It's a nice place, service is great if it's not packed your seated in seconds, they are not hovering they let you eat in peace. Food is good not great depends on what you like but they definitely have a variety of different foods like shrimp different ways, meats, egg rolls, dumplings, crab they alright.

Beautiful place to go with your family, friends and big group of people, the food is delicious and good variety. I recommend the pink lemonade as a drink. The price is very cheap in the lunch time Monday through Friday from 11:00am-3:00pm. They have parking lot available too.

Didn’t try any seafood in my visit so I will come another time to sample a little of all of the 🍤 seafood 🦞! Everything was clean and authentically Chinese. I loved the amount of options this buffet had and it reminded me of my favorite buffet in New Jersey that closed. There is many options for kids too like Chicken Nuggets, wings, fries, and pizza! If your kids like claw machine games there is so many claw machine games for 6 quarters and some gatcha ball machines for three quarters of the children want to take home a squishmellow or small toy ! Great experience and really beautiful attentive waitresses:)

The food, the service, and the atmosphere was amazing. I specifically enjoyed the ribs and the lo mein which was pretty delightful. I also enjoyed the dessert options as well. Very reasonably priced. The place was a bit on the warm side inside but they had the fans on and the workers said the ac was on but it didn’t feel like it. Very clean very spacious dining room . Happy eating

The waitress was so nice and even help me pick out the best food since I didn't know where to start. I love the fountain when you first walk in, it's so beautiful and unique. The only thing I say that I had an issue with was how dirty the floor was in the party room. I threw my daughter's socks away and had to wash her feet (the kids was playing twister).

The food was not bad. We got there after 8 and they still had food, it was not as much as if we would've came earlier tho. My kids love taking out their own food and there is a bigger selection. I did not see the regular muscles that I usually get in most all u can eat. They had the baby clams instead but it was good. The food was a little salty tho and the iced taste weird, and that's coming from an avid ice tea drinker. We asked for water instead. There is parking and the entrance is on plametto but in Google the address says st. Nicholas. All in all we would go back there

Somehow some folks think this is a bad buffet. That was not my experience. The food was fresh and hot and flavorful. I went there for lunch and was quite pleased by the freshness. The menu was not as plentiful as I would have liked and the selection at that hour left me feeling like there should have been more, considering how spacious the place was. They served stone crab claws which were very large and very fresh and very tasty. I'd definitely go for the dinner but haven't tried it just yet. Cost was $11 and change for lunch which given the crabs alone was great. This is my first choice in the Brooklyn Myrtle Ave area for a decent bite to eat. I recommend. Four stars because I just felt there should have been a larger selection of food and the staff were much too present at times for comfort. They seemed not to know what to do with themselves. Suggestion: stay out of sight until called upon. Thank you.

I really loved this place! The food was super good, and the best part is the service! All the employees and servers are very nice and give off a peaceful atmosphere. The restrooms weren’t as clean, but the tables and seats definitely were! Overall, I recommend this place to anyone nearby looking for a place to eat!

Everything is three stars but overall it felt like a four star restaurant because three seems low since at the very least they had some decently good food and a lot of cartilage in the ribs which I personally enjoy hehe :)) The “miso” soup although santo translated well and wasn’t miso. This buffet ‘s food flavor-wise is very good for most of the food items such asthma fried with mayo sauce on it , rice and noodles had some wok flavor to it , stir fried vegetables are yummy , pickled radish I enjoyed ; onion rings , tiny crab bits were a bit too salty, sushi with caviar , whiting fish were not bad for an affordable all you can eat buffet . Cakes were a bit dried out on the edges , squid and small clams tasted a bit off at some point but I enjoyed the buffet overall.

I really liked the place. Kind of basic Chinese, a little sushi and some desserts. but it was a tasty and had a good variety for the price. Service was good too. I went for lunch really enjoy the buffet. I'd go back and try dinner sometime if I'm in the area.

A seemingly run of the mill buffet. There are a lot of options so there's something for everyone but it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I actually had a different restaurant in mind but there was no seating available in the spot I wanted to go to so I randomly came here as a detour. The food, while it may look a bit on the basic side (it is a Chinese based buffet) it is fresh and pretty good. I wish the plates could be a bit bigger. For almost $16 (including drink) the plate sizes could be more than 7 inches in diameter and there was a good number of stuff I wanted to try out so I just had to put in a small amount of almost everything. The service was OK, nothing to write home about but also nothing to report either. I did like my stay here. Food was spot on but I've been to better spots so this isn't a place I'd go out of my way to visit again, but whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I might swing by.

This place is such a humble buffet. It's less expensive than some of the places I have visited and the selection is fair in comparison to others. I came in search of the snow crab legs but I'm under the impression they have to be delivered directly to your table and there may be an extra fee. I decided to give the servers a break since they seemed a bit exhausted and strained. I DO appreciate how attentive they were when I asked them to keep an eye on my table since I was dining alone. My favorite foods were the mushrooms, the steamed clams, and the sushi. My favorite dessert was the piping hot apple strudel. Pros: attentive staff, decent selection of food, great apple strudel, and a claw machine you can actually win! Cons: the arrangement of the foods were a bit odd. The apple strudel was near salmon fillets and pizza etc but I assume it's because the dessert table is cold. Another note: I wish the food was refilled more often. Some of the food was starting to show lack of moisture from being heated and exposed to the air. The chef came to look at the empty trays but left them empty... So some of the food wasn't available.

This place has changed a lot. There wasn't much food options and the food their was super cold. We were given our receipt before we even got dessert and tip was already included without even telling us. Extra tip was being requested by waiter. I don't think I will be returning.

I came in at 11am when they weresuppose to be open but nothing I mean nothing was out. Maybe because it was Monday. But if I’m hungry and you say 11am I excepting fresh food. When I came back at 1130 the food was like Luke warm. I don’t know buffets are suppose to serve yesterday food but?????? What I did get was fresh but mmhhh. The tea was Lipton tea. I prefer the green tea that other establishment serve. The green string beans were cold. It was ok??? For me

I’m not a fan of buffets but I went for a family event so I am going to rate accordingly. My only issues besides the obvious that they can’t control is that only half the dishes were named and it seemed like an inconvenience to tell me what they were. Also the icecream station seems insanitary with everyone trying to dig their hands in the barrel to get it out. Besides that the food was like decent Chinese style food and the food remained full for the most part

My experience was fun and great This place is best as a casual dinner I recommend paying $15 on a Saturday night then going on the cheaper days. The food is pretty much all the same thing for the cheaper price days and some plates was cold. You get what you paid for you can get beer They do have ice cream. soda is one price with unlimited refills fruit juices is not unlimited they will charge extra My kids loved it bathrooms was clean they have a nice aquarium with rocks and koy fish that hid behind the rocks my daughters enjoyed seeing them

Had a lucky at 12pm on Wednesday, it was fairly quiet with not many customers. The service: the waiter came quickly as there wasn't many customers when we first arrived as party of two and got us our drinks but then stood nearby throughout our stay staring at us eating which was a bit uncomfortable as other reviewers noted. When we came with desert. They came with the bill as soon as they saw us, kind of rushing us out but we stayed and had a conversation despite it. The refills on drink weren't as frequent as expected. The food: okay variety, lacks sauces (simple sauces like ketchup for fries) not given knives to eat with. Food ranged from lukewarm to cold indicating the food may be old, there are definitely good dishes but also bad dishes, being a buffet allows for range of testing. The fish was good, squid okay, chicken depends; for example do not recommend chicken wings. Desert felt stale, they have ice cream but it is a bit hidden. Still not much variety. Location: very good, close to subway if traveling and has parking if by car.

The food was GREAT, big parking lot on the side for guest, prices were reasonable. My family & I had a good time. I didn’t come across very nice or kind workers though, maybe everyone was having a bad day I’m not sure? But over all it was good! The food is honestly not the best. If you like seafood then it's worth it other than that everything else is not so great. The workers are very nice. It’s a good place for trying variety of dishes and at an affordable price the parking space is ample the service was good it was not over crowded and the buffet was constantly checked to refill and the best part of the buffet is the seafood options Crawfish is perfectly seasoned and cooked it’s one of my suggestions to try I recommend this place to people who want to have a good lunch and who are not in a hurry Don’t forget to try the butter pie

Only becuase there isn't many places in NY, unlike others in california, and Florida, that being said it would be nice to see some traditional items like boc Choi, and a few more dim sum items would be nice, there barbecue chicken wings are pretty good, I would say good enough for me to crave do to the way it is cooked and it's specific honey grilled taste. A better review during peak hours will have to be done however to give a better review.

The food was good but, they made me pre-pay for my food & I didn’t understand why... until I seen them let everyone else pay as they were finishing up. I am a black women and my husband was with me. To me, it came off very offensive and I did indeed take it personal. My waitress also kept asking my husband when we were leaving... we left shorty after because I cant deal with the nonsense. I will never go again. Poor customer service.

First here and my last. Food was horrible I left feeling sick. Soda (Gingerale) was flat. I would've been better off someplace else. DON'T WASTE YOUR $!!!

This is the third and last time I come here. Food was not worth $48 for 2 people. The lack of food options was astounding. Everything was running out or seemed old even though there weren’t many people eating. The only saving grace was actually the garlic bread. The food was basic food you could get way cheaper anywhere else. The ice cream even tasted pretty artificial. It has to be bad when you can’t even stomach the ice cream. As for service, The servers will walk by continuously and give side eyes. Would not recommend. Go get fresher food for your money elsewhere.

Don't waste your time. This sad buffet needs to be shut down or remodeled and hire new chefs..this place is a dump. less than half full trays everywhere you look it's dingy and extremely dark inside of there. The staff is less than welcoming or friendly if you ask them to fill up a certain type of food they look at you like you crazy and start talking under their breath like your bothering them.I can go on and on about why not bother to go here. But do what your pockets can afford these days going out to eat is a luxury and food is expensive on the flip side if this review I think it's more on the affordable side I can't recall the price but the options they give you shouldn't be expensive in the first place..They don't seem to care about their food or their service.I'll leave it at that.

We went Saturday night and for the price we should have top quality seafood. Food was medicore to say the least, cold and some just looked old. The sushi sticks to the other sushi, the drinks are iced down. If you need to go just be mindful - you get what you pay for...also they lump everyone around the same dining area. No pepper on the table just salt. No photos this time, my cellular was dead

Food was left out way too long with no changes, whatever wasn't soggy from cooking in it's own juices had dried out and stuck onto the bottoms of the trays. The water for the ice cream scoops to get cleaned was murky and the faucet barely worked, their sushi is astoundingly bad, but the one thing I'll credit them for is the food itself. Very delicious, if a tad bit bland. This buffet is great as an idea, horrible in execution. Oh, and the advertised price isn't the price, expect another $5-ish for "soda" tacked on the second you get to the counter.

Food options were limited and not very appealing. Service was standard like the majority of buffets out there. Cleanliness was an F. I brought my family with my 3 year old son. The highchair was coated with layers of other peoples food and grime. My wife had to change my son's diaper. For 1 the door was wide open to the ladies room with the filthy changing table holding the inner door open. My wife was forced to change my son standing up because it was so filthy and coated with god knows what. The toilets didn't flush and there was no paper towels to dry your hands. It was absolutely despicable. Especially when they want to charge $130+ for 4 adults and 2 children in this environment. I can't imagine it meets health codes and doesn't violate with the less than stellar cleanliness.

As soon as I got home I got diarrhea and I was sick for 1 day so I don't recommend going to this place thank you very much

Crab legs are not included. We stop going here ever since they took the seafood to sell separately. Not worth the price for mainy bland Chinese food. The food lacks flavor and is cold. They don't refill the food trays often. Trays are half empty or empty. They have the hard stone crabs. Haven't been there in a long time. Won't be going back. Been too many times to know it's not changing better.

It's a dirty Dingy small buffet that wouldn't even put out fresh food. They definitely give their customers the bare minimum. I wouldn't eat here again if I was starving. I do not recommend this place.

As I'm writing this, i got food poisoning from this place two times food is not cooked very well and when I got food poisoning for the first time I only ate 2 plates second time I tried to see what did the eat so I only ate one plate of some meat on a stick and here I am on the toliet would not come again

Read the reviews before you visit. Believe me, it will save you the time and the money. If you visit this restaurant and you're colored, i've witnessed first hand, the owners force colored people to pay first and charge them more for their stay than non colored people. Traditionally, you'd enter the restaurant and be seated. At the end of your dine you'd receive your bill, pay and then leave. Don't expect this if you're colored. It's sad but true. Secondly, the food is bare minimum. Don't expect your food to be fresh. The food usually tends to sit for am hour or two before they discard and restock. This is understandable being that its a buffet. I'm guessing their goal is to make money, like every business. But at some point you have to follow food laws. I personally feel like this place is a waste of money and I could do better elsewhere. Though, the reason I go is because its a quick bite to eat while on lunch break. The food is already prepared and theres no long wait. If there were better options in the area I would go with that.. UberEats is getting expensive. Do as you please, visit at your own risk, don't take my word for it or do. You may end up having a different experience than the rest of us.

There was little to no food. Price was completely different than what was stated on the sign almost $6 more. Also our cups for drinks were less than halfway full which made no sense. Honestly the worst buffet I’ve been to. The jello was good though.

Place was trash . 0 out of 10 would not recommend 😐. The only thing appetizing and slighty good were the chicken nuggets. The ice cream was good too. But found it weird that I had to use the same spoon for every ice cream from a used sink water filled with ice cream remains . Not sanitary at all.

I took my son to K & K Buffett for his birthday I'm going to say that I'm very very disappointed with the food and lack of Professional Services. The food tasted old and spoiled. The unprofessional staff just stood and watched while everybody ate. There was nothing welcoming about being here at this Buffet. I spent a total of $119 at this buffet for my son and my family and it was a total waste of my hard earned money. I don't know what happened to K&K Buffet but they used to have great food and a great environment. The entire establishment of this Buffett has really gone down and with all due respect it should be shut down.

Food used to be good. They have cut back on the quality of food and the prices are too high. At this point I will not be returning.

If I could give it 0 🌟 I would, this place used to be the it spot when I was growing up and I still would come as a teen but, I went this last Thursday and it sucks they make u pay at the entrance now, so we paid and we get to our seats and they literally had no food, I asked them if they were bringing out more she literally said what u see is what u get, DO NOT COME HERE!!! WASTE OF MONEY! It was horrible, the food was cold, and the place had a bad vibe. Worst experience ever!!

The food was cold, some of the food was old and we got there at 12:30 and they open at 11:00 at 12:30 the melons we're still frozen which showed that the food was from a previous day and the bar had very basic selection unlike the advertisement on their website! My teenage son threw up while at the table first a little bit then a lot on top of the table then when I mentioned what happened to the management she said he ate too much food and too much soda. And before we left my younger son started to throw up a little bit too and we mentioned that to the management and she said anything they eat so much make you throw up! Then when we were leaving down the street my wife couldn't keep the food down! I did get a discount in paying the bill but in most cases when you have such a bad experience at most restaurants the management usually would allow you to leave without paying!!

This place is clean buuuuut they have nastiest customer service ever and it doesn’t help that the food is nasty too. I went with my family my 2year old daughter who does not eat Chinese food. I told the lady my daughter doesn’t eat. She stood 2 tables over WATCHED Me hold my daughter n taste my food the whole time I was there. Do NOT eat here. I was completely disappointed with the quality of their food. If you are allergic to shellfish don't even think about going to this buffet. There were shrimps from one tray mixed with beef from a completely different tray and that is completely inconsiderate of those who might be in danger if they consume any kind of shellfish. They didn't even refill the trays when food ran out because it seemed like they were waiting for the evening rush to come in. It's like a guessing game with some of the food trays because they aren't even labeled, so you should serve yourself at your own risk if the food looks unfamiliar. The cups they use are plastic and nasty looking. All of the dessert choices have a taste that is similar to paper. Truthfully, the service isn't so bad, but the waiters look like they don't want to be bothered. Regarding the complete appearance of the place, it doesn't look entirely horrible, BUT when I noticed all of the black mold on the ceiling not too far from our table I changed my mind completely. It's not worth the price of a plate. I was disgusted and I'm upset that I wasted my money here.

I gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, and I was disappointed, they didn’t have much variety, what they did have was cold, the rice was good and the desserts but the hot food was all cold. The staff weren’t very welcoming either. We gave a small tip cause it was just not worth the money they charge to eat there.

This place is falling off tremendously! It use to be a good place to eat. Not anymore. It starts off at 15 w/o drinks and taxes. but with every thing added it's 20.50. I can stay home and eat some instant mashed potatoes, canned corn, hard tasteless fried chicken that's been sitting under a light for the past two hours. It's not much of variety of seafood but if you're into something like soul food this is for you. And the staff uncomfortably watch you as you eat. I'll be going to the lobster house for now on I'd rather pay $20 more.

First of all, just finding the place is a pain. They are located around the corner from the address they use, but there is NOTHING to direct people to the correct location. Second of all, for a CAJUN SEAFOOD location, there was NO CAJUN SEAFOOD, THERE WAS VERY LITTLE SEAFOOD AT ALL. The food was cold and tasteless. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant or bother going back. Don't waste your time or money. Find somewhere else.

This is by far the worst buffet I ever experienced. The food is disgusting. The trays were basically empty but whatever little bit they did have was bland, No effort and Everything was cold even the pizza looked like it came straight of the freezer section in the supermarket. The customer service is horrible They watch you like a hawk stalking its prey. Any little movement for example I went to grab something out my stroller they basically came running I guess to see if your stealing food. When it was time to pay the lady tried to take my debit card out my man I said I can walk to the register and pay myself. The whole experience was horrible. I do not recommend!

I went there today and I felt uncomfortable how they look at you so I couldn’t enjoy eating there. My kids literally couldn’t even eat because there was no food that they like. They only eat French fries and fruit. They don’t have California roll. The roll that they have was not really common roll that kids likes. I had roll and chow main and onion ring.. no choice at all. Also the taste was bad.

I've been to a number of these buffets and know what to expect. Given the location, I set my expectations even lower. Despite this, I was still disappointed. Every chicken dish (be it teriyaki, sesame, or general tsos) was incredibly rubbery and somehow cold, despite being in the warmers. The sauces on their own were not very good either; very oily in a bad way (not like a chili oil way). Their pork was also gamey, which is impressive, considering pork is generally easier to cook than chicken. The fried whitefish was very tasteless, though I'll let it slide since seafood is a more blank canvas. The items themselves were rarely replaced. For example, I noticed 1, single, sad dumpling on a warmer my entire time eating there. It was very dry and unbecoming, so nobody would take it, and a new batch wasn't ever brought. The wonton soup was just a pot of broth devoid of wontons. The hot and sour soup had an inch-thick glaze on it, indicative of nobody having even stirred the ladle in hours. The "mashed potatoes" looked like dishwater: I know they're made from a powder, but they clearly got the ratio wrong. The almond cookies (a common staple, so a nice litmus test to compare these buffets to each other) were hard, tasteless and mealy, which meant they either bought the cheapest kind or used a batch so old, that its quality was past the best by date. The list goes on. I usually try to find 2-3 edible items at these buffets and load up on it (typically mongolian beef or the teriyaki chicken), but I failed to find even one today, despite sampling well over half of the choices (definitely would never advise chancing the raw seafood at a place like this). I suppose the fruit was okay, because you can't mess up an orange (all you have to do is cut it), which is why this gets 2 stars instead of 1. This is not worth it just for fruit though. You don't come here for that and there's countless fruit vendors in NYC. The bathroom had an empty hand sanitizer bottle and did not have a functioning soap dispenser. This was concerning because it left me wondering if the employees were washing their hands. They also lacked napkin dispensers at the tables that I've always seen at other buffets. There's a hundred and one better options if you're in Brooklyn, a thousand and one if you take the 20 minute L train to Chinatown. You really shouldn't waste your time and money here. It's unfair to the other good Chinese food options. Save yourself (and your family and money) from a wasted afternoon or evening.

I arrived at 4:30 which will be considered dinner time, however the food was old and they had no intention of replacing it. I mentioned to the staff that the food was old due to the noodles, chicken, rice and ect being dried out. They didn’t care and instead acted like we were the issue. From then on we had to ask for refills, like normally they don’t try to drown you in liquid. We received our bill not even one fortune cookie. We had children with us, so from there on I knew they were being petty. It’s funny, I use to come here a lot years ago and it use to be a pleasant place but now it’s just a horrible experience. The bathroom is disgusting and the staff see it and don’t bother to clean it. The staff uses restrooms with their gloves and don’t wash their hands. I am done with them I will not waste my money on bad service, bad hygiene, and bad food!!!

The worst part, all of us got food poisoned the same evening. I know, we didn't have anything else after the buffet, so the food was spoiled. Waste of health, money and the time.

Nope nope nope, never going again and I hate to give this review. Seriously the only thing I enjoyed was the vegetable egg roll and Mac& cheese. I had to spit out the salad options (which weren't that many) and forget about the sushi. If it isn't a Japanese restaurant then skip sushi! Not many food options either and I figured maybe all buffet styles places would be the same but this one was by far the worst. Maybe going at 7pm on a Saturday isn't the most ideal? The food finished fast and most options were also replaced fast. The staff never came around to ask for refill of water or drinks. They did wear masks and gloves. I wish there was hand sanitizer on the tables since EVERYONE is touching the same tongs to place food on plates. I felt disgusted by the sharing of sticky tongs and forget about how nasty the bathroom was. The bathroom only had 2 stalls, one without toilet paper, and toilet paper was all over the wet floor. Baby changing table held the door open (I would never change my baby on that thing!). The door was open where you can see people in the eating area while squatting on the bowl. I wish the ice cream section had sealed options for ice cream. An empty chocolate tub, no vanilla, and difficult to scoop strawberry didn't make me feel safe to eat. I hate to leave such bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business. At the same time I have my Food protection license and I'm curious why this place is still open. I wish I took pictures. Thankfully, I don't feel sick today (the next day). The table had a cute design and the fake waterfall area was nice. I wish I had more positive things to say but definitely it was a bad experience.

The food tasted and smelled horrible and customer service was super bad too. Also they charge us a extra $10 per person because it was a holiday. I am not satisfied with this buffet it is so bad to the point we’re they just put a big pile of forks and spoons on the table instead of giving a fork and a spoon to each person. Also they didn’t take my dirty spoon and just threw it on the table and wear sneakers because the floor is wet in the Men’s bathroom.

My experience was not well, yes, the food can be pretty cold, there's not much food. The employees, specially one of employees has an attitude that we didn't like. We ordered a drink, but she gave us coca cola. Mashed potatoes are simple with No FLAVOR!!.... This is sad that the restaurant was once very good and filled with many options of food. Unfortunately it became sad and almost empty of food choices😕😕.

I went to this place one hour and a half before closing. I was quite depressed that all of their food trays were basically empty. They tried to get me to stay stating that they will bring out some food. I didn't believe them because all of the trays were basically empty... Also, why would they just cook food for me, no... I believe you should have food prepared for everybody if they arrive there 1 hour and a half before your closing time. The place should not look like you're putting up the food and not preparing any new food. If they are stating they close at 9:30, they should have plenty of food at 8:30. I was disappointed and I left.

I frequented this buffet about a year ago. I don’t know what happened since then but everything was absolutely awful. SUCH A RIPOFF!!! Everything was cold to the touch, it was either no salt or overly salted & the service was awful. They didn’t even have all the food options available, almost tray had barely any food in it. The lady at the main desk seems to think she works at the diner where the staff is intentionally rude. My 2 yr old choked on his food because he couldn’t even swallow any of it. The bathroom was disgusting. Nasty, strong odor coming from the back area. I will NEVER be back & cringe at the experience I had there. BE AWARE, they like to tack on a service charge that is really just an enforced tip!!!! If you want a good buffet experience, go to Flaming Grill on Tilden ave.

Holy hell there wasn't a single thing out there that was warm, the fish was chewy, the egg roll was chewy, hardly any of it seemed edible. The bathroom was in horrible condition. The sesame chicken was swimming in watery sauce. The crab tasted like they fished it out of the sewage. The kicker is it coats nearly $25/per person if you drink water. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have an iron gut and no sense of self worth.

Honestly deserves a 0. Food taste horrible and makes ur stomach hurt and the service is horrible they look at you while you eat with dirty looks. Tried kicked me out while I had a hour left of eating. The place looks dirty and bad the bathroom has no care.

Arrived at 3:10 already told that it was dinner time even tho it says dinner time starts at 3:30 I had my kids with me and they wanted to try it so I accepted. After that right at 3:30 I got the bill with my food still on the table with an absurd charge of service taxes on top of taxes I paid and left but with no interest in coming back

Came here to celebrate my granddaughters baby shower and they charged me 600$ for 20 people and 2 hours of time in a little party room... 20 plates , not 20 seats... there was more people than people eating and there was only 22 people there.. kept commenting on how there was too many people and making everyone uncomfortable..then on top of that little kids from other tables were coming in and taking stuff and running out and nobody was stopping them..also plates were dirty, food was cold, felt crowded and especially for the price we paid we expected to have a good time but instead had a bad time. Also my granddaughters gift was stolen not sure by who but the person who was taking the gifts to a car had forgotten too due to being bombarded by staff coming in and cleaning stuff at 6:45 when we had till 7:00..overall bad experience don't WASTE ur money here !!!

Came for dinner me and my two girls , was a little excited until we arrived .. about 3-4 other families were there .right before I sat down I smelled this foul odor and noticed it was the one and only waitress.. every time she came to my table and walked away the smell was just horrible .. smelled like she hadn’t wash her sweater in a long time . In regards to the food there were options but little food served .. I had fried rice and the rice was hard .. my kids had the simplest chicken and fries and funny they both stated it did NOT taste good … also felt so uncomfortable the waitress watched every time someone would get up to get food .. she also was up standing and staring the whole time we were there … this will be my first and last time .. save yourself the visit

The food was cold disgusting never ever will I ear there is got food poisoning here. I should of known better smell is horrible & the bathroom was disgusting especially the back of restaurant. I should have done my research but I was going to a private event eventhough it was a buffet. PLEASE BE AWARE they must do not wash there hands I had a bad bacteria food poisoning. Was sick for 48 hours omg NASTY NASTY ALSO THE SERVICE WAS THE WORST AS IF WE WERE BOTHERING THEM FOR SIMPLE THINGS ICE WATER CLEAN GLASSES. So I live one block up, from the buffet, I didn’t go there for a long time, because I got sick, from the food, so yesterday I decided to have lunch, again it should be call leftover day, everything was from the day before, mind you I went there after 2 pm, the food was warm, only fried chicken and the sweet plantains came out, before I left, why can they heat up the food, before it goes out, or put the steamer earlier, if you want to get sick go to this place!!! Also for the price, the food is not worth it, so many cars in the parking lot, and only 4 people inside!!!

I've been at this place like 25 yrs ago & that's when it was good. However today was the very worst experience & I'm totally disgust. I came all the way from Boston & only had one plate because they had no food out. I asked the guy with glasses that works there when was they bringing out more food & he said soon so we waited like an hour but still no food. The plate i did make on contained a piece of chicken that was cold & hard,a spoon of lo mein& that's it! It was on 12 noon when i got there & they act like they wasn't trying to bring out more fresh food so i got highly upset & disgusted & left! They didn't deserve what they wanted because i practically received nothing! Then they expected a big tip! If you wanna get robbed by them then enjoy but i will never step foot there again period

me and my girlfriend came to this place thinking it would be good because we just went too one not too long ago . as we came in the lady was tryna charge us the dinner price when it was still lunch , then on top of that she said we only had 40 mins to eat our food before we had to leave we we where rushing to eat . the lady that was surviving our table seen we had more than two plates and gave us a look like if we where big or something, overall the food was not good and it was not presentable at all and it was never uncomfortable because it felt like they where on our backs the whole time

Nothing had taste, so disappointed. Restaurant was nice and spacious, but food lacked flavor. Literally, everything we tried,didnt enjoy it. Well, first time for everything! 😑 Definitely wont be returning. Then bill for 3 was $76.

This is not a good one! But I'm going to start from the beginning and let you know why. My homegirl and I took our kids to the pool so naturally when we got out we were starving and decided a buffet would be the best option. We came across this one and I called before we made our way over there because let's face it some of these buffets charge a lot of money. The lady told me $19.99 for lunch so we zoomed over there. When we got there I told her to charge me for two adults and one kid my total came to $71 and change so immediately my math skills kicked in I'm like ummm. Then she proceeds to tell me it's actually $26.99 with drink included. At this point we were starving and ready to just eat so we said whatever but don't you think that should have been mentioned when someone calls inquiring about pricing? OK strike one. We pay for everybody and we then are led to our table. We immediately go load up on food after giving the server our drink orders. As soon as we sit down and start eating we notice the food isn't even hot warm nothing even in between. All the food is cold. Strike two. We have no choice but to eat because we've paid and we're starving. The food didn't taste good at all either. My homegirl and I ate it unfortunately complaining to each other the whole time! The kicker was right before we were about to leave my homegirl witnessed the old lady that worked there bringing more food from the back use the bathroom and not wash her hands with soap. She kinda just rinsed her hands barely under water and quickly left! STRIKE NUMBER 3!!! We were disgusted and quickly left. This is the worst buffet I have ever been to in my life! Please do yourself a favor and if u drive past hungry thinking hmmm let me check them out, mash your foot on the gas and get the hell outta that neighborhood! THE WORST!

Was here for Sunday dinner with my church to celebrate our Anniversary. There was barely any food out and it was 12:30 in the afternoon, the food was luke warm. I had to ask the staff to turn the steamtables up to the proper temperature which is 135 and if they could bring out hot food. What did come out wasn’t nothing to write home about I ate because I was hungry. Needless to say several of us all had upset stomachs the next day. I won’t be eating here ever again, three strikes you’re out!!!

Warning, stay away from this place. Like recomended by a reviewer, I went on a Saturday at 3pm. There were not many people. The food was not fully stocked. Through my 1 hour plus meal, I noticed that they did not replenish empty food trays with new food much. The trys were not full when replenished and the plays were small. The dirty plate in my picture remained right on the new plates pile and was not removed. The crab legs were not fresh, extremely small and some of the meat was all black. I had to ask for another fork since the one they gave me came dirty. They tried to give me a plastic fork. They added tip to the check and added tax along with the dish price as one whole number. When I asked what the $2.30 was, the lady said it was a service fee. Then she said it was tip. After letting her know that I decide if and what I would tip, she scribbled it out.

When you first walk in you think 😃 oh wow this is nice and this will be a great experience. But the niceness stopped there😔. The woman that seated us acted like she didn't know where she wanted to seat us. They weren't busy so I don't know why she she was fumbling to find us a spot🤔. The food was terrible☹️, very little and confusing. The food was either too salty or no salted enough. Almost everything I tried I spit into my napkin🤢. These were the things I found edible. The calamari was a bit salty but good. The meatball at the top left was pretty good, the cheese wantons, chicken wings and boneless ribs were good also but what I paid for 2 people to eat dinner was not worth it at all. The wait staff that was hovering near by made us uncomfortable because they kept looking at us with an attitude; as if a big man can't come to a buffet🤨. My husband knows he's a big man there's no need to make us uncomfortable. Then everytime the guy had to refill his cup or clear the table he had a whole attitude as if we inconvenienced him. Man just do your job because that attitude cost you your tip🤯. Too everyone eating there like it's the best food on earth 🌎 y'all need new tastes buds.

Went to take my wife out for a anniversary gift with kids and the place is okay. Not too fancy. 1st- the food was way overpriced. 2nd- almost every dish (they barely have anything to be honest) was old or cold. And most were empty. The quality of the food itself is pretty explanatory just look at the pictures. The pizza was HORRIBLE. At the end of the night I was very disappointed and just couldn’t believe this is where I ended up taking my wife and kids. Would NOT recommend to anyone. PLEASE GO TO THE QUEENS BUFFET INSTEAD, that place has much variety and isn’t as bad as this.
