Taco Bell Ridgewood Reviews
jordan or jordyn was incredibly nice and helpful, best taco bell in nyc
This Taco Bell was awesome! The food was fresh and hot, the tacos were perfectly crunchy, and the nachos had just the right amount of salt. The tables were super clean, and the restaurant smelled great. The soda machine worked perfectly—no flat drinks here! Even the bathroom was spotless. The workers were friendly and fast, and everything came out just right. Definitely my new favorite Taco Bell! 🌮✨
This is one of the best Taco Bell’s in New York. The food is always hot and fresh, ready almost immediately after ordering, and the staff is super friendly and professional. Some people may judge me for not spending my taco Tuesdays at somewhere more authentic but they can all go to heck. This Taco Bell rocks!
I went there today at around 11:30. The staff was super nice, one lady with glasses helped me while I was trying to figure out what to order. I got my food and asked another lady with a high bun if my Crunchwrap was done, since I had already received the rest of my order. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, stayed silent, and walked away to a random room in the back while eating food herself. I received my crunch wrap after waiting 3 minutes and the food in itself was pretty good, the space was clean and all in all everything was fine except for that small interaction.
Dirty and also taking so Long to just get my order I order 8:25 still here waiting and it’s 8:45 fast food would just went to a real restaurant for the price they charge tbh 🤦 a lot of Costumers waiting also supervisor had to ask for a devolution still 8:55 and wasn’t ready my order note she also came to cashier with her gloves from The kitchen and I just made a comment make sure too change your gloves be more sanitary for us costumers. She was so rude didn’t want to tel me the her name or didn’t had name tag ended up getting a refund
I love Taco Bell, but I can only give this location 3 stars. For one thing, the outside sign was not lit, so I drove right past and had to turn around to go back. When I mentioned this to the crew inside, nobody seemed to care. Secondly, the fountain machine was out of Mango Brisk tea; and I had to wait until they switched out the concentrate keg. Finally, the amount of meat on my tacos was pathetic.
This Taco Bell is a mess. The place is understaffed most of the time, you can't order in person, and they keep pushing back on hours. The only positive experience I had was when I had a very chill guy who was friendly and reassuring towards me when I was picking up some food. Other than that its either been decent or terrible.
Understaffing has ruined this place. Ordered on the way home from Red Hook and still don’t expect for another ~hour. Same thing has happened ~3+ times I’ve ordered. Only 2 employees, no way for them to go to the bathroom let alone keep up.
Really slow service. U have to wait close to a hour for food when they slightly busy
Insane waits for the dine in orders, they are definitely prioritizing delivery orders. Workers are nice just understaffed. Recommend non doordash etc people just walk to a local place.
I went here on march 7th and it was an absolute mess. I waited about 45 minutes and had to just leave without getting my food that I paid for. There was a long queue and people were complaining that they waited over an hour for their food. There was a short girl with a very nasty attitude who laughed in my face when I asked if my order was ready because I got a notification that my food was ready. I understand being backed up because you’re understaffed but the nasty attitude will keep me away from this location forever. Would give 0 stars for service if I could.
Waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos. All the staff cared about was the drive-thru. That and parking is horrendous, If there is a drive-thru line you're expected to sit there until they move their line. I will never go back to this place again.
Ridiculously slow service. No one was in front of me and took over 30 minutes to get food. I asked an employee for my name. He said he saw it and still ignored my order. Never come here if you're looking for a quick meal. And they skimped on every ingredient, like half of what other taco bells put. Worst taco bell I've ever been to.
Every time you order from this Taco Bell either your food is cold or they sent you the wrong order. Today I ordered $27 Worth of food in through Uber eats I got the wrong order. Not only was it wrong, but it was ice cold. The receipt has my name on it but wrong order, totally incorrect. The crazy and scary part is that the receipt says this order was placed at 7:45 PM. It is now 10:10 pm.
They Take long to get your food ready, they be dancing in the back and jumping and playing around while customers just there waiting for their food, and when you talk to them they just ignore you, manger must be needed at the place at all times!!
Food is alright but the stingiest taco bell in the entire city! Man! If you hungry please don’t go there
Ordered online and food was badly prepared and half of my order was missing. There's no place on the app to contact anyone about it and was offered $3 towards my next purchase. Paid so much for most of it to be missing and for what I did receive to be inedible.
I have not had Taco Bell in a very long time. I went to try the chicken nuggets because they are advertised as soft juicy and delicious however what I got today was exactly the opposite. As soon as I opened the box I knew right away that I wasted my time and money. The nuggets were dark and had marks like freezer burn. I gave it a try and they were hard and dry so for that reason Taco Bell gets one star . That reminds me of why I haven’t had Taco Bell in years.
This was a cheesy Gordita crunch and it seriously was nasty, it was soggy and it even made me sick. I only ate it cause I was hungry. I will not be eating here anymore. They were just close by the department of health for what I heard was a rat infestation. The employees are really nice, but that place is disgusting. They even let this homeless guy chill in there which I don’t think is wrong but gosh it’s a business and a restaurant. That place is nasty.
