The food, location, the staff members are all good. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and looks good, the seats are comfortable too. The kiosks are easy to use, it is a good environment, I enjoyed spending my time here. I also enjoyed my service too. It is a good restaurant. I will return.

My order took a bit longer than I would wish for, for the employee was seriously so nice and fun that I couldn’t even stress. She apologized several times and even told me all about the best salsa (the yellow one). She exemplified Joy! If there were more fast food restaurant employees like her, the world would be a better place lol.

New place is great. I feel the increase in kitchen size helps with health conditions of the food. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Before if you ordered a taco without hot sauce they would add it anyway. Now employees have been double checking orders

Came in for the first time this morning craving Taco Bell breakfast and it was awesome. No line and barely a wait to get my order. The cashier was really welcoming, greeted me immediately and as an added bonus complimented my jacket :) I think she should be promoted pronto! I ordered the mini skillet and bacon egg and cheese burrito, order came out to $2 and change. The food was exactly what I expected so I have no complaints. Quick service, the place looked clean, the staff was nice. Overall great first experience at this location.

Love this fast food place. Don't care who says the beef is not 100% real meat. They quick and pretty accurate with their service. Staff is professional and nice. Everything always clean. I've never been to the bathroom but the fact that it's right up front where you order food and there's never a bad smell in that area, to me, is a great thing.

This Taco Bell was awesome! The food was fresh and hot, the tacos were perfectly crunchy, and the nachos had just the right amount of salt. The tables were super clean, and the restaurant smelled great. The soda machine worked perfectly—no flat drinks here! Even the bathroom was spotless. This is one of the best Taco Bell’s in New York. The food is always hot and fresh, ready almost immediately after ordering, and the staff is super friendly and professional. Some people may judge me for not spending my taco Tuesdays at somewhere more authentic but they can all go to heck. This Taco Bell rocks!

Nothing special, your average Taco Bell. They are usually pretty good with getting orders correct. Soda machine can look grimey at times. Cell service sucks near the register

The staff is pretty chill, they’re always super cool whenever I’ve been there (50+ times in the last year) but TACO BELL NEEDS TO GET THEIR SHyyyT TOGETHER. THEY DON’T HAVE WATER. no tap water to serve , no bottled water, and no fountain water. They charge you for carbonated water which is so uncool but not the staffs fault . I usually go to the 7/11 down myrtle and get a giant bottle before I eat. The poor staff have to deal with the heat and lack of water too. Get it together Taco Bell! Take care of your employees

It's a taco bell not super modern in terms of design and not the cleanest but hey they make everything on the menu how it should be made and if they are low/out of sauces they're more than happy to provide with some from behind the counter

A storefront establishment that's a little hard to find (and park) if you're driving. The place is very large but a little run down. The food was served fresh and quickly. Staff was also friendly.

This place isn't bad. It does get busy especially during the dinner rush. The soda machine is in a terrible place though because where it is located people clog up the area so you have trouble picking up your order when they call your number. However, overall this place isn't bad.

Reasonably fast. Its taco bell, what do you want? Cheap and fast for lazy people. I like the touch screen menu with “veggie mode”. Makes it easy to order. Not sure why Google keeps hiding this on google maps when I search for it. Had to go to taco bells website to be sure.

The staff are always lovely. My children love the food but the inside of the restaurant is always filthy, no matter what time of the day or night you are in there. I think the whole place needs to be scrubbed with soap and water.

They lost my order and I was standing right there!!! Clerk totally oblivious and people are coming and going until I finally had to confront them....OPPS! A 10 minute stop turned into a half hour wait!!! The cashier had an exchange of words with the "CHEF". She said she put the order in. He said, "NOT!" And all I wanted was my Tacos 🤣

First time coming to this Taco bell, and I admit it blew me away. It's hard to locate a decent Taco Bell and this one is up there with my top location. The dining area was very clean. Service was some of the quickest I've encountered, approximately two or three minutes to get my food. I tried out the New Dollar Menu they have and everything on there was really good for what you pay for. The only complaint I have is about the mini quesadilla they have. Perhaps they should use less tinfoil when they wrap it, or less sauce of some sort. Aside from that minor complaint, this is an amazing Taco Bell location.

This is a predominantly new establishment there was a taco bell 2 or 3 doors down and it was there for years it was a mess, filled with drunk vagrants begging for money and food it was also very dirty, smelly and the owner was nasty and it had a lot of disgruntled employees, so needless to say good riddance. This new place must have new owners, it is clean the employees are very nice and the food was fresh as good as it could be for fast food. 👍🏼 So kudos to the new owner and thank u cause now I can eat at the local place instead of driving 20 min to another one.

This location is a good size, its an open area enough to seat a family. The service is okay, it depends on the time of day! You could be in and out in 10 minutes or be there up to 25 minutes depending on the time and day. You have to serve your own drinks. Get your napkins and condiments. Overall the food is okay for a fast food place.

Taco Bell is tasty, cheap food that fills you up. They're very fast at this location, and the staff is very helpful. Obviously, this is not the place to go to if you're looking for authentic Mexican food, but it is still delicious and good value. I just don't like that this location has slightly higher prices than other locations. That is my only complaint.

I went there today at around 11:30. The staff was super nice, one lady with glasses helped me while I was trying to figure out what to order. I got my food and asked another lady with a high bun if my Crunchwrap was done, since I had already received the rest of my order. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, stayed silent, and walked away to a random room in the back while eating food herself. I received my crunch wrap after waiting 3 minutes and the food in itself was pretty good, the space was clean and all in all everything was fine except for that small interaction.

They took really long time to give out the orders that were so many people waiting in line just for the orders.they have only two kiosk just for the orders but too many customers.staff and all the service members are really nice,what I have seen they are very patient and helpful.

They used to be so much better a few years ago. I don't know if the management has changed yet again but I've been going to this same one since I was a kid and the reliability has changed. I find that frequently they mess up an order. No tomatoes, sure! *Opens up order and there's tomatoes* Shells are frequently cracked which is just annoying and the ground beef is occasionally cold and not heated thoroughly.

I was so sad. When they did not add the avocado ranch that I paid for. I knew they didn't because I watched them make it, but in my head I was like girl you bugging. I was not in fact bugging.

Let me begin by saying, I love Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast food place, bar none. This review comes from a place of love and wanting to see things improve. This particular location, I find to be problematic. Anytime I've gone to this Taco Bell, for some reason, I've ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. I've ordered using the app as well as the kiosks. I'm unsure why this issue recurs. The last time I was there, I ordered only 2 items, I was there 30 minutes. I watched customers that came in after me get served leave before I got my gordita and protein bowl. No explanation, no apology, I even asked if they had the order and they confirmed. Finally I got my bowl, and it was the wrong meat. I'm glad I checked before I left. Being that this happens regularly at this location, something needs to change.

Slow service, but popular. Most other Taco Bell spots have a protocol for speeding up service when the wait time is long. Here I’ve waited 15-25 minutes for my food when someone ahead of me happened to make a big order, making me wish I hit the Burger King across the street. This place is “fast” food in quotation marks. I love Taco Bell, but I can only give this location 3 stars. For one thing, the outside sign was not lit, so I drove right past and had to turn around to go back. When I mentioned this to the crew inside, nobody seemed to care. Secondly, the fountain machine was out of Mango Brisk tea; and I had to wait until they switched out the concentrate keg. Finally, the amount of meat on my tacos was pathetic.

Things were left out of my bag. When I went back for the drink and other missing items, I got ignored by the cashier, who looked me right in the eyes and ask someone behind me if he could help them. The guy making the food stopped what he was doing, apologized, and gave me a cup. He's the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars.

I usually visit this Taco Bell at night. The service is horrendously slow, the food is almost always cold, and sometimes the food just doesn't taste fresh. I wouldn't recommend going here at night unless you want old and stale food.

The ceiling was leaking in several spots, although I'm not sure if it was from the rain or a plumbing problem on the 2nd floor. As a result, the floors were Slippery and water was drinking on people as they waited to order. No heat on in building. Long line of people waiting for their food after ordering. Tacos were disappointing compared to another Taco Bell I ate at a couple weeks prior.

3 stars if compared to other Taco Bells. A little dirtier than most...also, decor is ~ 25 years old and is often broken/wobbly. Crowded on weekends. Some sort of ant infestation near the cutlery and napkins last time I was there and there were ants all over the napkins, which we didn't notice until we were about to use the napkins on our faces. 🙁

This Taco Bell is a mess. The place is understaffed most of the time, you can't order in person, and they keep pushing back on hours. The only positive experience I had was when I had a very chill guy who was friendly and reassuring towards me when I was picking up some food. Other than that its either been decent or terrible.

You guys should have stayed at the old spot or at least kept all the older workers.. you used to be my fav taco bell out of all of them but these last few months you guys have been so disappointing. Everytime I order you guys always manage to forget an item or 2. On top of that it seems like your workers are not trained enough when it comes to making the food. For example my chicken quesadilla only had chicken on one piece of the quesadilla and the rest was just cheese. And it has happened more than once. I guess I'll take my business to a taco bell that knows how to do it right. I think you guys focused more on looks than food which is the wrong idea.

I've ordered here since I was a teenager since before they moved locations to down the block. Im 24 now and they probably got my order wrong every single time I've ordered. If you want it fixed, you have to ask for it to be fixed and then check to make sure they actually fixed it because half the time they will do nothing, wait around then give it back to you.

Garbage. They're lucky I don't care enough to call the corporate number on them and lodge a complaint. Nothing would probably happen anyway. They messed up my order three times and didn't apologize once. The guy running the register didn't even have his name tag on so I can't even call him out on his rude and stoic attitude towards me actually being polite and patient as I continuously had to hand my food back over to be corrected. All I could tell you is that he was an overweight, possibly hispanic man with facial hair. As if the incorrect order problem wasn't enough, there was something wrong with their drink machine. My usual Taco Bell doesn't have cherry pepsi so I was pumped to get that with my midnight slop. It was all seltzer. The regular pepsi tasted like it was starting to go bad. The lemonade was shooting out water and no, I didn't click the water tab that normally is on the lemonade spout - that actually didn't even appear to be present. I settled on plain old mountain dew. It was bearable but I kind of gave up at that point. The employees weren't about to care. This location is easily the Walmart of Taco Bell's all around.

One of the cashier made my combo 7 without any gloves right after she spat out her gum. The taco and Quesdilla I ordered had barely to no meat in it! Was the first time I was ever disappointed in my meal from a Taco Bell!

They always gossip a lot an talk bad about customers behind their backs an their very rude to the customers and force customers to pay with credit card instead with cash or no take outs it's what they said an they laughed marked other customers while they wait online to get their takeouts. Long wait wasn’t the issue. It’s really dirty in there and disorganized. They burnt the pita for the Crunchwrap supreme into a crisp. The spicy potato soft taco came with no potato. They just sent me on my way with cheese, sauce and lettuce in a pita. I’ve never been here in the 20 years I’ve lived in the neighborhood. Will not come back.

I can't even begin to tell you how much i hate that the workers don't take the orders. I know it's not their fault, because I've complained in person so much. I'm hoping they manager sees this and understands this is the last time I'm buying at this location. I already had stopped for like 2 months when this started. It completely defeats the purpose of fast food, when it takes me 4 times longer to put the order in myself.

Bad customer service! Didn't seem like they wanted to work at all.. Let alone they have the self ordering system so that gave them even more a reason not to be helpful! I went there one afternoon on a Tuesday. There was only one other customer at this location, so the place was empty! You would think the employees would be more courteous to customers, considering they weren't busy at all. I went here on march 7th and it was an absolute mess. I waited about 45 minutes and had to just leave without getting my food that I paid for. There was a long queue and people were complaining that they waited over an hour for their food. There was a short girl with a very nasty attitude who laughed in my face when I asked if my order was ready because I got a notification that my food was ready. I understand being backed up because you’re understaffed but the nasty attitude will keep me away from this location forever. Would give 0 stars for service if I could.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos. All the staff cared about was the drive-thru. That and parking is horrendous, If there is a drive-thru line you're expected to sit there until they move their line. I will never go back to this place again.

Every time you order from this Taco Bell either your food is cold or they sent you the wrong order. Today I ordered $27 Worth of food in through Uber eats I got the wrong order. Not only was it wrong, but it was ice cold. The receipt has my name on it but wrong order, totally incorrect. The crazy and scary part is that the receipt says this order was placed at 7:45 PM. It is now 10:10 pm.

I have not had Taco Bell in a very long time. I went to try the chicken nuggets because they are advertised as soft juicy and delicious however what I got today was exactly the opposite. As soon as I opened the box I knew right away that I wasted my time and money. The nuggets were dark and had marks like freezer burn. I gave it a try and they were hard and dry so for that reason Taco Bell gets one star . That reminds me of why I haven’t had Taco Bell in years.

This was a cheesy Gordita crunch and it seriously was nasty, it was soggy and it even made me sick. I only ate it cause I was hungry. I will not be eating here anymore. They were just close by the department of health for what I heard was a rat infestation. The employees are really nice, but that place is disgusting. They even let this homeless guy chill in there which I don’t think is wrong but gosh it’s a business and a restaurant. That place is nasty.
