Deshawndria very patient, very professional, kept a smile, and had the best customer service I've had at a Wingstop. She definitely manager ready. I watch her multitask and she work in a timely matter. She even told me about the survey. Im sure my wings will be good. Her and the other lady Sham had the same energy. It's very busy in here but these two ladies and the cooks in the back held it down with frustration. Im one of the ones who watch and do reviews because I work hard for my money and I expect the best customer service any restaurant etc could give me. And I'm 100% satisfied with my service.

I usually place my orders online or over the phone and don’t often have the chance to interact with the staff in person. Today I decided to come in and place my order in-store, and I’m so glad I did. A young lady named Deshawandria helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. My fiancé and I came to wingstop and the lady at the counter was very welcoming and friendly, she made us feel at home, which is very rare at any other wing stop locations. The service is always super fast and our food is cooked to perfection.

Love the garlic parmesan chicken strips. The chain is crispy on the outside and moist and yummy on the inside. The staff at this location is great, super helpful and friendly.
Some chicken places just "wing it", but not Wingstop. For tasty wings at a reasonable price, they always stick the landing. Plenty of flavors to choose from including classics like buffalo and lemon pepper, and they're available bone-in or boneless(nugget style). Sides are also great with more than fries to choose from. Just know that orders can take from 15 to 20 minutes, so if you're in a hurry, you might call in ahead of time or use their app. Sure there's other wing places, but they're over priced and sometimes you have to tip a waitress. This is a great family choice if you're on a budget. Fly in today, you won't be disappointed.
My niece wanted wingstop and the service was fast, the food was fresh, and the store was clean. Will definitely return to this location.

I had a great experience at wingstop. The food took a decent amount of time to come out but hopefully that just means they make these fresh. They were really upfront about the time it would take and there were plenty of people working in the kitchen. I had the lemon pepper wings and my girlfriend had the classic Buffalo wings and both were great. The fries were nice and crispy but throughout the whole order, everything was just a bit too salty for both me and my girlfriend. Especially the fries. But the food was good and the pricing is fair. Will be back if we can get a bit less salt on the fries and the wings
My kids and I have always loved coming to this Wingstop but I have to say every since the big woman with wild hair started working there it’s gone down A LOT! The one reason a person order online is for time and convenience on Saturday August 30, 2025 @ 4pm I visited this location in Richardson. To my disappointment my food was not ready and my guest are waiting on me then I was told it haven’t even been start while the big woman with wild hair everywhere told my oh well as if it’s no big deal as she proceeded to text or playing games on her phone! I’ve been coming to this Wingstop for over 10yrs and never received that kind of treatment but after that I will take my business elsewhere and hopefully the owner find better people to represent is business! To top it off my chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Ordered extra seasoning on fries, got less than if I ordered regular seasoning at any other location. Also had Louisiana rub tenders and it appears they forgot the seasoning as these tasted plain with no spice. Overall very skimpy on seasonings.
Went today and ordered well done. Boom get back to work and they are soft not fried any additional time what so ever. Call the store and I'm guessing the manager in charge said they only cook them for 15 minutes. I replied that when I order them at different locations it's at least 20 25 for well done. She then says well they're corporate and we are not like what the hell! So basically you cook them how YOU want, Not to mention when I walked in EVERY female that works there was on their cellphones. Even the cashier that took my order. If I could I'd give this place a Zero without a doubt. If you want good wings run somewhere else because this location ain't it.
Posting as a delivery driver who used to order for myself from this store. YOU LEGALLY CANNOT MAKE DELIVERY DRIVERS SHOW YOU THEIR PHONE. That is illegal in the State of Texas. Also, discriminating against delivery drivers is illegal also. I'm not a thief. I prioritize a job over some whack chicken. I don't care who's stolen from you before, but it isn't me. AND TO FOLLOW ME TO MY CAR AND TAKE PICTURES and then get in my face trying to touch me. Absolutely not. And also to that uneducated employee, telling me she's going to disbar me; ma'am I'm not a lawyer, therefore not associated with the bar.
Food not cook well at all and I asked for it well done. Fries were not lemon pepper fries like I ordered and also bought and extra ranch and they didn’t put in in the bag. I live far away and this is not right horrible that they don’t put attention to what they’re doing.
I just want to say 10:55 A.M. is way to early for a persons attitude to be so nasty. When entering it should be a greeting as I hadn’t even made it to the counter not a scream of how can I help you then proceed to loudly scream the name of the order when placing it on the counter and walking off, like calm down it’s nobody else even in here!!!! Apparently this girl had to work today and doesn’t have a valentine, so please advise her of her attitude before it gets adjusted! Thanks MGT
First let me start off by saying that Wing Stop as a restaurant has the best wings, fries and ranch on the planet! Great flavorful wings with a unique seasoning twist on the fries and the ranch is made to perfection for dipping! However they are mostly franchised out so they are all different in their own manner (owners). This particular establishment is very slow with orders and this is the third time I've had an incident happen at this location. so I will no longer be dining at this particular store. The last straw was when I took my daughters to dine there on June 27th 2019, we placed our order and began to wait. As we noticed everyone else getting their orders we began to worry. So i politely approached the cashier to ask the status of our order. Her worried face said it all... they hadn't even begun to work on it! I politely and quietly reminded her that we had been waiting longer than 20 minutes. She apologized and went to grab the manager. The manager on shift at this time was Marcus who personally came to me and explained that they had overlooked our order but that he would grant me a 50% discount on my next order, he even wrote it down on the receipt with his name (as seen on in the picture). This was a great little gesture because even though by this point I was annoyed, frustrated and very hungry it gave me trust and hope that they would try and do right after their own negligence. I calmly thanked him and we waited. The next week we wanted to cash in on our 50% discount and grab some wings! So I place the order by phone and reminded the cashier that we have the discount by Marcus written on the receipt, she understood and said to bring it in. Upon arrival I show the cashier the receipt and she hands it to the manager. Solaida questioned the receipt and then makes a phone call to Marcus I can only assume the call was to authenticate the discount. But after a few minutes on the phone she comes to me and says that Marcus said that the discount was only for the same amount of the previous order and not the new (24 pck vs 75 pck). I began to explain that was not written nor explained when Marcus told me he would uphold the discount on my next order. She then went back to the phone as if to play phone tag but came back and just repeated what she had originally said as if I was incompetent to comprehend the first time. I politely and quietly (so not to cause a scene) explained to her that if she was not going to uphold the discount that I will not be paying for the wings and further more no longer be dining there. She said that she would not be upholding the discount on my order. I then thanked her but told her I would not be taking the wings. She said ok. The business took a loss of 75pck but even more they lost retention of a great customer. I did grab a business card before I left and was about to call Shayla who was determined as the general manager at the time. But at this point it was very late and did not want to bother anyone at that time. I just drove down the street to Canes and they quickly fulfilled my order. There were so many different elements that went wrong here, communication between managers, the correct training or SOP's for the business ect. but I don't blame the managers nor the employees for these incidents. As a business owner myself I believe it is our job as leaders to make sure that these type of issues are corrected and that they don't happen again. It boils down to the leadership and if the standard of operations or protocols are not clear to the employees/managers than the blame is on you. Please do not respond with a copy and pasted response. There are plenty of same reviews on your google place page. At this point I am not looking for a coupon just corrections that will uphold the WingStop brand and taste. Was a Friday night and they are supposed to close at 1am. I went with some friends after work at 10 and told us they are closed and we cannot order in a very rude manner. This is weird for this type of place and it happens often.
We ordered WingStop tonight because my wife saw a TikTok recommending Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan wings with extra ranch dip. She was so excited and even paid extra ranch to the order just for that flavor combo But when we picked up the order and got home – guess what? No ranch. The one thing she was most looking forward to was missing I called the store immediately, and the lady at the front counter seemed like it was her first day. She had no clue how to handle a refund. First, she told me they could only give me store credit, but couldn’t explain how I would receive it. Every question I asked, she went “let me ask my management.” Finally, after back-and-forth confusion, the manager stepped in and refunded it to my Apple Pay. It shouldn’t have been this hard for a simple missing item refund But by then, our dinner mood was already ruined. The wings were dry without the ranch dip we ordered and paid extra for. The front counter staff should double-check orders before handing them out. A simple missing sauce cost them a “good” review and a non-repeat customer
