The service was incredibly rude and uncooperative. The guy was speaking in a very low voice while doing other things, so we had to guess what he was saying or ask him to repeat himself. They don't have dine-in service, or at least when I went it was only takeout, and it was already 1 p.m.

They're really getting ruder there. There are signs that they accept cards, but when you pay, they say the terminal isn't working. In other words, they don't want to accept card payments.
