Pollos Ray Reforma Reviews
Good chicken so far and they continue to be very good
Very tasty chicken. They sell you an individual quarter of a chicken, tortillas, cabbage, and onions. Excellent sauce. The service takes a little while because they have a lot of people, but everything is luxurious.
Great food for a reasonable price. They sell chicken cheaper than most places around them and still manage to have better flavor.
Wow
Since I started working nearby, I've been going there during my lunch breaks, and it's become my favorite. I find the quarter chicken super affordable and delicious. They always treat me wonderfully, and the service is fast! However, I do miss having the option of just the taco. Highly recommended!
I have been coming here at least three times per week over the last six months. The chicken is good however this restaurant is highly inconsistent. Sometimes they are able to serve tacos and sometimes they only have quarter chickens. My issue is that I can only consume chicken breast, nothing like legs or thighs. This restaurant is always busy and many times there is only a single employee working behind the counter. Still I believe they have the best deal in town.
…delicious chicken, good price, I'm a customer here. I just wanted to share that if you buy your chicken early in the morning, make sure it's not from a day before. It's happened to me twice now that they've sold me tough, chewy chicken, and that's precisely when I've bought it in the morning.
We need more chicken restaurants throughout the country, and we need to sell their red sauce for chicken quarters. And we need to stop offering chicken quarters with wings, since I personally don't like leg and thigh. And then it happens that outside the country, they want to serve you whatever they want, and some of them even become despots.
It's best to order takeout; for dine-in, they only have counter service, and it's at street level. The salsas are great, and the chicken is juicy. You can buy half a chicken, a whole chicken, or chicken in packages, or even by the taco. You can add sides like nopales, rice, macaroni, or fries. They also sell sausage, chicken necks, and other types of sausage.
It's cheap and good. They don't provide napkins and the food is messi
Once I bought 1 chicken and they were missing 2 pieces of chicken, a wing and half a breast, since they also sell chicken tacos they wanted to get something for themselves.
The service was incredibly rude and uncooperative. The guy was speaking in a very low voice while doing other things, so we had to guess what he was saying or ask him to repeat himself. They don't have dine-in service, or at least when I went it was only takeout, and it was already 1 p.m.
The chicken is okay, but the problem is that one of the employees harasses the women who eat there. A complaint will be filed with the appropriate authorities. Hopefully, the manager will pay attention to the behavior of his employees.
They're really getting ruder there. There are signs that they accept cards, but when you pay, they say the terminal isn't working. In other words, they don't want to accept card payments. With a bad attitude when serving customers. I won't buy there again. They make comments in bad taste. They removed the sign from the menu. And they don't explain what's in the package! In short, All for the sake of not giving things the right way.
Terrible service, there were only 2 people in front of me and it took 35 minutes for them to serve me, those behind me left and those in front were already upset just like me They spent their time fooling around and playing instead of paying attention to us. I asked for a note and this is what they gave me, it shows a lack of respect and ethics because they were making fun of the note What a lack of professionalism for being a chain, anyway. I won't buy there again
