They gave me 11 tacos by accident and I love it.
We must have gone on an off day. The soft shells were hard. The potatoes were old and crunchy. Everything in the food department was poor quality and/or old. I was pleasantly surprised at the action taken by Taco Bell. It is very clear I was there at the wrong time, but they rectified that very quickly.
Was almost 10:30pm we were traveling. Only thing open. Surprisingly we waited on a line 3 cars in front of us a 3 cars behind us. Just make sure everything you ordered was in the bag.
Waitstaff and Grillpeople went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. Once the line at the register wore down, the cashier walked around the dining area to make sure sitting guests were happy. Food tasted as it should have. Nice touch. I will be returning when I'm in the area.
I just wanna shout out my local Taco Bell. I go fairly frequently and they always make my food right and i appreciate it. Thank you to all the workers at this Taco Bell, you're awesome. Happy New Year!
I'm uncertain on the lady's name that made my order, but everything was fantastic from the quality of food to the time of service. I made my order, and within 3 minutes I was out of the restaurant and back to my travels with the freshest Taco Bell I've had in a long time. No complaints are to be had about this location from my perspective.
I get the best taco party packs here, much better quality and portions than the other Taco Bells nearby - when I order in the middle of the day. But the night crew are horrible, they mocked insulted and served me expired food. I wouldn’t say hit & miss, I’d say stay away at night. If I were management I’d just close shop early and let those a-holes go. But the day crew are the best in town.
I really appreciate this Taco Bell location. The new staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they’ve been such a positive change compared to the old team. They consistently get my order correct, even with my customized burrito, and the food is always served warm—I’ve never received a cold meal here. It’s my go-to spot, and I’m always happy with the experience!
This is your standard Taco Bell. They do seem under staffed most of the time but otherwise is pretty good.
Taco Bell has devolved over the last few decades. These days, there are far better options for this type of food, drive thru takes forever, inside you have to use self check if you want anything because the counter is never staffed, and just like McDonald's the atmosphere has been stripped down to prison decor. My only reason for patroning a Taco Bell is because I was being nice to give someone I was out with what they asked for. I would never choose a modern day Taco Bell for myself. Give me the good ol late 80s or 90s Taco Bell any day!
So I tried to get coffee 4 times from this location the first time I was able to get coffee, but it was iced coffee. Normally I like hot coffee, but they didn’t have any lids for the hot cups, which was kind of disappointing. I gave them the benefit of it out and tried it again and they didn’t have coffee at all. I was kind of disappointing because it’s like it’s in the morning. Everybody wants their coffee and I gave it a time same thing no coffee in today. I gave it a fourth time no coffee again very disappointed. How can you be out of coffee three times in a row. If you’re looking for coffee, I do not recommend that don’t even bother.
Manager was good when I asked for my food to remade because it was cold. Employees getting high in the parking lot 🤣 At least go over by the dumpster
Well over 15 minutes in the drive thru.when I finally got up to the window I hear all this commotion going on laughing. My food was cold and not from the sour cream.the meat should be blazing hot to say the least after such a long wait...
This location seems to be run by a skeleton crew. Lobby is frequently closed whether it's 8:30am or after 9pm, despite the signage saying it's open. Food delivery pickups always have me waiting 10-20 minutes. The drive through is constantly backed up and can take 20 minutes to get through. Food is good but it's not worth the wait.
Every time I order from this specific location the food is sloppy, the employees either don’t care at all or are just lazy. From sopping wet hard shells to tacos with chunks missing, to “we’re out of ground beef” multiple times, I’m never not disappointed. Go to any other Taco Bell. If this is what the outgoing product looks like what does the inside of the kitchen look like?!
We had placed a mobile order because we were excited to see the Caramel empanadas were back. When we got to the window to pick up our order they asked us if we had any drinks in our order because our order had been wiped from the screen on their end. We said that we did not and shortly after that they told us that they did not have any empanadas left. We asked if we would be able to get a refund and they told us we would have to cancel through the app. When we tried to tell them the app wasn’t giving us the option to cancel they just kept telling us repetitively that they just don’t have any left and weren’t really explaining how we can get get a refund. They kept telling us we need to cancel the order in the app even though the app was only giving me an option to get in contact with Taco Bell. The only solution they gave us after we kept trying to explain that was “we can either replace it with fries or you can contact Taco Bell” and we decided to get into contact with Taco Bell and they eventually gave us the rest of our order and we left. I am disappointed because we go to this location frequently and usually have a pleasant experience but tonight was not. I’m not upset that they sold out, I’m more upset with the communication when it came to finding a solution for a refund.
Placed a mobile order pick up at the drive thru. App told me it would be ready at 9:29am. Pulled into the drive thru to have them tell me that they were closed. How are you closed when you open at 9am? I come to this one from time to time because it is close to my job but every time I come here there is an issue. Either the staff is rude and don’t care. The employees are vaping outside of the back door constantly. They apparently make up their own hours. The parking lot is always dirty and covered in trash. All I want as a consumer spending 20+ dollars at this location is some consistency and for the employees to be kind and courteous.
The food here is fine. But I've been here twice and I've had to sit in the drive thru for over FORTY FIVE MINUETS. I'm watching as these kids sit down outside and talk, I understand that they are allowed to take 15 min breaks, but maybe take them when there isn't a line of 10 cars outside and an even longer one inside
Review as a delivery driver. Staff for the most part are polite but the service is very slow and the wait times never match up to the apps. Expect to wait 10+ minutes even when it's dead. Don't expect to leave for around a half hour if there's anyone else in the store. Place should get better management
Swearing behind the counter, waited at the counter for someone to take our order and no one came over. The drink station had spills all over.
$4 for a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and there's basically nothing in the taco. Not only has the company removed the meal option from the menu, but apparently it is now $4 for some ranch on a couple taco shells and a sprinkle of lettuce. There was less than a teaspoon of meat on the taco as well. The nacho fries were barely half full. I can go to a local Mexican restaurant and pay the same (or less) per taco and have quality and authenticity. Honestly, even for fast food standards, this is pathetic.
Ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Briefly scanned the bag to make sure all my food was there... Arrived home and unloaded the entire bag, collected the nachos from the bottom of the bag. I then put all chips in the nacho bag... this is the entirety of what I was given...
Do not go to this taco bell. I like taco bell and have no issues with other locations, but I got especially ripped off the first and last time I went here. I ordered a cantina bowl, a cantina taco combo, and nacho fries. They completely forgot my bowl and the tacos were so thin and frail that they were thinner than the fries. Apparently they closed at 8 when I went there. They locked everything on their terminals and in app purchases too. Not happy. I use to really really love Taco Bell. Bruno, in management yelled at me ruthlessly; now I'm sick when I think about Taco Bell.
They forget half of your order (that you paid for) and have an attitude the whole time? Coming from someone who also works food service it is not that hard to treat your customers with respect and give them what they paid for but idk that's just me.
I have been trapped in this drive through line for over 40 minutes so far with no way to get out. 6 cars in front of me right now and it has been taking like 10 minutes per car. A complete waste of time and money. I just wish I could leave but I can’t get out of the drive through and I already paid for the food on the app. Upper management needs some serious help
Ordered via app. Upon arrival said they did not have beef, chicken or any other food items. Would not cancel order or refund money. Employees were playing music and playing in the snow outside. Attitude at drive thru asking for a refund.

The usual 30 minute wait as they only wait on drive thru. There were 0 cars in the dt when i went in and placed my order. Yet 4 cars passed through before i got my food. And this is the picture of my straw berry freeze seconds after getting it. Not strawberry and only about half full. By far the worst Taco Bell in the area. Won't return and suggest others avoid.
Used the drive thru, was told to pull to the side where the 3 other people before me were also waiting. Sat there for almost 20 minutes. Then a rude as all hell worker comes out , hands me the wrong order after telling her my order. Had to call her back and she was upset over her not handing me the right order. Stopped through the drive througj today (~2pm) while traveling between work sites. I waited for several minutes at the speaker waiting for a prompt to order, and asked several times if anyone was there. I drove forward to the window and after a minute, saw an employee walking towards the window putting a headset on, make eye contact with me, and walk somewhere in back, never to return. I waited several more minutes but after nobody replied to me calling out, I decided I'm not going into the lobby to receive the same kind of treatment. I've had insanely long wait times at this location before and almost never write reviews but after seeing some of the other recent reviews it seems like it's a constant occurrence at this location and despite the management replying on these ratings, nothing is being fixed. I'll choose another one of the stores on this strip before returning here again. I suggest you do the same. Wild
Is 9 am looking for breakfast. First there is no service at the counter. Had to pull a chair to counter and wait , just to be scolded because I requested breakfast at 9am. Per the attendant. " we didn't get breakfast in the truck. " I would have given zero stars if it was an option. Horrible Customer service. Horrible experience. No wonder the dining room is empty. Would not return to this location if it was the last place in earth.
Hands down the worst Taco Bell in the area. Always forget items, always over done potatoes and always missing key ingredients in the food.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited in line for over 20 minutes when there’s was 3 cars in front of us and it was 9 at night. It was DEAD. And it took forever to get our food. I’m not sure what the night shift was doing but it wasn’t their job. We even placed a mobile order and still waited.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Every table was dirty. The floors disgusting. Condiment table was empty. No napkins. Forks and totally out of mild and medium salsa. Truck was running late. Lol. Mexican pizza dried up and 2 tacos that came with the meal were terrible. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Long wait. Stopped here in middle of 4-hour drive on I-90 and what a mistake.what I thought would be a quick 5-minute break turned into 20+ minutes. And just for simple $2.69 burrito. Only one customer at counter when went in buy worker was busy socializing. Got tired of waiting so order on video screen. Turned around and paid for order and waited 15 minutes. All the while workers maker orders also socializing with each other. Several door dash drivers also stopped in to get orders they expected would be ready but also stuck waiting. Burrito gets 4-5 stars but service hardly 1. Will never stop there again on frequent drives through area.
Update. Another botched visit. Incompetant drive thru cashier. 15 min wait. 1 car ahead of me. Not greeted at speaker. Didnt know what the drink I ordered was. Then my order was missing nachos. Green sauce packet and Im tured of arguing over what I paid for. Or it not being there. Holy crap Im sick of this. I try not to be negative, but this is negative.
This place sucks. I reviewed it a few years ago, and wasn't impressed in the slightest. But last night I decided to give it a try only because any other options were closed. I should have just stopped at cumbys for better food, and service. I would absolutely love the owner to reach out to me personally so we dont air their dirty laundry on the internet.
Tried to get food on the drive thru last night at 11pm and a very rude person told me how they don’t taking orders and only pick up. I asked her isn’t you guys open till like 1am or something ? And she responded that it doesn’t matter because they are backed up. I also told her that I couldn’t get out be air they are like 4 cars in front of me and car behind me. And she told me in a snotty way “they will move Move”. They want more so I’m supposed to stay in the drive thru without making an order and just wait for these cars just there waiting????? And not moving. I had to get out of it car and get the car behind me to move so I could leave this awful Taco Bell. If you can’t be open till that late then change your schedule. And is not that was close to closing time. Was 11p. And they were supposed to be open till 1 or 2. The worse experience. And I hope the owners do something about this. Because apparently it hasn’t as I saw someone else on these reviews with the same experience and still happen yesterday to me after they owner reply that they going to do something about it. 😡😡😡😡
Time after time they just miraculously forget to put the sauce in the bag, must be a tough job
The manager there is constantly on the phone with someone and forgets everything. She’s also rude. I yet again didn’t get my drink and when I add stuff to my order it’s never actually put on it.
If I could give this location a zero I would. I ordered food through the drive thru only to get home and realize they messed up my order. No biggie mistakes happen. I called and was told to come in and they'd refund me for my missing items. I ordered the new Cantina tacos which I did receive but it was a bummer because they also didn't provide the salsa packets. Again mistakes happen and that's not really why I'm writing this review. I returned to this location the next day and went inside I had a family of 3 in front of me. They were served and seated. As I looked around the place it was absolutely filthy. Where they prep food there was trash all over the floor! I waited and waited as the cashier (wish I knew her name) just looked at me, sipped her drink a few times and acted like I wasn't there for almost 20mins!! She NEVER helped me. Eventually I think the manager asked if I was being helped I explained how long I'd been waiting and that I felt like a ghost. She mentioned this to cashier and she could've cared less. I'm not sure this matters but the family she helped was her race and well I'm not. I'm not sure if that has anything to do w her not wanting to help me but regardless she should lose her job. Absolutely disgraceful!
This has to be the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Every time I've been here in the past year or so I've had the worst experience. The employees swear and complain right in front of customers as well as fool around in the dining area like they're at their own house. The orders are always wrong and they take absolutely forever to even make an order. Stay very far away from this place and take your money else where. Never giving this place my money again. Also if you order on the app they cannot and will not give you a refund at the restaurant or even when you try and send an email to get your money back. Either restructure your business from the ground up or close the place down.
We came to this location last night after being at a high school football game as it’s one of the few places open that late and has gluten free options. We placed the order 25 minutes before arriving on the app and there was a huge line when we arrived, waiting close to 15-20 minutes just to tell the person at the speaker our order. When we told them we had a mobile order, the person on the microphone stated they were out of beef. After a minute, a woman came on the microphone and stated that they could substitute chicken or steak. We decided to go for chicken on the nachos Belgrande and to split the 2 taco packs with chicken in 1 and steak on the other. When we got home and checked the contents, the nachos only had 2 pieces of chicken on it, some of the tacos were empty or had almost nothing in them and we were missing the nacho fries entirely. Overall, the wait was almost 45 minutes long, with poor quality food and poor service.
There is simply no words to describe how terrible this place is. I went through the drive through and paid for my order. The young lady handed me my drink.And I waited five more minutes before she looked at me and said, do you need something to which I responded?Yes the food I ordered. She then gave me the wrong order. This belongs to the car behind me.I had to physically get out of the car and hand it back to her. Then when she gave me my order and I checked it, my order was entirely wrong. As with the other Taco Bell in the area, the food was not only not what I ordered. It was made incorrectly cold and greasy.As all heck. Stay away from this place by all means.
Paid 29 dollars for 3 Doritos locos tacos, a crunch wrap, a soft taco, and nachos. Always check your bag before you leave drive thru. The one time we didn't we paid the price Got one Doritos taco, a bean burrito, nachos w no cheese, and one crunch wrap They forgot 3 THINGS. Absolute Trash service and got ripped off
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered on DoorDash the other night, driver calls me and said they don’t have the order. No biggie, I just reorder it. Second driver gets there, calls me and says they don’t have it. I call the Taco Bell and the employee that answers says that they received both of my orders but they were both “stolen”. Fast forward a few days later and I try to order again. This time Taco Bell cancels my order electronically without an explanation.
Honestly the slowest and chaotic fast food spot I’ve ordered from, I tried to give them a fair chance a few times, especially with lunch break it’s one of the closest things and you would be under the impression it’s a fast food chain with mobile order option to get your food the soonest but not only did it take 30 minutes just to get my order, it was the wrong order completely so I had to go back in the store and wait another 15 minutes just to get the right order along with 5 other people waiting for their pick up. I’m usually understandable especially I’ve worked in fast food before but Jesus.
Today's experience was one of the worst at a Taco Bell. I ordered on the app, went inside, and am waiting for my order. Twenty-seven minutes later I am asking about where my order is, as several people came in after me, ordered inside, got their food, and left. I am watching them making it finally and not even looking at what I ordered. I complained, and I never did get the correct item.
The place was out of mild sauce. Very dirty. Both tables and floors. It is the dirtiest taco bell ever and the staff were sitting around chatting. I had to wipe my own table off. The staff person handed me a wet cloth....and walked away. Who ever owns this franchise needs to stop in more often.
Stopped by this location for lunch. My first time there. I ordered a bean burrito and a Dragon Brisk drink. Burrito was warm at best. Most of the cheese wasn't melted. Dragon Brisk drink was mostly carbonation. They need to either balance the mix better or change the Bag-In-Box (BIB) since the syrup was almost out. It was like drinking colored seltzer water. I ended throwing out 3/4 of the burrito and 99% of the drink. What a waste of money. Never again. That was my first and last time I stop at that Taco Bell.
This is the worst taco bell ive ever been to in 30 years on this planet. Lobby closed sometimes. Food always wrong. Miserable staff, insane wait times in drive through. Avoid at all costs. Go to Troy location.
The service is very bad. They talk like dogs. I drove to pick up food for customers. They shouted like they were not willing to serve. The staff is a white, old woman with white hair. If you are not ready to serve, go home and sleep. I feel sorry for the business owner who hired such a bad staff.
From paying for my order to getting the food it took 15 minutes of sitting at the window waiting. Already paid and received drinks. Once we got the food, order was very incorrect and took another 20 minutes of waiting at the counter. First time coming to this location and will be the last. Not surprised on the recent reviews… 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Employees are unable to count, it's crazy how unmedicated the employees are here as well as the glemont location. Not even exaggerating, there has been at least one item missing every single order for the last 10 orders between these two locations. There is also usually something screwed up as well, but that is not every time.
I’m not saying you have to love your service job, but maybe don’t make the customers feel like they’re ruining your entire day simply by being there. Unless you want to be met with sighs, eye rolls, and short nasty attitudes, I suggest finding another location.

I've been many times times now over the last few years. Slowest drive through I've ever been to. I've seen people get out of their car and ask people to back up so they could leave after the line didn't move for 10 minutes. They've also forgotten several items every single time I've ordered. The food that I've gotten has always a been fine though.

I’ll edit my rating from last year to keep it one star but to add how terrible this Taco Bell is. It takes a half hour to get your order (while you wait in line unable to turn around or leave) and they’ll disappear mid-order only to get it wrong anyway. Every. Single. Time. Always missing things- like six dollar items just completely not in the bag. These people are incompetent.
Awful service. The line is always huge, and my order is wrong every single time without fail. Also there was like 3 employees out there smoking in a van outside the front door. This is why the order is always wrong. Im done wasting my money here
I had a bad experience and would not recommend this to anyone. I just had a late night take out from this Taco Bell location by drive through. We had to wait in long lines for almost 30min and after all that wait, the cashier (Macey) got my order wrong (I am charged for 2 chicken tacos where I got only one and even it does not have any chicken in it). I did not have patience to go again and discuss this in the line, as I know it would have taken another hour easily and it’s not worth it. I am not going again to this place and would not recommend to anyone. Please concentrate on your work and make sure nobody has to face this kind of situation.
I'd give this location negative stars if I could. This is the worst location. Went before and was told they were all out of meat. Then went yesterday to give another chance. Ordered on the app to make it easy. Drove over, woman verified my order at the speaker and told me to pull up. Came to the window and verified my order again and then shut the window on me. Another woman came and told me that my order would take too long to cook. Told me I could choose something else. I told her I ordered what I wanted and if they couldn't make it, then it's want a refund. She said they couldn't give me a refund because I ordered through the app. I told her that didn't make sense. Then she closed the window and another woman came and told me they were out of what I ordered. I told her the girl before her said they were out. She then said they were all frozen and it's be two days before they could cook my order. Then told me that I needed to contact the app for a refund and shut the window. Most unprofessional experience, left with no money and no food. Shut this place down or get better staff. I want my money back. Edit to add: from the other reviews that I have just read, seems like the staff and people managing this location just don't really care. All of the responses say "we can do better". Yes, when you are that bad there is no where to go but up, and yet there is no improvement. The employees are getting paid to consistently be lazy and waste others time and money. They don't deserve employment.
my partner & i started to go to this taco bell a bit ago because it was good. now any time we come, everything is incorrectly made or items are old/stale/rock solid. every time we come to this location the whole staff is new & most have no idea what they’re doing - they cannot seem to hold onto staff for very long. everyone also seems more interested in getting food for customers out the door more than accuracy of food. as a vegetarian, getting meat in my food always is frustrating. i wouldn’t be surprised if someone ended up in the hospital due to incorrectly made food
This place is usually not great, but damn it somehow keeps getting worse. We put in a mobile order, then waited 30 min (the app never moved past the ‘recieved’ stage) to head over and pick it up through the drive through. When we got there They didn’t know about our order and when we pulled up to the window our mobile order finally switched to “order is being prepared”. At this point it had been 40 min for a special box order and a quesadilla. Our food was finally given (practically tossed) to us and we had to remind the cashier that we also ordered (and paid for) some sauce. We didn’t actually get the specific sauce we ordered, she just silently handed us a handful of hot sauce.
This is truly the most pathetic fast food joint I have ever been to. Once in the drive thru, you can't leave unless you want to wreck your vehicle over the curb, and no matter how little business they have, customers 'often' have to wait 10+ minutes to even order their food. We're just sitting in a line with no cars while employees are smoking in their car under the evident approval of their manager. The handful of times I've been here, the order has not once been correct and the employees give you less than what you pay for. Taco Bell has had quite the fall from grace over the last fifteen years and this store is the epitome of everything wrong with the franchise now. I'd be embarrassed to own this store.
I’ve emailed and complained through the app and have never gotten a response. Taco Bell used to be my favorite but it has gone down hill so much. The wait times sometimes are more than 45 minutes after you order food. The drive through sometimes is even worse. The food is never right and the employees have attitudes. Idk why I keep coming back because this Taco Bell just makes me never want to eat at another Taco Bell ever again. I went to TB in WI, and they know what they’re doing. But this is my local Taco Bell and i have no other options!
Wild experience. After putting in the order with a single person ahead of us we waited 30+ min without the person in front of us getting their food. After they finally gave it to them, it was our turn. They handed us a massive bag of things we did not order. We reiterated our order (two meals, two drinks) and the drive thru attendant was insistent that one of the meals had more food in it then we claimed. They left to get our drinks, and when they returned still refused to take the food back and only gave us a single drink and shut the window. At that point we just left. Found out we were charged $40+ (For two? At Taco Bell?!) and the bag had enough food to feed a family of six. Good luck to the people behind us, who also had to wait forever. Maybe we got your meal. The location is plagued with order issues, weird wait times, and not being properly stocked. We've been trapped in lines before to have the attendant tell us they were the only one working there when we arrived. We've gone only to have them eventually tell us they were out of beef, which seems nuts. Multiple times we've gone and been trapped in a line (By the design of the place, once you are in you are in, there is no way to leave) for long stretches of time. We'll never go again, but best of luck to those that do.
These poor employees had no products. They were out of everything, and probably getting yelled at with no support. Due to that the items I got were not up to par.

This is just a joke! Who in their right mind think this is a side of sour cream? Serious lack of care is the only experience I had tonight. Fast food shouldn’t take this long, be this inconvenient, and inconsistent. The drive through was the only thing open on a Thursday night. It makes no sense. So because my orders messed up I need to sit and wait in a long line. Save your time and don’t come.
This Taco Bell location used to be our go-to due to their order accuracy and quickness. That is no longer true. If you decide to come to this location, pack a lunch. The drive-thru wait times are atrocious. On several occasions we've sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I understand some restaurants are short-staffed and food takes time to prepare. But waiting over 15 minutes in a drive-thru line without even so much as an apology is unacceptable. Our most recent visit today involved waiting in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes. After several cars left, we pulled up to the intercom to place our order and began waiting again. We waited a few minutes without being greeted before we decided to try our luck at the drive-thru window. Upon pulling up to the window, we saw an employee with a headset resting on top of her head. For a brief second i thought i could get her attention as she appeared to look out the window at me. But then she turned and walked away. We then parked our car and I entered the restaurant. There were several people inside the lobby waiting to place an order by using the tablets. Because I placed and paid for my order through the Taco Bell app, I moved to the counter and waited to be helped. And after a brief moment, I was helped by one of the employees. Had we not placed our order thru the Taco Bell app and already been charged, we wouldn't have waited nearly as long as we did. The long wait and lack of customer service we experienced today is inexcusable. At no point in time did any employee apologize for the long wait. Furthermore, there was no explanation given for such a long wait. We will not be returning to this location.
40 minutes later and I still did not get my food. The absolute worst service and location there is. Unacceptable!!
My husband and I stopped in Taco Bell at 2/9 6:30 we were order number 210 did inside on kiosk 1 and were waiting for order Several people who came in after us got there food befor us so then a women who worked there says what r u waiting for my husband says order name and she then begins to swear and refuses to make our order we then felt uncomfortable her or no one were doing our order we paid for she proceeded to talk rudely about us in back until finally a man named Kevin came and we told him what was going on and he got our order we felt so uncomfortable we ate in the car we no customer service is hard and can be alot but neither one of us were rude or disrespectful to this women her attitude was uncalled for and as dash driver I don’t even want go in there now pick up Order and sadly don’t ever want go back in there again no reason treat people that way at all
To start off I had to delete my previous one star review from three years ago in order to write this one. The quality of service and the food at this Taco Bell is consistently horrible. My entire order tonight was filled with tacos half filled or just made incorrectly. I tried getting a couple of those new crispy chicken tacos tonight but they both had a single piece of chicken in them, not even enough to fill the whole tortilla. I will never be going to this Taco Bell again since it has literally been years of consistently bad service. I will be telling people I know they should never come here and I advise you tell your friends the same. Just horrible.
Literally the slowest, least professional Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered online for asap pickup, came to the store 15 minutes later to pickup. No one in the store to talk to, 30 minutes later I get someone from the kitchen who say’s essentially tough luck we’re busy. Over 50 minutes later it’s done. The storefront is covered in trash and the workers definitely show that they aren’t paid enough to care.
Stood by the counter for 20 minutes and no one said anything to me, they just kept staring at me. Manager came out and was very helpful. Also missing food from my order so I had to go back in. They can at least greet people even if they cant use the POS to take an order - "Hi! Someone will be with you in a minute!" "Are we picking up?" - I get working a minimum wage job isnt fun but you can still greet people not ignore them
Waited in like for over 30 min...never checked my bag and the order was not even close. I spent $20 and got about $5 of food from someone elses order in the bag. Terrible experience
Waited in line 27 mins just to ORDER. Another 16 to get our order. Rude unapologetic employees, and a drive thru a with 8 people behind me and 6 in front..: meanwhile a team of management having a “meeting” at the front of the store.
Visited this horrible location on 2/4 just a bit before 11pm after being in the emergency room with my son for 6 hours. Initially, only one car was ahead of me at the drive thru...I ordered my food at the speaker with no problem. When I pulled forward, the car in front of me was waiting for their food for 10 minutes at the window. (So its now been 10 minutes that im waiting behind them) They get their food. I pay at 11:04PM at the window for my food, where I then proceed to sit for another 20 minutes at the window. No one addresses me and says it will be a wait. There are several employees on by the way. The cashier is on her phone texting and other people appear to be walking back and forth. At this point there is also about 6 cars behind me waiting. At around 11:23 I am finally handed my food, no apologies just "here you go." I said to the employee (black guy) "wow, thats crazy.." he said what? And I said "that wait..that is crazy" and he said "mhm" and SLAMMED the drive through window shut. I drove away and a couple of cars behind me who had ordered food but not yet paid, sped away very pissed off as they'd been waiting FOREVER AS WELL. Mind you, my order was....2 chalupas meal with a sprite...and a crunch wrap with no tomatoes or lettuce. Not like i ordered much. Horrible location, horrible employees. I complained on the taco bell corporate site about this, still haven't heard back. Oh and my food was cold and floppy. I want a refund. Let's see if the owner cares. Hire competent people.
Waited in line with two other customers for 10 min as multiple employees walked by not saying a word to us. A customers walked out and said that we needed to yell to them if we wanted to order. Me and one other customer walked out after waiting 15 min without any staff saying anything to us.
The past two times I’ve been here I’ve ordered a large nacho fry and got the smaller one, not even filled up… Yesterday we got 3 cheesy Gordita crunches and only requested they have no lettuce and they didn’t put cheese or spicy ranch in them… I know you’re probably short staffed but for it to take 20 minutes to get food through the drive thru, it should be correct.
About 3 weeks ago, This restaurant was "open" with the employees inside yelling at eachother and the lobby doors locked. After waiting in the parking lot, a doordasher finally got them to open the door. I placed my order at the kiosk, as the employees were getting yelled at by the manager to clock out & go home. I waited at the counter to pay for 10 minutes before I finally just called someone over myself. The employee then opened the cash drawer to $0 in the register. I got angry and snatched my money back and left. I used to work at taco bell for 5 years, it's literally not that difficult.
If you are in the capital region avoid this taco bell, there are long wait times and you will most likely get poor quality food if you get what you order at all. I assume the franchise owner of this location is incompetent.
I’m begging you not to go through the drive through. There’s no escape once you’re in line, you can be waiting 20 or more minutes and there’s no where for you to go. I ordered a single Diet Coke and had to wait 25 minutes, I would have left but my only option was taking my car over a curb and down a small grassy median. When I got to the window I sat for another 10 minutes just looking at my drink on the counter, no one even came by to hand it to me. I was knocking on the window hahaha. Do not go here if you’re in a rush.
All the employees working on Saturday night Oct 25th around 7:40pm had a horrible attitude especially the short one with dreads. They all look like they dont even want to work there and give a sluggish attitude while backtalking with an attitude just for asking a question. I was polite. Short one with dreads Tosses the customers food I was delivering with an attitude, and when the other bag arrives he doesnt even let me know(purposelyfully done with an attitude). Talked with others customers about this and they agree the employees are just horrible there.
Not only was I handed a half full beverage but was charged for something I didn't order. After I was refunded I drove around and to my surprise I did not get what I ordered so I had to go inside and get the correct order. Overall it was terrible experience
DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I waited 40 minutes for just a $7 box. Other door dashers were waiting even longer. Haven't been to Taco Bell in months, now I see why. I'll never be going to Taco Bell again.
There was white clumps of god knows what in my drink. I bought soft tacos and the tortilla itself was hard and the taco was basically just filled up with cheese. The meat that was there had spots of grey. I would not recommend to anyone. I also ordered and paid for a side that I never got. This staff does not know how to do their job.
Worst service ever. Late night, all the people in the restaurant are on their phones not paying attention. When you get to the drive thru to talk, you cant even hear the girl AND you can hear her talking on her cell phone. They tell you that you cant place an order with her because they are short staffed. So you can only mobile order. I got here at 1146pm. It is now 1230am and im just getting to the window and it takes the girl 5 min to even open to address me. Partly because shes walking around the restaurant with her phone in her hand having a conversation. Worst experience ever.
Seriously??? Not only did they only had soft or hard shell taco nothing else took over 10 minutes to take the order, the food was cold gave us the wrong order and the few tacos that we actually ordered had one miniscule piece of chicken on the taco. Like how are you in business just close for the day and actually and go back to training because you desperately need it.
I drove to this tbell after the other one said they were only taking door dash. The woman on intercom said that i could place an order on door dash but she wouldnt make it. Said they were under staffed. I pulled up and there was a party in the lobby at midnight 8 people 3 behind the counter. Avoid this tbell at all costs.
Very disappointed with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. After a long drive, we went to Taco Bell at 1am, excited to get food from one of the only places in our area that’s not a gas station. When we got there, they told us that they were only serving hard or soft tacos. Nothing else. We were disappointed yet still ordered tacos. When we got our order, it was clear that the tacos were thrown carelessly in the bag so many of them broke. The tacos barely had toppings on it and sauce was forgotten after we asked for it. I understand that it is late at night, but if a business says they’re open for another hour then they should still be serving the majority of their menu. We were going to be placing a rather large order and this location lost out on a lot of money because of this situation. I hope something can be resolved for future customers.
UPDATE: DO NOT COME HERE! Tried it ONE VERY LAST TIME and it was WORSE than my previous visits!! How does Taco Bell run out of GROUND BEEF?! And then NOT TELL the customers and just add chicken instead of beef with NO WARNING!!!!! I truly do hate having to make a negative comment about a restaurant because I do understand stuff happens and that’s ok! But this is the THIRD time, in a row, going to this location and they STILL forget an item. Tonight I was missing the chalupa that was in the $5 box….last time I was missing the 5 layer burrito…time before that it was missing a taco and after repeating several times NOOOO sour cream, everything I did get had sour cream. Most employees are friendly but the constant forgetting stuff is so annoying. And the one time I did ask about a missing item I was given an attitude and wasn’t given anything. I won’t give this store my business anymore. In the pics was my final time ordering there on 1/21/24. Drove off with only half my order correct and the other half they screwed up but refused to take back. Disgusting!!!!!
I ordered food and got that after almost 45 mins. They were completing orders for people that came in after me. I am not sure what took so long. I forgot to get my burrito grilled so I requested them that they do but when I double checked with them if they grilled it, they said they did but in reality it was not grilled. The quality of the food was not great either ( burrito torn and not properly wrapped, chalupa over fried). All they did was give me free cinnamon bites to make up for their mistake. I would rather drive far and go to other Taco Bells than ever come back here. I would give zero stars if I could.
