong, miss items in your order, and they're usually rude when you try to get your order fixed or refunded. Last night they put me on hold and shut down the store whenever I tried to get my order fixed. I know for a fact other people have had the same complaints for years, and unfortunately nothing has changed. Absolutely terrible service.

Ordered pizza on the app last night and about 30 minutes later, the pizza tracker showed it was out of the oven. Then they canceled the order with no explanation. I was sick and hungry, could not leave my house. I called several times, each time I waited in queue until it hung up on me. I never did speak to a real person. They just shut down everything. I finally spoke to a lady today and the reason given was “we closed early.” That was it, other than, she said they were busy refunding many orders. No apology. Nothing. So out of the blue, they just chose to close early, canceled several orders and chose not to communicate with the customers that keep them in business.

I have live in Quinlan since I was a teenager after living in oak cliff all my life and no matter what or how many chances I have given this place it is still always a terrible experience and a complete waste of money! Terrible owner and terrible food!

Only have one star because zero stars was not an option. Average delivery time is 2 plus hours if you’re lucky enough to get it at all. They will show your pizza delivered on the app and it could be hours before it actually shows up again if at all. Then if you call to check on an order that was made hours ago they don’t even answer the phone.

Charges me twice and said order was delivered it never was! We have tried calling several times and it is the commercial then hangs up on us. We are very upset and we’re loyal customers I suggest they call the Tawakoni Dr orders phone number from tonight to make this right

3 pizzas came one had zero toppings just cheese when we ordered and paid for 3 toppings. All three pizzas were raw. Dough was barely cooked. Called and asked for them to make it right. The manager Carla refuses to do anything. She said bring the pizzas to her and she will make them again. I paid for delivery, tipped for delivery and she wants to just yell in the background. Refuses to even talk to me herself. No wonder this place has 3 stars. Carla has no business in the customer service industry. This is what she calls pizza.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all Spent $38 on the following 1- lg thin crust garlic parm sauce, chicken & bacon 1-lg hand tossed with garlic parm sauce, hamburger, chicken, ham 1-am cheese The cheese barley had any cheese but lots of red sauce The 1st lg listed had 1 piece of chicken & 1 sliver of bacon, barley any sauce The 2nd lg listed had 1 small piece of each meat on it & barely any sauce! Needless to say I will not be going back nor recommend them!!!!!! Don’t waste your $$ or time

My delivery was an hour late. Never received a call before arrival( I’ve got dogs) as instructed and I had called the local store. Last time I give a tip before delivery. On my second attempt to purchase they refused to deliver here again. So my wife went to town to pick up the order and they made her wait for it because they had not prepared it yet. They were rude to her and did not give us what we ordered. I could even eat the Mack n cheese. Terrible service, rude management and I won’t be doing business ever again at the Quinlan location. I like the products dominos has, but this place doesn’t deserve my patronage.

I ordered pizza at 6:00 something he left the store at 7:05 and did not ride to my house till 7:58 and I only live like 10 minutes away from Domino's and they gave every excuse in the book my pizza gets here it's so cold you can use it for ice cubes I won't even affect my dog my breadsticks and they don't want to do nothing they want to give you the runaround and this and that just like every time and then when you call up there talk to him they want to leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes without doing anything trying to just make you forget about it I spent almost $40 for me and my kids not to eat thanks Domino's and then you call up there to talk to a manager when you do get a hold of somebody they won't give you a run around and say the managers done left when we all know and fast food a manager cannot leave they have to shut the store down these are the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever met in my life and I work fast food

Placed my order at 6:15pm roughly didn’t get my food till after 8pm. Everything is cold soggy and COVERED in grease. I got a medium extravaganza, medium chicken bacon Alfredo pizza and a chicken Alfredo bread bowl and NONE I MEAN NONE of the food is edible period. This what you want your customers to eat? The bread in the bread bowl wasn’t even cooked all the way I took out the chicken and noodles the bread was cooked on the outside the inside is raw dough. I will NEVER be going back to you guys again. I can’t even eat my dinner. 40 bucks down the drain. Just what I wanted after being sick for 2 weeks
