Went here today for lunch it was amazing. The outdoor dining was great but the food was even better! So fast and attentive best sushi I have ever had in this neighborhood so glad I stumbled upon it while walking. Will only be getting my sushi from here.

OMG what good ramen. The udon noodles were absolutely perfect. The broth for the spicy miso was delectable and flavorful. The scallion pancakes were ultra crispy and lovely. The only thing I didn't like was the vegetable gyoza. Large pieces of edamame were quite unexpected. But the food was so phenomenal that I am giving them 5 stars anyway.

Love this place- I moved to the neighborhood a little over a year ago and could not have been more thrilled to find such a delicious Japanese spot almost right away. At first I was only acquainted through delivery, over the summer I got to dine outside to make it 'official'. My go-to for sushi and ramen now.

The Black Pepper Tuna Tataki is really good. The Pork Belly Buns are very good. The Tonkatsu Pork Belly Ramen is quite good as well. Their Pork Belly (used in many dishes) is cut thick, very tender and has great flavor. When I order the Ramen I ask for the noodles to be slightly under-cooked (i.e. Al Dente - possibly a bad choice of words for an Asian Restaurant), but this is my preference. This place is a solid Ridgewood neighborhood spot. I eat here 1-2 times a week and always pair my meal with a large bottle of Orion beer. The employees are great and their service is on point. I am happy that this restaurant is near my home. Thank You Jin Ramen Sushi staff.

Excellent food, fast service, great price point. Had the pan fried dumplings, kani salad, Godzilla Roll and pork belly ramen, and the Love Letter dessert. All were superb. Will certainly return.

This place went so above and beyond to build social distancing friendly booths that are beautifully well crafted and heated. Not to mention my family and I were very happy with the ramen noodle dish and rolls we ordered.

This place is amazing, the attention and accommodation to my party’s needs was superb, the server was top tier and I’m officially a regular after just two visits, I’m going to try everything on the menu, would recommend to anyone looking for great Japanese cuisine.

I highly reccomend this place If you rate this anything under 5 stars you’re insane this is a blessing to Ridgewood finally an authentic Ramen Spot (also has sushi but I haven’t had any yet) it’s got great food try their Pork buns with the spicy Mayo on the side cause it doesn’t come on the pork buns you won’t regret it, their spicy paste for the ramen is pretty spicy so it’s enough to split between 2 or more depending on your tolerance

Great spot with a delightful menu. Everything we got, which was quite a variety off their menu, was delicious. Don’t judge the book by it’s cover!

Recently went back after they were closed for renovation and the food is just as delicious and high quality as before. The sushi is always fresh and perfect. Absolutely love this gem of a place. The service is always lovely as well. Highly recommend ! For ramen and sushi !

The sushi and food is good but the service really just isn’t it. I ordered delivery and the driver is so rude and just yells at you to come down.

So you’re better off choosing popcorn chicken if that’s not your thing. Sushi is a little expensive but my husband said it was good. Probably won’t return but it’s worth a try if you like ramen!

Bad quality food and not traditionally japanese if that what you are looking for. - I've gotten actually BAD sushi from here twice. Inedible and dangerous if I would have eaten. - Don't give me lots of imitation crab in my Chirashi - The "ramen" is not slow cooked broth from pork / chicken bones and parts like it should be. Tonkotsu taste like cream of mushroom soup. - I could order the same dish 4 times and not receive the same ingredients, presentation and quality each time. What a joke. - Staff are not friendly - They have had SO many iterations of restaurant layout, and the outside mess is an eyesore. No. Just no.

Gave this place another shot after disappointing meal a year or so back, but the ramen is just aggressively bland. No flavor, pork is tough. Really wanted a tasty bowl to warm me up and $30 later I left reminded why I hadn’t bothered in so long.

The sushi was very disappointing for the price point and in general. The salmon, spicy salmon, and tuna were all extremely dilapidated and sickly looking. It was clear that the insides were barely fresh and had the tint of dark whereas good, fresh, salmon and tuna has that vibrant color. The taste confirmed this. Overpriced, unsatisfying, and meager.

My experience at this establishment was absolutely terrible... Ramen had no flavor and wasn't even hot... The edamame was cold and I also found a hair in my sushi and mentioned it to the server who was very rude and did nothing about the situation.... I won't be returning

Used to be a regular customer but definitely not after tonight. The food didn't arrive within the given time, and only after calling the restaurant twice did someone come with our order an hour and a half late (the woman answering laughed for some reason on the phone the second time). After eating it I immediately got sick and had bad stomach pains until the next day. Really a shame about here

Worst Sushi, Ramen and Pork Buns I ever had. Sushi barely had any rice. Really sucks on an eel avo roll. Tempura was disgustingly oily and soggy. Ramen noodles sucked under cooked or something. Pork bun had zero flavor. Zero love in there food. In fact🖕🏽

They ended up bringing me literally 2 minutes later cold rolls that were already ready. When I told them they were cold, they started demanding to try them and insisted that they were warm inside🙄. Even after tasting it, they were still cold. After I declined the rolls, they said "it’s up to you" and laughed at the whole staff, which seems very uncultured and disrespectful to the customer. But that wasn't all it turned out to be. Thirty-three minutes before closing time, they brought me a ramen. I thought I was going to eat in peace. But the waiter didn't even ask, he demanded that I eat quickly! Because they had to close quickly! Although there was a whole 30 minutes before closing time! I was alone, so I wouldn't eat that long. I just wanted to eat in peace and that's all. But they came up and asked to pay in advance. They didn't even let me eat normally. The waiters don't even have a fraction of respect for the customer. In other places, no one ever says to eat faster. Everyone calmly waits for the customer to finish their meal. Please train your staff to treat the customer with respect. After all, people come to enjoy their food, not rudeness. I couldn't enjoy my meal properly when they rushed me. I will never go to this place again and I don't recommend it to anyone!
