It's always a treat to stop at a Wingstop for some of their amazing wings, and today was no exception! I was with Platapus Pete setting some humane traps out on Donner's Creek because old lady Rimlicker's Platapus, Fred escaped and all the signs point towards the creek! We set the cage traps and headed straight to the Wingstop for some of those gloriously amazing wings! They're always a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ item!
Today I ordered a family pack meal to be delivered to me. Upon delivery, the order was not correct. I called the store and they assured me they were going to make the order right. I arrived at the location and immediately got greeted by an employee who apologized and corrected my order immediately. Excellent customer service overall. Mistakes are made however, the most important part is the way they correct it. Great food every time. Keep up the good work.
Ordered early online for Super Bowl. When I arrived they were behind on orders. Which is to be expected on Super Bowl. Rude customer after rude customer came up to loudly complain to the staff. The staff was obviously killing themselves to get orders out as fast as they could. No one was sitting around talking. Everyone was working hard and fast. I was so impressed with how professional and friendly each member stayed while being yelled at. Especially when the complaining customers kept coming back stopping the workers from what they were doing to complain yet again. Even on their busiest day of the year my order was perfect and hot. Will be back next year.
This review is specifically to let Wingstop know how amazing, great service and manners their employee name Ezekel has. The location is known to take longer periods of time for orders, but this guy goes above and beyond.

Placed an order for pickup like 2 hours in advance and still had to wait for like 15mins when I got there. This was my first time going to wing-stop and probably will not be back. The boneless wings were just ok. I don't understand what the hype is at this franchise. The chicken sandwich I got was pretty bland. So overrated.

This place was dirty, The restroom had no seat covers, The food was cold and it took 35 min to get a 10 piece of wings. All the tables were dirty.
Place is mediocre at best. Long wait times even scheduling 1 > hour ahead online, the food is 15 mins late. Wings aren’t fully coated and restroom smells like someone just smoked in there. Also, where’s the toilet paper? I respect the hustle but y’all gotta step it up.

I came and place an order Sunday 1/14/2024 around 4:07 I was told the wit was 35 minutes after waiting 1 hour I asked a worker and se said 3 more minutes I wait 14 more minutes and o wen to ask again and the cashier never printed my order so I was told I had to wait 20 more minutes I’m very upset about this the worker didn’t even apologized for his mistake and they instead of giving my food they asked me if I wanted a refund that will appear in my account three days after!!!!!!! I’m really really mad about all this never ever coming here again this is the guy who took my order his name is Joseph
They told me the wait time is 30 min. No problem. I placed my order at 6:59 (it's on the receipt). I noticed every customer was getting upset, waiting for their food. So I wait 45 minutes before I ask for an update, which they should be proactively doing. They now tell me it will be ready by 8. There is no sense of urgency. Really poor service. Very sad. This place has gone to sh!t. Excuse my writing.
I went here fory first time at this location and I got just a chicken sandwich they served me a freezer burnt sandwich ( the manager clarified that's why it looked like that ) so they made me a new one from a box they just got in today I took a picture of the freezer burnt one and they new one and the difference is crazy, why are y'all not checking your food that's been in there past a certain date come on now I could have gotten sick and I dont know if I will go here again. They were to comfortable with knowing it was freezer burnt and serving it anyways instead of saying at this time we don't have the sandwiches available getting a fresh box in it something like I'm upset.

Then, I look at the bag and the whole bottom half is covered in grease. I'm pissed! My favorite hoodie is now ruined and my food is super greasy and it leaked everywhere. I call the store and there's no manager only a shift lead. I tell her what happened and she just says that usually doesn't happen. Well it did happen!! I am attaching pictures I took. I will be calling the store manager in the morning and probably corporate. This is horrible! Food should never be that greasy to where is leaks everywhere and ruins people's clothes. Will never return to this place. Shove your grease!

Second, the prices are now ridiculous, at the new prices you are best off going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I mean these wings aren’t fresh, you can see them dump them from a frozen bag as you wait for ur already over waited food to be cooked. Third, I got home 5 minutes later and my food was cold to the touch, like I don’t understand how you serve food cold, I would be embarrassed specially with four workers on duty ( I noticed only two actually working). Overall, this place use to be good now it’s not, it’s dirty nasty and the food is cold.

My husband and I grab our drinks and sit down as we watch 5 call in orders come in and go without a problem. After 40 minutes they bring out 5 wings and my sides with a promise to bring out the remainder of our food. The wings smelled funny and 1 wing was 2 sized smaller than the one sitting next to it. After another 20 minutes of waiting (bringing my total time to 1 hour) I decided to try and ask for the rest of my meal. I was brought 2 wings and an apology. At that point I was so upset and half my food was cold I asked to pay for what I had eaten and so I could leave and try to get hot food somewhere else. If you want to eat here you better call in or risk sitting all night for your food while all of the staff ignore you.

I spent over $55 just to make sure this was my first and last visit. The staff pretends to work, but one person was literally preparing food while talking on the phone. With such careless and unsanitary behavior, I can only assume this same person doesn’t bother washing their hands after using the restroom, even after touching their genitals. This is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing that food inspection allows places like this to continue operating when such things happen!

Sadly, I have to wonder if race played a part in how I was treated. Unacceptable, and it makes me question how they handle food if you complain.
I placed an online order. Followed by a phone call to confirm I’d receive the food the way I wrote it in the special instructions. Upon opening the bag, I saw grease everywhere. The fries I requested light seasoning were smothered in seasoning & soggy. The wings I asked for extra crispy, light seasoning were smothered in grease, seasoning, & soggy. This is probably the 5th time i’ve been disappointed with this restaurant but this by far tops it. No Manager on site & no follow up after requesting a call back multiple times. I work hard and just want my refund, so I can cancel this place once and for all.
If you order online and it says your food will be ready in 15 mins, don't expect your food to be ready any faster than 45 mins. If you're ordering during peak dinner time then it'll be well over 1 hour. This store is severely understaffed and it has been that way for years. It's not going to change. What's even more frustrating is that every once in a blue moon they'll prep your order on time or early, so if you come in late because the food is always late, your food might be cold already. It's a total disaster. I haven't been here for a year and decided to give it another shot today. Said my food would be ready in 15 mins. I showed up 30 mins after my order to be safe...they have 2 people working here today and after standing at the counter for 5 mins they finally came and asked my name and said they were behind on all their orders and it won't be ready for 15-20 mins. Due to the service here (which hasn't changed for years), this location is not worth the hassle. Avoid it.
today I had a negative experience at the Wingstop restaurant. I waited for my order for a long time. While I was waiting, I saw people ordering and receiving their order within 10 minutes. I waited for about 30 minutes. The restaurant workers ignored my requests to make an order for my customer. One of the workers told me "If you don't like something - make a cancellation!" And she told me this when I had already been waiting for my order for 30 minutes! I and other dashers constantly encounter similar problems in this restaurant. The waiting time for orders is almost always inflated here and in most cases it is because the restaurant workers treat Doordash workers very badly. They are constantly rude, ignore requests, show their irritation, never apologize for an order not made on time.

We've tried to give this location a chance, but they SUCK! The customer service is absolute trash. Even when you order online, you have to wait 30 to 45 mins when you go inside to pick it up, because it WON'T BE READY!!! This is the only wingstop location near me, so that's why we kept going back. If this is your first time going to this location, I'd strongly reconsider. The food is a solid 4/10 (the fries are usually yummy).

I am uber eats driver and accepted an order at MAY 1, 2025 1:09 PM and reached there by 1:13 PM ( maybe before that ) . I asked gentleman about order told me order is being prepared and have to wait. So i did wait for about 10-15 minutes and around he asked me for whom i am waiting ( he must forget the name , which is fine ) and told him again and he replied he is waiting for fries to be done and i was fine with that. At around 1:40 he came said the order i am waiting for has already been picked a long ago and he can’t give me the order to deliver . I am not going to get paid for waiting time from uber and i must have lost multiple opportunities during this 30 minutes. All i want to know how in this existing universe an order being prepared in-front me has been already picked up even before entering the place ? Either he waited to waste my time, which really shameful for prestigious merchant like WING-STOP or if there’s any other reason he did that i am really looking forward to get replied by WING-STOP
