I go here once a week and they have always had the pizza ready and waiting for me and I have yet to be disappointed by the flavor in any way, ever. If you've ever wanted to try Mountain Mikes for the first time, this eatery is a solid first time pick. They always make me feel welcome.

Haven't been to a Mountain Mike's in a long time but was very glad we went to this one! The pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were amazing! The service was great, the staff were super helpful! Everything was really good.it was a great experience!

The food, dining, and service were all above satisfactory-average ! The quality of their pizzas far exceeds my expectations as far as taste, and the quantity or "size" of their pizzas is well above average, leaving customers "filled-up" or "full" before leaving that pizza parlor ! The service is well above average too, with the employees in their all having very positive and respectful attitudes for customers, and the employees there make reasonable accomodations to parties ( large "family-sized" groups of customers ) with tables and seating in their dining room ... Overall out of between 1 ( one ) to 5 ( five stars ), with 1 star being the least or worst of a quality rating, and 5 stars being the best quality rating, I would rate Mountain Mike's Pizza on Folsom Boulevard in Rancho Cordova, CA a 4.5 star(s) out of 5, being almost one of the "best" pizza parlors there in Rancho Cordova. The only thing I think could possibly use " just a little bit " is there outdoor dining availability, which is an additional dining area outside for customers to sit and eat outside. I think to make that place the all-time best pizza parlor to order, eat, and dine in or at there at Mountain Mike's Pizza in Rancho Cordova, the business owner of that restaurant should ( only if he or she really wanted to and could afford to ) add an additional dining area outside for customers to eat outside. I would still highly recommend this restaurant to all residents of Rancho Cordova, CA who like pizza and a comfortable, special atmosphere to eat and dine in at by far !!!

Pizza is tasty. There's rarely a wait and the new owners are very friendly. The dinning area is clean with lots of seating-- all stand alone tables and chairs. We ordered their 1 topping large with bread sticks and 2 drink special. Came out to just under $25 and the three of us took most of it home. Good food and prompt service!

Still kinda on the bubble would give them a 4 maybe 5 the pizza was good but I had some stomach issues after I ate it on the first night and with the leftovers as well. Still willing to give them another try my medication could have been the factor with my stomach issues. Next time it could be a 5 star

Have came here since I was a kid and usually love the place. However right now they got somebody on the phone who can't take orders. Its so bad im sitting in the lobby with three different people all commenting on this exact issue. Plus they don't want to give you the best deal. They tried to charge me more money when they had a deal on buy 1 large specialty pizza get a large 1 topping pizza for free. Watch what they are charging you. My bill would been been 53 went to 30 once I pointed at the deal posted directly above me.

An hour and 20 minutes for delivery just down the street? The person on the phone wasn't even familiar with their menu. I was literally on the phone to cancel the delinquent order when the driver arrived. He was very polite. Get my order inside and the sides were cold, and the pizza was super greasy and over cooked. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else...

No lunch Buffet here. Let me use the restroom though so I gave a star. I thought all Mountain mikes had Buffet. Pass

I order for pick up for my employee and myself. The past three times I have called, I'm told 15 minutes for it to be ready. Not the case. Today, as I got here 20 minutes + after ordering, he was just putting it in the oven. Now, I have to wait another ten minutes for it to cook. Expect a 30 minute wait time and maybe it will be ready.

After calling in for a pickup order and being told when to pick up my order, I arrived to find my order hadn't been started, and I had to pay for it before they made the pizza. While I was waiting for my pizza, another customer came in and was treated the same way. Since when is it appropriate to not have an order ready when one has been told it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. While this isn't a problem for me, it's inconvenient having to wait an extra 10 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I arrived.

I called ahead to place an order. They said it would be ready in 15 minute but to hurry down. I get there 16 minutes after I called. They hadn't even started the pizza yet. The fall tries to claim they were busy, however when I walked in she was chatting with a table, the only one seated inside, and the gentleman making the pizza had nothing he was doing.

For the life of me I cannot understand why a person would work in food/customer service industry if you cannot give even the bare minimum of customer service. The lady on the phone was so rude, rushing, and made me feel like I just inconvenienced her so much. I barely ordered 1 thing and by the end of the conversation I just told her to cancel it. I will never even attempt to call or go here again. I'm gonna try the next closest Mountain Mike's. Hopefully I have better luck. Also I'm pretty sure it's the same lady that is mentioned multiple times in the reviews for this location.

Been going to MMs for some years now and hate to an abandon ship, but our family is through. I put off writing this review but decided I should. Ordered 1 Lg Pineapple combo thing and I med peperoni with extra olives and extra cheese. Both were so skimpy we almost drove back!! But at the end of a workday there's no energy left. This has happened before but NO MORE!!

Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas Asked for both sauces mixed. They messed up on first round of pizzas so we ended up sitting there for them to make the second round of pizzas, over an hour, asked for our money back or 1\2 price for confusion.said no manager, nothing she could do. Nothing Then after going to the park to eat, they were both very dry and bland, Robin's roost,and diamond peak Called them later and no manager still. When called two days later since no one called back we were told no refund or do overs since we waited two days to speak with someone. Terrible location for sure, desilva gates construction buys over 50 pizzas a month from other locations with no issues whats so ever

Was not your typical mountain Mike's. The place has literally NO CUSTOMERS eating there and the salad bar doesn't even have salad in it. The pizza was not great. Place seems run down. Not a good neighborhood.

Me and a friend/coworker were out in Rancho Cordova for a work meeting and decided go get lunch and a local Mountain Mikes to just take advantage of the buffet since it was close, easy, and not time consuming for the food. We purchased 2 buffets at 11:58 AM. My coworker and I were able to get 1 slice of pepperoni each since there was only 2 slices total and the rest of the pizza was about 5 slices of combination which neither of us liked. With so little pizza even out at that time we both figured they new and would get some out soon which this was not the case. After patiently waiting until 12:20 I asked if any more pizza was going to come out. The worker sounded all surprised saying "Oh there is no more pizza?". At this time I knew she wasn't even close to having any more pizza done and I asked to verify and she said it will only be about 10 minutes but we couldn't wait that long as we had a meeting to be at 12:30pm. I told her there hasn't been any pizza out really since we got here and had only had 1 slice since. All she could say in sorry I can make more even after telling her plenty of times we didn't have time to wait anymore. I wasn't asking for any refund back but being a manager in the food business in prior years this was something I felt like should have been done and at least something for the inconvenience of paying just about $20 for 2 slices of pizza. Was extremely disappointed and had to go through until 7PM later that day to even get anything to eat unless you count that 1 slice.

This was the first time ordering we waited a hour and a half for a pizza and some bread sticks when we called the woman couldn't find our order and then realized we were the customers that the new girl helped, she said she couldn't deliver to us when we are barely 4 miles away and that the new girl didn't know and that they didn't take the right number to call us back and tell us that they couldn't deliver. Honestly the worst experience I've had trying to get a simple pepperoni pizza and bread sticks for $25 bucks.

These people are so rude I called to order a pizza and the person answered the phone and was just so absolutely rude for no reason. Trust me I will never go there again and they should be taught on customer service skills.

I ordered over 40 dollars in pizza, after 2 hours I called to find out where my pizza is. (I know 2 hours is along time but this store in slow) They had some kind of printer malfunction and did not get my order. They said it would be another 45 minutes. I told them to forget it and asked for a refund.They gave me a number to a guy in the bay area and said I had to call him on Monday. So I went to the store and told the owner he should call to get my refund, The manger told me he would not call, and offer me a free pizza (ya right !!). I called the guy in the bay area twice and never did hear from him. I never got my MONEY. THIS STORE IS NOT AN HONEST STORE !!!! ESPECIALLY DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I will never do business with MM in any area because of this. I would probably make more complaints, but it's not worth the stress. MM will never see another dollar from me again. I tell as many people as I can to go the Round table or somewhere else instead.

Didn’t have the food ready or started and there was only one other customer there. They “don’t carry plates” and didn’t give napkins. Customer service was bad.

Ordered a combination pizza and and small pepperoni and wings. Pizza barely had any veggies, when I asked the manager they said " some people don't like all the veggies" hello Mc Fly that's what I want on my combination pizza hence the name. We ordered a special pizza they Have a sign offering a small one topping pizza with the purchase . I did not see the ad before I paid cash for my order ...SHE tells me I should of said something before I ordered it .. After the fact I just handed her $40for my pizza Can get a coupon for my free pizza tomorrow since it's 30 minutes before closing she still says no Mind you after I paid she is trying to have me sign a CC receipt felt rushed and she never gave me my Receipt.. After as we waited for are pizza she was being talked to by another person there about why we did not get are free pizza ..

The flavor of the food saved some of the experience. We didn't get part of our order until about half an hour after we arrived. It was then that we thought the rest of the food was on its way so we let the chicken wings sit. They sat for another 10 minutes and got cold. Seriously, when does pizza take 40 minutes?

I accidentally ordered pizza at this location. They were very stingy on the toppings. There was about 2 inches of space between the edge of the crust and where the toppings started. I normally get pizza at the Mountain Mike’s in Gold River. It’s a much better pizza there. Extremely disappointed. Won’t go back here. I mentioned to the staff that the pizza wasn’t made as good as my normal location. The staff member had an attitude.

Food tasted good, but everyone that ate it had upset stomach for a few days after. I purchased 4 pizzas and they would not give me more than 3 parmesan and pepper packets. They just said we don't give that many.

If I could give them a 0 star I would! First they don’t have played how you a pizza shop and have no plates? Then their customer service is terrible the lady in the front gave us bad attitude! Terrible do not order here!

We ordered just under $80 worth of pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. The chicken was completely raw. We called to let them know and they asked if we wanted our money back, we said yes please. We were then told that it was an inconvenient time and that there was no manager on duty and to call back in 30 min. We called back 40 min later and there was still no available manager allegedly. Finally almost 2 hours later they called back and discounted the wings but none of the rest of the purchase which was not a satisfactory solution due to the amount of money we had spent as well as the amount of time and effort it took to get any kind of resolution. Never again will I contribute any money to this chain. I recommend you do the same. There are plenty of other local pizza chains that will take proper care of their guests.

Stopped by for Lunch Buffet which is advertised and they stated they didn’t have it so I settled and got a salad and pan pizza. Salad bar was old looking, macaroni salad was dry and brown from how old it was, veggies looked days old. I asked for my money back and lady stated everything was fresh which was not the case.
