It's pretty good, gets my order wrong a few times but they're nice and will help you if you be nice to them. I like burger king, I don't love it, I like it. I would point out a specific worker if I knew her name, shes awesome. The food itself is good, it tastes really good. That's why I said its good.

Service is really good and employees are great. The problem is management. Specifically whoever decided it's okay to only have two people running the store. I was told it's because there isn't enough money, which I call bs on because BK is a multi billion dollar company. Stop it with the skeleton crews.

Had a family of 5 i got the how to train ur dragon meal for my daughter and a 6pcs chicken nugget for my 5 year old son.. and for my 2 older boys a wopper my 2 older sons wanted a sprite. And the wopper meal didn't come with sprite any other drink but sprite but the food was good.. and they forgot a drink for my younger son and forgot my daughters mozzarella sticks. But everything else was good.

When I arrived I went through the drive through because it looked busy inside. When I ordered and paid, I was told to park in the parking lot along with all the other drive through customers. We say long enough to recognize that fast food isn't fast anymore the price is similar to going to a legit restaurant. The quality of the food reminded me that it was still fast food, just expensive and takes forever.

12/7/23 Another Update: BURGER KING ON ANTELOPE RD IN RED BLUFF, CA, YOU GOT A STAR INCREASE FROM ME FOR 2 REASONS. 1- YA GOT THE ORDER RIGHT AND SOMEONE TOOK IT FROM ME. 2- YOU HAVE THAT WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE WHO IS NAMED RUDY. RUDY REMEMBERED ME FROM THE WEEK BEFORE AND WAS HAPPY I CAME BACK. IT WAS RUDY WHO OFFERED TO HELP ME EVEN THO HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK. PLEASE REALIZE THE VALUABLE EMPLOYEE THAT YOU HAVE AND KEEP RUDY ON. HE IS SO GREAT WITH CUSTOMERS. I was too tired from work to cook so I stopped reluctantly because this was affordable before payday tomorrow. And the burger was great. **UPDATE** I WILL NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY AT A PLACE THAT MAKES ME PUNCH IN MY OWN ORDER. THIS BURGER KING LOCATION AND NO DOUBT MANY OTHERS HAVE GONE TO THE KIOSK AT THE COUNTER AND CUSTOMERS MUST INPUT THEIR OWN ORDERS. I REFUSED. I WAS HAPPY THAT I HAD BECAUSE AS I WALKED OUT, AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS KIND ENOUGH TO OFFER ME HELP INPUTTING MY ORDER EVEN THO NOT THEIR JOB AND THEY WERE OFF THE CLOCK TOLD ME THANK YOU. IT SEEMS THIS PERSON HAS WORKED THEIR WAY UP TO CASHIER DURING 20 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH BURGER KING ONLY TO BE LOSING THEIR JOB. SORRY, YOU WANT MY MONEY, TAKE MY ORDER PERSONALLY. WE ARE AFTER ALL A SMALL TOWN WITH NO LINES. I ordered the $5 for 2 Whopper Jr burgers with cheese and bacon. I ordered them PLAIN. That means nothing on it. But I get home and find I just don't have ketchup or mayo on it. EVERYTHING else is there that I didn't want. Frigging tomatoes, onion and lettuce leaving me a soggy damn bun. Ya all got it right a few days ago.

I ordered two Burgers Meals last night around 8:00 PM because our Electricity was out ! We were very disappointed the Burgers were Good , but the French Fries were very cold and stale , as if they were cooked hours before ! I would not recommend eating there for a last resort , knowing they sale Cold Food ! 😡😡😡

Waited 25 min for my order , no one would even look at front area to help and the manager didn’t care, the erased my order number! Never will come here again!

drive thru with coupon. large meal. fries were skimpishly filled. when I pointed it out excuses were given. they did add more to be normal large but with snarky attitude and 'well just this time' said snottily. there is no corporate number to call. customer service is online autobot chat. or a form to fill.

Lack of customer service. Screens take your order. Even when there is someone right there, ridiculous. No acknowledgment of human beings. 2 families ahead of us ordered food and got their stuff, but when we asked for an update, attitude was given. Kiosk orders not acknowledged.

I used kiosk to place my order.. I HATE doing this!! After placing my order, I was instructed to pay cashier, but nobody ever stopped to collect my CASH money.. I waited 30 mins. People before me people after me all got their food? I asked for the manager, showed her my receipt, her reply we are working on it now?? Order finally arrives, set on the counter, no apology nothing.. wow
