I have not eaten at a Schlotzsky's since there was one where the Starbucks is in Cordova! And it was just as good as I had hoped it would still be. I couldn't decide so opted for a pizza and sandwich. Both were absolutely wonderful, and lasted for a few lunches! *Picture of the BBQ Chicken & Jalapeno Pizza~delicious!

Schlotzsky’s in Memphis is a terrific nutritious lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Many restaurants are understaffed and this one is not an exception. However, the servers never lost their cool. They were kind, professional and the food was delicious. We split a mix match pizza and sandwich. It was just the right amount for us. Thanks guys!! We see you. Great job! Thank you for making Sunday lunch a good start to our week.

Food is hot and great, Service is surprisingly good, Order the personal pizza supreme, legit awesome(waay better than subways pizza) Atmosphere is good with electronic charging stations My take away are the chairs, glutes will be hurting as time passes.

1st time here, didn't know what to expect. I had the original sandwich which was fulfilling. We went around 6:30 during the week so it wasn't packed. I will go and try a different sandwich next time..

I think this is the only location in Memphis. Saying that, the place is alright. Memphis is Memphis so staff will be rude in almost any restaurant here. I just got used to it, you can’t take things personal. Memphis is rude in general. The food here is alright. The original sandwich is my fav. It’s pricey but the bread is straight fire.

Fiesta chicken sandwich is great! Jalapeno chips are a great side for that sandwich. Their sourdough bread is light and goes great with their sandwiches! No wait at this location, and friendly and fast service.

Bad customer service,rude behaviour .Order sandwich twice and said out of bread.Store close at 8pm and every time they close early before closing time. Got wrong to-go order when I went home open my pizza it was sandwich instead of pizza. When I was eating my sandwich lady trying to pull us out of store instead of completely my food she say closing store early she trying to clean table while we dining in..

Placed an online order and was called and told they couldn’t make it because everyone was sick. I was told I could get a refund online—there was no refund option anywhere. When I called back, they said they don’t have access to online payments, and instead of fixing the refund, they suddenly decided to make the sandwich anyway. If staff is too sick to make food, they shouldn’t be making it at all. Confusing, unprofessional, and concerning from a health standpoint. Won’t order from Schlotzsky’s again.

I ordered an Turkey and cheese sandwich when I got off work. I open it to eat it when I get home. There is no turkey or cheese. Only lettuce and tomatoes. Now they want me to drive back 8 miles to get what I ordered.

Ordered from door dash French dip very expensive! The sour dough bread was GROSS THE LITLLE BIT OF ROAST BEEF WAS FATTY!!!! JUST a horrible sandwich!!!

Ordered online. Went to pick it up. Staff was friendly but when I got home the sandwich I ordered had the stem side of a tomato with barley anything on it. The avocado I ordered and paid extra for had very little. They left out a Mac and cheese I ordered and the salad looks like it has been in the fridge for over a week. I called but the line was busy waited a while to call back and no one picked up. I would highly suggest making sure you order somewhere else.
