Hardee’s was introduced to me about three years ago, and I have nothing but good things to say about the service, the food, the prices, and the genuine kindness the employees show. Amy W. is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever been blessed to meet. When my day isn’t going so well, I’ll stop by and buy fries—even if I’m not hungry—simply because Amy’s upbeat, positive attitude can turn a bad day around.

Whenever I'm in Ripley, I have to stop at Hardee's. Anyways friendly and enthusiastic service. Always nice and clean. Food always comes out in a timely manner, and is always good quality. Food is never tossed together sloppily. And customer service is always on point! I'd highly recommend stopping here if you've never been to a Hardee's. You won't be disappointed!

Food is inexpensive, but the place is clean and the service is great Amy on the night crew is incredibly friendly and a great help when you don’t quite know what to get as well, gave me and my fiancé a full rundown of her favorite menu items right off the top of her head when we said we’d never been to Hardee’s and so might be a moment to decide, genuinely very impressive service especially nowadays

Rest stop during trip. Hardee's & Love's. Both staff were nice. Restrooms were clean. All appear to be well maintained & well stocked. Food was decent breakfast sandwiches & coffee.

The only reason I posted 5 stars is because the girl working her butt off to run the front and the drive-thru at the same time . Three employees on a Saturday afternoon is ridiculous, and one was cleaning the fryer ...IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!!. If you dont have the staff to run the establishment don't open!! Waiting in line 20 min. to order isn't fast food anymore. Your front counter girl needs a raise, she was doing an excellent job..

I stopped into this location while I was driving across Highway 90. If I could give 10 stars for the service I would. Such a pleasant experience not what I'm used to at many fast food locations. The gentleman who served me was very friendly and funny engaging in short conversations that had me laughing

We got stranded here on one of our trips. We spent a full day here, when I-90 closed due to a snowstorm. We’ll be forever grateful for the nice, attentive and caring staff. They made sure that all of their stranded guests are well and comfortable. They make the best fries. We kept buying them and eating all night just to kill the time. :) Nice and clean dining area, restrooms are clean, store is well stocked. Thank you for letting us shelter in place on black Friday. ❤️This place has the best, the nicest, the kindest employees!

This is one of if not the best fast food establishments I’ve been too. Food was FRESH inside was very CLEAN and the staff were very friendly. Price was right with every other fast food place. Drove 21 mins to get it and can say it was definitely worth it!

I've never had Hardee's before in my entire life and after one visit I feel completely robbed my entire life when I've stopped at Wendy's or McDonald's instead. The fries are 5 star delicious. The chicken tenders are juicy and amazing.

I walked up the gentleman took my order he was very kind, he was an older man. And deserves to be recognized I ordered my food and had my food shortly after ordering. And the quality and freshness was awesome too. I would take a pic of the fries but they were so good that I didn't snag a pic lol

Love how it's connected to Love's. Only it a milkshake this time but I've tried the food before and I loved it so far. The chicken sandwich is I think probably in my head the best... I love how they make it it's just yummy. The honey mustard wrap is good too. But it is a bit dry and I got it with extra honey mustard the second time around and it was delicious 😋 the price of it is a bit more than I would like to pay but again I love the way the Hardee's is connected to the Love's store in Ripley NY and it is worth it.

I got a loaded omelette breakfast biscuit, and the only thing loaded was the advertisement. Well, I guess it was loaded full of salt as well. The service was extremely kind and warm. The food was completely underwhelming and almost inedible.

The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was so over cooked that it was hard as a rock. We live around the corner and come her frequently however if this is how the quality of the food is going to be, than we will find somewhere else to go

We ordered fries, a burger & tenders. The tenders were good, the burger was ok but salty and the fries were extremely salty! We couldn't finish the fries because of all the salt!! Definitely won't be back!

Me and my family ordered food here. First the drive thru was not working. So we pulled up to the window. Once we placed our order they asked us to move ahead and they would bring our food out. We sat for 20 minutes. i finally went in and asked for our food. They said it wad deleted out of there system. They gave us our food and I left. Then I was almost home and realized we didn't get our drinks. So I called and explained to Emmy And he said he didn’t take the order. I asked him what he could do for me so I didn’t have to drive all the way back. He then hung up on me. So I had to go there in person and told them I wanted a refund and I returned the food. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will let everyone I know not to eat there. This employees need retrained.
