Ordered online took an extra 20 minutes after I got there at pick up time. One person going back and forth from the counter to the kitchen. You have to ask for a bathroom key. Salad bar was not good. Lettuce was slimy due to what looked liked it had been frozen. They charge .50 for ranch or pizza sauce after you already spend a small fortune on sub par pizza. Only one other person waiting for their order so it wasn’t busy. Since new owners took over it is not good. Would not recommend too many other choices in Ripon for pizza.

We had an amazing experience at mountain mikes ripon! Andrew the manager was so easy to work with, he was kind and definitely went the extra mile to help make my sons birthday party stress free. We had 10 pizzas delivered and Andrew helped me find the best price! We will definitely be coming back!

Visited earlier with the kids for our weekly pizza night. Service was awesome! There was a sweet lady behind the counter named Tee, we loved her! She was so personable and overall very helpful. We'll always come to M.M. for the pizza, but we'll be coming to THIS M.M. for Tee!

Dined here for an end of season Soccer party on a Saturday. Was suprised to see the place so empty. Only saw one person working the few hours we were there. Pizza was amazing and the toppings were the perfect amount.....Went back that Thursday after a game with family at 6pm. Learned that only 2 people were working, one was the delivery driver. Place was empty. Cashier said it was going to be awhile because he was the only one there......Pizza came out fast than expected and was good. The Mountain size Pikes Pizza we got was a little chincy on the topping and wasnt quite cooked long enough, but for it only being one person doing it all (and probably rushing) as we bought cheese bread, loaded wedges, mozeralla sticks, and 3 pizzas he did great! Had a great attitude as well. Was patient with us and had a great attitude as we had a large party and 4 toddlers. My only concern was the quality of the salad bar. Only one person ordered that in our group.

2025 has brought new owners to Mountain Mikes in Ripon and the delicious pizza with speedy service is back! I am so happy to have the crispy pepperoni back! If you haven’t visited since the new owners took over, I highly recommend giving them a try. Our school held a fundraiser with them and everyone was very pleased with the experience. Orders were done when they were promised to be done and the food was delicious. They were prompt to let us know how much we earned and to get us the check. Thank you for bringing back delicious pizza!

Food is really good, but as I sat waiting for my pizza watched a lady ask for some ranch dressing, manager said she had to pay. She was eating there and they wanted to dip their crust, said she spent over $60. Manager didn't budge, lady got angry. Seriously, twenty cents of dressing to make a customer happy, so sad.

I ordered a large pizza for pick up and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I picked it up and the pizza was room temperature when I opened it. This large alfredo, garlic chicken pizza was dry. Basically no alfredo sauce on it, very little chicken, mushrooms and olives on it. But had a ton of green onions on it. Won't be going back there. I gave it 2 stars only because they cut $4 off the $28 price tag.

Tonight this place was empty! Nice & quite they would not put close caption on any of their 16 tv's that sucks! Good pizza I won't go back only the hearing can enjoy

Cold pizza bad service. Never again.

Service was bad and the cashier didn't want to Service anyone. Kept saying they where to short staff to guarantee that we would get our pixza within 40 minutes. We where going to dine in. She was refusing to take our orders. While we where there she was getting phone calls looking for their deliveries. We won't go back but, if you go i hope your visit will be better. Good day

so for $40 I get a med speciality pizza and a sandwich. the sandwich was suppose to have mayo & mustard on it and there was nothing on it. the pizza is dry as well I don't know how a pizza could be dry but this mountain mike has done it. oh and also I have to go down to met the delivery guy. instead of coming up to the hotel room. don't waste your money. get something else

ya know, I don't know what's goin on over there.. I haven't been back since they turned away an 8th grade grad group at about 8:30 PM in the spring of 19. Now I try and call and see if I can buy my son a pizza over the phone. Nope, you can pay over the phone for delivery, but not for pick up.. Guy on the phone seems to have zero interest in discussing or helping me buy a pizza. That's strike two boys and girls.. See you in a year or so.

My family and I went to Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Ripon Friday, August 30th at 6:15 pm. There was a conflict that resulted in the manager turning a a bad misunderstanding into a horrible experience. She refused to follow CA law. This questionable manager also admittedly lied about her name at least twice. And even after such questionable truths, she finished our experience with saying that Ripon Mountain Mike’s Pizza does not stock or have any type of bags. I highly question if she is a manager at all. She told us her name was Jessica, then Michelle and finally Monique. Who knows if any of these are true. Either way, if a manager lies about something as simple as their true name, then they themselves know that they are not filling the duty that has been honored to them. I hope the owner, Jeff Liotard, reaches out to hear a full account of our family's horrible experience.

Customer service has always been great at the other Mountain Mike's but not Ripons. 2 out of 3 visits weren't pleasant. There won't be a 4th visit. I would rather drive out of my way than order from the Ripon location.

Over priced cardboard with those lame always burnt small pepperonis that curl up and fill with oil, eww. No matter how many times the management changes its still the same garbage now with even higher prices. Go to Pizza Plus down the street instead. VERY good pizza there

Hard as a rock crust and wayy to much sauce... Everytime since "under new ownership" was posted....I used to love this place, not anymore. Now i prefer to travel to the Escalon Mountain Mikes instead where the pizza still taste amazing.

Dont come here there service is horrible came to the pizza buffet and they only had 1 pizza it ran out i asked the maneger he said there coming 15 minutes later no pizza asked the waitress and she said she was barely gonna make em. What kinda of pizza buffet runs out off pizza and doesnt emidietly make more! Why do i have to ask??! Horrible service

Ordered a large cheese for dine-in. Only one other group in the restaurant and they already had their food. Waited over 45 minutes for the pizza and after going up to the counter to ask how much longer, they giggled and said ohhhh it's in a to-go box we were waiting for you to pick it up. They brought it to our table...in the to-go box, cold with no plates, and didn't offer any sort of way to make this right. Yelp had the same generic reply "so sorry fill out a form on our main website to be contacted". I ate there all the time under previous ownership/management. It's not the same anymore. It was terrible service with cold food... I even left a $5 tip when I ordered... over $50 for cold food and terrible service. We won't be back!

Won't EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN . OVERCHARGING people, prices on the board say one thing, while the cash register and the menus in front of register are higher price, by $2.00 or more. When I told cashier I wanted my food for the price posted behind her (Mom 10/25 any 7 pm) she said sorry I can't change price on the register, when I told her it was against the law to post one price and charge higher price, she said you're welcome to wait for my mgr to come back from his pizza deliveries. There was a guy next to her behind the counter talking to his grandma on the phone asking how to post a coupon for an order she had just taken and didn't know how to do So I said why doesn't he just ask his grandma about this too. She said no she can't handle it. So we just left. We've just moved here, we will NEVER go here again, but did an awesome pizza place because of this places ways

I bought a fundraiser booklet with coupons that "never expire" and now they say they no longer accept these coupons, didn't offer any recourse. Way to make an introduction to Ripon new management.
