The Chicago style deep dish pepperoni pizza is literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. Not only is the taste and ingredients and Ratios perfect. The price is literally unbeatable. They have real deals and discounts not your typical bs specials. You actually feel valued as a returning customer. My favorite part is how easy it is to order over the phone, you call they use caller ID, they keep it very short and simple. There’s never any confusion Or ask stupid questions. They never make a mistake. They know the menu like the back of their hand. Honestly, just an amazing ran business. I’m astonished every time It’s the only place I’m willing to go through traffic to get food from. Hats off to the Richmond location

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here last night and the restaurant owner and staff were so accommodating and attentive. Pizza and salads were great and I am glad we chose this Rosati’s to gather. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pizza at 4pm didn't get my pizza until 5:45pm it was cold already. Well update on my post. 10/06/2025 I ordered a pizza online and had a $10 off coupon. Well they took $10 off the edges of pizza. The edges was anywhere from 1 inch to 2 inches of nothing but crust. Not letting me post a photo or I would. 3 corner pieces out of 4 had nothing on them but crust. Guess that's how they make up for actually giving $10 off coupon.

Food (that I got correct) was great Customer Service by owners were absolute horrible. Called to have my order fixed and was told no. I ended up saying 1 swear word and all i got was a lecture from the owner on how thats rude. I apologized and asked to have my order fixed and he blantly talked over me and hung up. I then drove to there location to confront the issue. The "best" thing he'd offer is for me to pay 50%. So id be paying 1.5 times the cost to eat 1 item cause the other is garbage. The woman (im assuming wife and/or co-owner) just only yell and laugh at me rudely to where the owner had to tell her to stay away. They said my one swear word is horrible customer service (yet im the customer) and they just refuse to fix the mistake and laugh at me and argue (isn't that actually horrible customer service)???? Worst owners of a business ive ever dealt with. Food was ok but cold by the time I got back home to eat the correct part of dinner. Service is worst ever. -5 stars at best. Wish the old owners never sold, they were always so polite. Delivery drive though was one of the best ever!

***updated review *** Unfortunately we have to update our review and not for the better. The last 4 times we have ordered from them the food was over or under cooked. Our chicken fingers were so burnt they're inedible. The fries are soggy & undercooked. They have forgotten things & messed up the order over and over. I can't believe they send food out like this. We will not be ordering from here anymore, which is unfortunate because we used to love it. But after giving them several tries to get it right it's Clear something has changed and Rosatis in Richmond no longer cares about sending out quality food. The owner offered us free drinks while waiting for our to go order, so kind. The food is always delicious wether dining in or delivery. We love this place!

I hate to give one star and complain about price, but here goes. $48 for a small cheese and XL 3 topping. Sure if one was deep dish, but these were both thin crust. Picture shows lack of toppings. They used to load the toppings. I understand price increases because of supply chain issues, etc. I’m inside paying and make a comment about $50 is a little excessive for two pizzas… Another employee walks up, asks if I have a coupon. I respond no I was unaware. She says oh there’s a free small cheese pizza coupon. So you’re going to tell me about a coupon that I don’t know exist or where to find, but not offer the coupon to me?? Will not be dining here anymore. I’d rather drive to Pell Lake and go to Upper Crust.

Thanks Rosatis. We spent $70 on this gem. They said they'd replace it in 30 minutes which would have been appreciated. However we're now 3 hours and 10 minutes into my order and they can't find the driver. Good news they tried to give me store credit for "next time". Are you kidding me? Update one week later: still no refund.

Sat at the bar and the bartender spent more time in the restroom than the bar... you can see the bathroom from the bar so hope she at least washed her hands, she seemed to be either really hung over or drunk who knows, she had some friends at the other end of the bar and any time she was behind the bar she was down by them and to top off the excellent bartending it appeared she was drinking with them as we we left ignored. The food was ok, their are better places close by that I will go instead next time. Also not open till 10 they close more like 9pm
