Kung Fu Tea Richmond Reviews
Got too good to go order. Got 3 drinks. Such a treat for a poor guy. TX so much y'all
Great service and I was spoken to before I even walked in the door completely! The recommendation for me was delicious and I loved how you could customize your order. I'll definitely be back.
i've come here almost every single day for the past 4 years and ive seen all the phases of different staff. everyone is always so kind! i've never had an issue with any of my orders. i love this place so much.
Date of visit : 7/26/19. This is my second time coming to this place. The only problem is the parking . We had to park a block away to get here. Once here the ambience is good. AC is just right. We arrived here at 12:20 just 20 minutes after its opening . No wait timing. Service was fast. Wait time from order to pickup was 4 minutes . They have restrooms if your bladder needs more space before filling yourself with awesomeness. Taro is my thing.. ask for less ice and less sugar. Trying FIG JELLY also for the first time, it’s not as good as the GRASS JELLY or HERBAL JELLY.
First time going, it was recommended by a friend. Soon as I walked in I was greeted which was nice they were patient with me as I looked at the menu. Reasonable prices and lot of choices to choose from. I went with the basic kung fu milk tea...DELICIOUS!!
I love getting boba tea here taste good great fast service but I HATE HATE HATE THE SMELL OF THE NEW CHICKEN STUFF THEY HAVE IN THERE…the smell is so bad it makes me not even want the boba no more maybe it’s just me but it throws me off so bad
2 stars because the coconut milk tea was pretty good but other than that the service was bland. The cashier that took our order was quiet as a mouse and didn’t ask us how we would like it. Also we thought they closed at 10 so we got there around 9:15 and then a guy came out from the back to put chairs and tables up as we were sitting there without mentioning anything to us, he just gave us bad looks..
I’m a big fan of Kung Fu Tea. And I drink it no matter where I go if they have it. But I got a bubble tea here yesterday and it tasted weird, after that I got really bad diarrhea. OMG couldn’t explain how bad it was. Wile I waiting, I saw a staff grabbing ice with out gloves, so it might be that’s why I got sick.
This place is hot garbage. Think of it like Dunkin, your drink will probably be good 1 in 100 times. Today they just gave me a glass of milk with nothing else in it. There is nothing to this process, it’s corporatized to hell so I’m not sure how it gets this bad. The store itself is pretty disgusting. Boxes and trash stacked to the ceiling, everything is sticky. There’s gotta be a better boba chain to fill this location.
