Really enjoyed our dim sum here! The dishes were fresh and well-made — juicy har gow, soft steamed buns, tender tripe, silky cheung fun, and a very nicely roasted pigeon. The fish noodle soup was light and soothing, perfect to round out the meal. A reliable spot for a satisfying dim sum feast. Will return!

Great food! We came here for dinner and got the Peking duck + 4 dishes of choice bundle for 138$. Delicious duck, we get the leftover meat from the carcass too. Try the sautéed green beans if you can, they are amazing. We also went there for 10 AM dim sum, which was as good as dinner.

A Culinary Gem in Richmond Hill As frequent travelers from New York City, we’ve had our share of dining experiences, but our visits to this exceptional Chinese restaurant in Richmond Hill have set a new standard. This was our second time dining here, and it has quickly become our go-to spot upon crossing into Canada. From the moment we walked in, the warm and attentive service made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a genuine level of hospitality, and it’s clear that the staff here truly values their guests. We opted for the set menu along with the renowned Peking duck, and we were not disappointed. The flavors were authentic and the dishes were prepared with an evident passion for quality. The Peking duck, in particular, was a standout—crispy, flavorful, and simply delicious. To top it all off, we received a generous coupon on our first visit due to spending over $500, which was a delightful surprise and added to the overall exceptional experience. This restaurant has become more than just a dining destination for us; it’s a cherished part of our travel routine. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch Chinese cuisine and stellar service. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Nice Cantonese cuisine located at the south east corner of Weldrick and Bayview. There is a large parking lot with accessible options. The food here is better than the offerings in the area. Peking duck, sucking pig, Alaskan king crab, lobster all surpassed expectations. The service here is very efficient and friendly. Pricing is very competitive and well worth the monies for the product received Definitely coming back for many more meals

We celebrated two milestone birthdays with a wonderful Alaskan crab dinner along with lobster, suckling pig and steamed fish. Service was impeccable and food was tasty as always. We had a private room and enjoyed the evening very much. Highly recommend Yang’s for your fine dining needs.

Dinner with 5 friends on last Sunday. Ordered the Peking duck special dinner combo. Good food quality and the dishes portions are great and tasty. Reasonable price. They added 12% service charge automatically. Excellent services especially the server named Dennis. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The service at Yang's is top-notch. We've come here a few times now with our family and have never been disappointed. Food comes out really quickly and the servers were very attentive to our needs. We had a small child with us and we requested a high chair which they brought out for us. We really appreciate the extra steps they took to make our dining experience feel exceptional. Also the food has always been delicious. Highly recommend the salted egg yolk deep fried lobster and the lobster congee

dim sum here was legit! Everything here was so delicious and on point! Service was quick and churning orders out very fast. They also do double checks of orders to ensure its all there, which is a nice touch! it can be a little bit pricey but you get quality for what you pay for. Delicious and definitely on the list for regular dim sum visits! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for more amazing pics and content!

Great place! One of the biggest perks is that they are very efficient with seating; getting a reservation even on the day of was quick and hassle-free. The food quality is high, though I’d say it’s definitely on the pricier side for dim sum compared to other spots in the area. You’re paying a bit of a premium, but the convenience and the clean, modern atmosphere make it worth the visit. Great for a last-minute lunch that still feels upscale.

The food quality was average, but the Peking duck was on sale for only $20, so it's worth recommending. The stir-fried noodles with bean sprouts in soy sauce was good.

A long time chinese resturant at richmond hill ontario. Nice spacious place with good food and good price. Lot of dinner combos and dim sum combos at morning and afternoon .

There is a 20% off special on weekdays. So went on a weekday morning just when it opened at 10am. The special pricing is not dependent on time. You can stay as long as you like. Don’t need to leave before 11am like some other places. Therefore, no issue finding parking. Opened on time. Service was friendly and attentive. On the whole, food quality was good. However, the shrimp dumpling was on the small side, not worth the price (size L). Even with the promo pricing, 8 dishes came out to approx $70. 12% tips was slapped on automatically. Not that I like it, but that’s not a surprising move nowadays.

We were a party of 10. We made reservations ahead of time. The interior is very nice. We had the 2 duck dishes. They were tasty. The sweet and sour pork, pretty standard. Scallops with tofu dish, was very tasty. Beef tenderloin with snow pea tips was ok. The black bean green beans were alright. My kids said it was spicy? We also had the salt and pepper pork chops, even though it said ribs...they were dry. The service was good. Washroom were ok. This is cash only restaurant. I don't believe they take cards.

Restaurant is simple , spacious with nice ambiance. Service is friendly and prompt. Price is slightly on the expansive side Food quality is pretty good ……..and portion is plenty Once you walked in the restaurant , you will notice the restaurant is surrounded by series of live seafood tanks: king crab; lobsters; Dungeness crab, a few different live fishes……. There are many different species for you to choose from…… and fresh quality is guaranteed because 15 minutes before they are being served , they were alive ……. Parking Plenty of parking around the restaurant

Food was fine. They have live music on Tuesday and Friday nights. Environment is simple and not luxurious

Decent food for the most part and price wise, but the service was not good. We kept having to ask for separate bowls four times before we got it. They also forgot a dish and when we asked about it they said they don't have that available and forgot to tell us in the beginning, which was a bit upsetting. I'm not sure if the service was bad because we were put in one of the back rooms but it didn't stay well with us. The mango sago dessert was disappointing but the other dishes were typical.

I’d give maybe 3.5 stars for this restaurant. We reserved a room for our party of 10, service was pretty good. We ordered one of the set dinners with lobsters and crab. Steamed lobsters were undercooked, told them and they promptly took it back and reheat, however this dish tasted blend, nothing to write home about. The crab dish was also ok, rest of the meal was pretty good but again nothing exciting. Service was good with dish changing and constant asking if we needed help and if food was ok. The restaurant closes at 9pm on weekdays which was to our surprise, we were actually asked to leave (in a polite way) as it was past their closing time. Guess the restaurant is not getting a lot of dinner business so they decided to close early.

Good atmosphere and service is good. We ordered 10 pound lobster and the steam lobster came out raw and they took it back to recook and it’s overcook. Big disappointment. I would expect better for the price they charge.

We got a set menu for $299, but they did bring out a larger fish/lobster and said they would charge the difference. They want cash payment, not visa and debit although they do have a card machine. The food itself was satisfactory, with quality and freshness of the dishes evident.

This was easily one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had, and officially the worst dim sum spot I’ve been to in the GTA. My parents and I came in on Family Day around 10:00 AM. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived and never became particularly busy. We ordered right away, just five dim sum dishes for the three of us. It was a simple order. It took over two and a half hours to receive our food. The first dish didn’t come out until after I had asked about our order three separate times. Throughout the entire experience, multiple servers walked past our table without checking in. Every time I tried to get an update or explain the situation, the responses felt dismissive and avoidant. There was no explanation, no apology, and no accountability for what clearly went wrong. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers and refusing to acknowledge the issue is not okay. After waiting for two hours, we asked to cancel the order so we could leave and go elsewhere. That request was refused. We had plans afterward and this completely threw off our day. There was zero regard for our time. To make it worse, the food itself was mediocre at best and absolutely not worth the wait. I go for dim sum around the GTA all the time, so I’m not new to busy weekend waits. This was not that. This was poor service, poor communication, and a complete lack of care. There are so many better options in the area. I would not recommend coming here.

Came here for a Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner and the service was extremely disappointing. Our soup arrived but we waited a long time with no soup spoons provided. The fish dish was even served to the wrong table. After we had already paid, the dessert never came and we still had to remind the staff multiple times. Overall, the service quality was very poor and far below expectations for a holiday dinner.

Extremely disappointed. I would give one star if I could. The food was subpar: the Beef Rice Rollsin the casserole pot were cold inside and lacked flavor, and the Roast Goose tasted like it was leftover from the previous day, definitely not fresh. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly arrogant and dismissive. The hygiene is another major issue—the restroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. Poor food, poor service, and poor hygiene. Save your money and

Service is very bad. Asked twice and no tea. Rice asked twice too, forced tip into your bill. The roast duck looks like garbage. No wonder few people even on Saturday evening with empty tables.
