This was my first time at this location and I loved the area plus the customer service... I tried the kickin cajun chicken wrap and it was very delicious... It's packed with so much flavor and the and peppers mix very well... (Not too spicy) Definitely a must try 😋

Food was good. I like jimmy johns WAY Better than Subway. This location is under new management and they did a catering job for my coworkers and I and just absolutely killed it. Appreciate you guys being so professional and on point food was even delivered 10 minutes earlier than expected way to be freaky fast.

We had an executive event at our company and the Jimmy John's Catering provided a perfect solution for a quick and neat lunch using the lunch boxes - everyone was satisfied, and food arrived promptly on time.

Very impressive. Was able to handle our large order with ease. Food quality was outstanding. We will be placing another large sandwich order for our next event with these guys!

I’ve been ordering catering from Jimmy John’s for quite a while, and I always have a great experience. Chris is always incredibly helpful when I place my orders, making sure everything is just right. When picking up the food, the staff is always friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and easy process. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious, and the convenience of catering has made it my go-to spot for work events. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite team go-to establishments! Ordering online is simple, quick and the options are clear. Whether I pick up or have the food delivered, the order is always accurate and fresh.

Ordered 6 subs to go, staff acted bothered when I walked in the door to pick up. Not really a friendly welcome or atmosphere. Order was technically correct however they skimped on everything and it looked very thrown together. Usually a BIG fan of Jimmy John’s, can’t say I will be ordering from this particular location again. UPDATE: I have worked with this location based on my prior review and they have been more than gracious in making sure I had a better experience. I have updated my review to reflect my rating to the five stars that they now deserve. I received a new order and there were zero complaints or issues. Chris helped me organize and everything ordered was fresh and delicious. The staff were welcoming and very kind. 100% turn around for a much better experience. Will be ordering some catering boxes in the near future.

Crystal and Asher were very kind and the type of service I received from them is rare these days. I was in awe of my experience from beginning to end. My sandwich was very tasty and came out much faster than I anticipated too. Don't go anywhere else. ❤️

Wow! I am surprised yet very great full at the same time. I left a not so pleasant review a while back and the Franchise Owner himself reached out to me saying that he is trying to correct mistakes from even back then from Management. Working in a professional environment myself, this is very attractive for any company/organization. He was sincere, apologetic and kind. I look forward to this change that is being made because I do love me some Jimmy John’s LOL. I am happy to say, I will start getting my orders from the Campbell location again. Thank you so much (Mr. Franchise Owner, didn’t want to drop names) for being so kind and taking accountability. Very impressive!

Excellent sandwich experience with fast, friendly, and professional service. The space was a bit small and congested, but good enough. Only missed five stars because tables were dirty.

Here are a couple of pics of the sand which delivered. $20 (includes the additional tip for door dasher). I’m completely unsatisfied with the contents of the sandwich. I have a better experience with Jersey Mike’s. The quick delivery was what kept this from being a single star review.
